In middle of city easy access to any place of city. Outer space is dusty need to keep neat and clean. Inner space is neat and clean. Food quality is average not up to the mark. Biriyani is main disk served but it’s not in local recipes and really disappointment.

Had a really bad experience with the banquet hall and the stay. The rooms are pretty old and worn out and they charge you 4K for a standard room with no toiletries provided. Very rude staffs. In other words there are so many other hotels with same pricing with much more amenities and pleasant stay.

Located conveniently on the Anna Salai Road, this hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and very comfortable. Service is very good, and the staff are friendly. The rooftop restaurant, up north, is a very nice place to have dinner and serves decent food. Accessibility score: four on five. This hotel is accessible for persons using wheelchairs, and persons with blindness will be able to navigate most of the hotel independently. Most facilities in the room are also reasonably accessible.

Good place to stay but not worth the money. The low rating is purely based on what seems like not enough services provided for the full rate. Swimming Pool, spa, couple of restaurants etc closed for whatever reason but rooms charged at full rate since half the rooms are undergoing renovation. Room was spacious and the bed was comfy, overall neat and tidy. 24hrs hot water with good pressure. However, only 1 switch to turn on all lights ON/OFF. They have dim/bright on a set of lights but broken. Kettle works but no indicator to show that. Service was good overall. Tried couple of restaurants and they were awful. No spice, no salt. Fish was stale or too hard. We had used one of the banquet halls and the overall experience with that was 5 star - amazing food and great service. Everything upto the standard and great staff.

Pros: * Excellent rooms that are well maintained. * The best breakfast buffet I have eaten anywhere. Great spread. Perfectly made. Cons: * Service in the restaurant is poor. Ordering for anything, even tea and coffee outside the buffet can take too much time. * There are no other amenities other than a gym. Even the pool was closed when we visited.

Visited the place for a Birthday party arranged in their banquet halls. The place was so nice and elegant. But the food was very average and didn't come close to my expectations. Need to improve the food taste for the price they quote. Biryani was very plain and blank. The bread items were also very hard.

4 star hotel. Can’t give a 5 star for facilities and food. Attended a wedding in the hotel and stayed for 2 nights. Room was comfortable but doesn’t have a bath tub, have got only shower. Constant work at nearby site produce a constant noise at day time, very disturbing. Swimming pool is closed due to covid. The hotel is functioning with mainly of its event halls. Food was not too good. Customer service was good, staff is very polite and assisted with all queries. Valet parking is available. More of a corporate type hotel.

My sister stayed for 2 nights and this review is based on her experience. Service and housekeeping needs to be substantially improved. When she checked in she found used sugar and coffee pouches which were not cleaned. The next day when she came back from breakfast, her room was getting cleaned. She had a used milk glass on the table and housekeeping left it there instead of taking it back and putting a fresh glass in. These are small things but if you say you are a 5 star hotel, these things shouldn't happen.

Had an absolutely perfect experience while there. Great service from the staff, clean rooms, and reasonable pricing. And the breakfast food!! Literally the best hotel breakfast food I've ever had, I give it 10 stars for that alone. Not sure if I'll get to go to Chennai again but if I do, I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is undergoing renovation work and they closed most part of the hotel. In fact they shouldn't be operating during such major renovation work which risks customers and also prevents usage of facilities which we are paying for. Cleanliness needs to improve. Other than that the customer service rendered by staffs Mr Ravi, all the front desk staffs, housekeeping etc was fantastic

Average hotel. Lots of items on the dining menu unavailable, the staffs English isn’t great. The food I ordered wasn’t supposed to be spicy but it was super spicy (I ordered Nasi Lamak, which is a non spicy Indonesian dish that I eat regularly). The car service was unreliable. Breakfast fine. Bed fine.

We organized a birthday party, though the buffet had a whole lot of options to choose from, many of the items were just ok. They can surely improve on the quality of the food. They serve starters as the table by order and it may take a long time to get your starters. You will have to order all the starters in one order to be able to actually have something to eat since the portions are smaller. The service was quite good and the ambience was also nice. Overall a place you will think twice before visiting for the second time.

Overall the experience was good. The rooms, food, staff. Everyone was very helpful, cooperative, polite and professional. I loved their buffet. It's really worth the money. Taste, quality and accuracy is up to the mark. My favourite dish is "Walnut pudding" . Till now I didn't get that taste anywhere in Bangalore. I always think of visiting that place just to eat that. Had a banquet hosted. The food was excellent. Minus points for the coffee. You can't be serving such lousy coffee in Madras. Also, the water is served in disposable bottles. Unsustainable and hotels of this calibre should know better.

I wish to give more than five stars. Preferred hotel in Chennai this time they went beyond on the service. Stayed with family, my little one was amazed with their donuts and we were checkout requested a few in a late night and they have done it. The request to the reception, house keeping, and restaurant amazing. Love their breakfast buffet. Surely will come back next time.

