Felt unsafe today. I went with my wife and daughter at late at night around 10.40, they didn't inform us that they will close around 11. We started eating and they turned off the lights. No one was there except the workers and some street boys (not customers, can check cctv), they were laughing out loud, clapping hands and when asked to turn on the lights, they didn't care. They turned on only after second or third call. Worst experience. Felt really unsafe with my family there. Never visiting this branch again. Please warn the employees that work place is not to have fun with friends especially when a family is alone and turning off the lights.

I am sitting back and waiting for 1.30 hours, no one had contacted me for pick up and store had said delivery also not possible. Customer care executive has a very cool attitude of saying no delivery, so I can come and pickup the food on the next day. This is the worst reply the customer can get for the food order as it is the food for a free of cost. Your store cannot deliver the food, your store cannot inform for the pickup, your store cannot work for the customer convenient time but only for the money refund you take your own convenient time. Bravo KFC and KFC service. Worst service ever.

Restaurant located Opposite to PVR Mall. When i visited here, i thought that they would took more time to serve the order,But they has an Quick service, Unexpected! Dining area is less spacious and has limited no of seating , whereas in upstairs they have more Table. Washrooms is there in upstairs which is neat and clean! Staffs are Kind and Polite!

The outlet has ample seating space. Wednesday offer was worth it 12 pcs boneless chicken for 350 bucks. The mojito was awesome. But the French fries was soggy. The chicken popcorn was good. As of now parking was not a problem.

I have never seen the burger in my life which I received even small shop also will provide good quality food. I need to complain about the velachery kfc branch. not worth for money. I ordered for zinger burger but wat I received is a piece of bun with 2 chicken strips. I don't recommend anyone to orderbin this branch.

We waited for an hour yesterday night to get our order and there was not even a big queue. No priority given to those who are actually standing there to get food. Instead all of them were busy packing for online orders. Ours was given once all the delivery guys left. Been ordering here for sometime for “KFC” and every time the frustration beats every thing else. The main issue is they cannot prioritise and handle dine in, take out and online orders with just 4 at the till. This is not going to change because it’s been like this for years now. Slowly staffs like these will ruin the KFC standards

This KFC Hub is good and have adequate facility for the parking as well and which is really great considering the locations of this hub. Opposite to grand mall and they have very neat facility and the staff's were so friendly and helpful to pick the orders. They have two floors here for dining and crowd also very high obviously. The staffs were very informative too which is very good actually, the taste is as good as other KFC Hub's and no complaints about that. Go with the gang and you'll enjoy the time out there with great food.

Worst ever KFC, I waited more than 20 minutes in a queue and tried to order but the biller don't even know how to bill a order and he was attending another female customer when he has to take my order. His name is Parthiban and another fellow with attitude his name some jayabalan I don't remember correctly but they have worst staff. And I walked more than three times even after getting the order because at first I ordered 7up but they gave coke, then they didn't receive the French fries which I ordered. And they didn't even placed the dip I ordered. It's a worst experience. And their hand wash area it's two small we have to wait for that also in a queue. Worst experience 😕.

KFC Velachery crowded mainly during night and taking too much time to get your order .SMS says 7min. But actually taking 30+ min. Staff are really suffering to execute the order. Not able to manage the situation well. Need more care on this aspect. Take care Corona Social distance. Looks never bother about it. Highly frustrating. Also all online order collection persons jamming the collection area. Please make separate area for them.

Felt Velachery Restaurant does not have responsible Manager or KFC doesn't care about it's customer . I have been requesting for my refund and managers are irresponsible by not attending call or even replying to a message. Had waited more than 14 days and still not received my money or even proper response from their manager. No proper customer care services also and even after receiving mail that KFC customer care person will contact even after 10 days no one contacted.

As usual KFC in terms of ordering, service and taste. Tried the noodle meals this time. Its good. The ambience is dull, lighting and music can improve it. Whereas some thought went through in wall paintings. The parking space is available and shared with adjacent space. But the ramp is too slopy. If have less ground clearance cars, be aware. Over all 4 star dining experience.

Very little place for dine -in . Food is okay but need stay very long time for sit.

First chicken quality was not good. Second, inspite of repeatedly informing them to clean the tables, they never cared. See the attached photo. Quality of Velachery KFC is coming down day by day.

The food was nice. But I was expecting to order wings bucket which was unavailable at that moment. Instead I ordered 8pc strips. The service staff didn't allow me to sit at my desired place without giving me an explanation.

Food quality varies depending on situations, once demand was more and it was like half cooked. Be prepared to visit for dine in the evening time. It will take 10-15 mins que for order and 30-45 mins for getting the food. Staffs are kind, but they are not able to cope up with the delivery demand. Home delivery should be separate. Most of the orders go for home delivery and people ordered for dine it wait.. wait.. and wait . Parking is also a constraint.

Bad ambience. Full of houseflies in the house. No AC. The menu display TVs were not functioning due to "technical issues" as per the employees. Overall a bad experience. Don't spoil the name of the company if you don't know how to run a franchisee. Disappointed.

KFC chicken was perfectly cooked with a crispy and flavorful coating that was simply irresistible. Tandoori burger I had was juicy with creamy layers. Staff members were attentive, efficient and made sure that I had a pleasant experience

One of the worst KFC I have seen in my lifetime... Don't go and waste time here, if you order for lunch it will be delivered for next day dinner... This much quick serving can't be done by anyone... Even dress order were delivering in a day but food takes 2days... Much appreciated management 🤬

Worst experience ever. The chicken was of poor quality, and the service was terrible. There was not enough space for dine-in, there was insufficient tissue paper, and the personnel was not properly trained to handle customers. The staff just states that it's unavailable. I'm never going back. They gave us uncleaned plates.

I revised my rating for this Store location of KFC. They aren't maintaining a good taste most of the time. Out of my 5 orders in a month, only 1 order tastes great. Suggestion to restro people, please maintain a good taste!

Went on Friday evening for dinner. I had to wait for 30 minutes after the order was placed. Long queue of people were waiting to receive their food but still they didn't stop the billing for a while which made the customers impatient. On the other hand online deliveries was handled much faster which i totally understand as they have tie up third party vendors.

So there is nothing wrong with the food. KFC tops them. But the environment could be more cleaner. The space upstairs doesn't have proper restroom and there wasn't even a drop of water to wash hands. It has now become very common for places like KFC, etc, to not have any water facility. An eating place MUST ALWAYS HAVE WATER FACILITIES. This is the main reason why I gave one star.
