We went for an office outing here with a large group. The resort was sub-par. Firstly, the swimming pool was highly chlorinated which made most of the people in our group get redness in eyes & lips and itches. Secondly, the rooms and the bathrooms as well weren't good, in simple terms, they were pathetic. They definitely don't get you relaxed, esp. when the purpose of your visit is that. Food was average, and quite frankly, disappointing for the amount they charged. Also, they have no resources to tackle a power cut which left many in the group to succumb to mosquito bites. Summing up, this resort isn't worth it to spend your money. I highly recommend y'all skip this one and choose something else. Dreadful experience.

We wnt there last month as 15 people friends and family, i didnt want to complain but its still running in my mind. the swimming pool water was highly chlorinated which gave us redness in the eyes and changed our dress colours. And there were some random people who came and started drinking in the lawn, when we complained they told us to adjust ourselves unless they bothered us. I just suggest you guys to Before you stay there or go for dayouting please take a look at that place in person.

Average. Went with my college friends just recently. The bed in our room was not nice and the maintanence here is not upto the mark. The swimming pool length was very short and the cleanliness of the resort was average. Overall im ok with but not fully satisfied.

Not bad

One of the worst experience in this resort. No proper restroom maintenance. No proper bedroom,bedsheets,pillow,stove.Even the AC and doesn't work. If we ask about it their will be no proper response.

The maintenance of the property, surrounding, and restrooms is terrible. They're charging extra for sole purpose of staying like campfire and basic cleaning. Swimming pool is just average. Very basic and highly not recommended for larger gathering or any formal outing.

We went as a gang of 5 members.We were told one room would be spacious enough for all of us, but it wasn't. The pool there was too ain't big enough for adults. My experience with this resort was Traumatic to say the least.. And don't ask me about the price.. Even M.G.M prices are fair compared to this one.. Smfh..🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

We enjoyed well with our team. We went with our office teams. Food was excellent and we have a beach nearby to chill out and enjoy. You can have a more fun with their service and will be getting quick response with the new management now. we partied well at the property. couple friendly and with the budgeted one for tripping with our friends. property has been renovated and maintained cleaned now when compared to previous. Care takers will be handling us with a friendly manner. we will be looking for abbest offers in our future.

Good location, easy access to beach but need to improve maintenance..

I and my friends we booked the Green land Villa for New year Day well to be honest we loved the location but as it is very secluded it can get scary. Yes the caretaker Tower doesn’t work so sometimes you might not get signal And On of the best things it’s too good 😊. Overall it was balanced stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Don't believe by seeing photos shared at the time of booking. Visit in person before booking. AC leakage, Not worked properly, Wifi totally not in working condition. Swimming pool is highly chlorinated, not washed properly. Totally this resort is not for visit with family

`Worst place to have ever visited. Please do not visit this place ever. Swimming pool was like drainage. The watch man was rude and did not heed to any complaints made (Was totally drunk always). You will not be allowed to go to beach after 10:30 pm and will be locked in the resort. You will literally be in a school hostel (very strict one). Don't you ever go to this place even if they allow you for free. Wasted 10k for nothing.