Awesome place to stay on a budget. Stayed here for almost two weeks. Buffet breakfast included, good selection offered. Daily housekeeping service, replenishes what's being used. If you need anything extra they'll provide it. (Even provided me with a bar fridge). Laundry service available. (Bit expensive in my opinion). Rooms were so quiet i couldn't believe I was in a busy town. Would highly recommend it for a budget stay.

It is located in a prominent location and neatly maintained. Staffs are humble and guide its customers politely. We celebrated birthday followed by dinner. Quite normal budget and we spend happy

Had lunch with my family. Made my taste bud to have real authentic taste. Best lobster, turkey they served. The sauce they matched with each and every dish kept us busy in finding out what could make it so tasty.

We visited to meet a guest inmate and had breakfast over there. The reception, the lounge and the breakfast hall are very tidy, clean, spacious and well lighted. The front office executives are very polite, courteous and helpful. The closets are near and hygienic. As for the breakfast lounge, it is very spacious. The tables are well laid out to accommodate a moderate gathering so as not to crowd or elbow each other. The breakfast spread is quite attractive with a beautiful range even for a vegetarian like us. The team of waiters and other support staff are very polite and very courteous with a stress upon the word 'very'! The food served is hot and tasty. On the whole, this was a memorable morning for us.

Rooftop dining is available here but the food options are very limited. Also, I didn't like most of the starters that we ordered, main course was fine but again quite less options, they have good desserts.

We went for a family dinner party. Though we had booked in advance, they didn't do proper logistics management. Tried to squeeze 60 people in a 50 seater. It was a weekday and most of the seats were empty. Buffet spread was good, but if they had enthusiastic staff the experience would have been better. All of them looked like they were doing a service to us.

I was really not expecting it to be so good, rooms were spacious and gave good vibes, food was awesome, specially North Indian food, which again I was not expecting in chennai. Staff was good and helped in Early checkin and special thanks to Ms Titli for guiding us to explore Chennai!

Five days of a week I am spending at hotels pan India and I am emphasising that one of the best breakfast I ever had is from THE RAINTREE Annasalai Tenyampet Chennai. The array of delicacies starts from South Indian to Continental they covered almost all sorts of dishes and bakes. Pork Beef Mutton Chicken Fish Egg and Veggies, a complete breakfast. Grilled Bacon Sausages Curries what else everything covered with Juices Shakes Smoothies Pastries Deserts simply exceptional and WOW. The hotel is very clean well maintained with generous staff and the restaurants are of a class apart with the best practices of cleanliness and safety. The room allotment of Reception staff is at par with our requirements and requests and the ambience is one of the best of its class or more and the experience is truly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The toiletries linens etc are upto the mark. I strongly recommend this property for the best value for money experience. A must try place in the heart of Chennai….

Me and my girlfriend wanted to stay here and wanted to book a room. The receptionist girl tod me at first "Are you alone?We do not allow visitors at night". I asked , "ok, can you give room for two?".The girl told, "No, sir , we do not give rooms to unmarried couples". We were shocked. None of us could imagine that a big 5 start hotel would say something like this to our face and refuse us the rooms. We left immediately, and would never go back there.

Zero hospitality from the Entry Gate to the Roof Top Restaurant. Totally Useless , Waste , & Rude Staffs..This Hotel is totally a disappointment & Waste of time for Me & My family. Zero standard, No Respect & Cheating on Alcohol Quantity. Big disappointment on the service. No thanks , No sorry , See u again or No bye. Horrible food which caused me food poisoning next day. Kindly stay away this hotel it's will be totally disappointment. It's worst then 2 star hotels in town.

A lovely place to hangout with family and friends. We stepped for lunch @ The Kitchen and chose buffet. Varities and taste are really outstanding. Even kids will love the varities. They have a good ambience, well groomed staff and they do serve you with patience and love. Must give a try for all those who would like to try out a new place.

Had been to this hotel recently for a birthday party, the location of the hotel is in the heart of the city. A decent sized hotel. The food served was not at all up to the mark. They served around 12 dishes, nothing impressed me. The dessert was the one to save. The party hall was spacious, beautiful and well lit.

Went there to attend a party. Overall, banquets did a great job. What a spread! Service was good and the food was great. Only issue was the 11:00 PM curfew. Great location. Good for business travelers for sure.

The check in process was quick. Room is big. All the amenities were available. Great selection of food at breakfast. We noticed a big difference in prices on the menus between hotels in Chennai and Bangalore. The staff were so helpful with taxis and translating for us. Would stay here again.

Very good ambiance, staffs are doing their best. The meeting halls in first floor are average to arrange small gathering for 150-200 people. The hall for fooding and relaxing have good space. Overall a great experience in recently attended peace symposium ☮️ Love for all, hatred for none!
