Nyc non veg hotel with variety of spicy briyani

Such an amazing delicious dinner on a Saturday night.. had a great food with family.. their taste is so rich with spices.. Mouth watering fish biryani .. Must try their Apollo fish which is a signature dish here

Very Spicy 🥵 Andhra style Biryani. The taste was kinda okay, afcourse not the best out there. The packaging was neat and i was surprised by the number of accompaniments which came with the Biryani. Raita, Salan, Gulab Jamun and Gongura chutney. Typical as is for Andhra style Biryani the rice and the chicken gravy comes in different boxes. The rice was properly Cooked but was a bit oily for my liking. Reducing two star as the chicken (with bone) in chicken gravy was half cooked and the gravy was not quite up to the mark‼️

I ordered one Hyderabad chicken briyani there it's Andhra style briyani it cost me around 250 rupees. Quantity is somewhat sufficient however it's little bit spicy and taste wise average not very good. You can try once.

Randomly found and tried this restaurant for the first time. Worth to recommend to your friends who crave for andhra style food. Tried punjabi handi chicken.. good with rich in garlic flavor. Must try andhra chicken roast. Finished with their tender coconut payasam.. worsth a try.. got one bottle parcel for home😍😍😍

Totally disappointed... This evening i bought 2 Biriyani Rice costs around 440rs and 1 chicken noodles with 283rs... Biriyani rice (Kushka) they're not providing masala to mix and eat... And it tastes like lemon rice... So guys please ask the staff before buying this they're providing the masala for kushka or not... It's my personal experience...

After seeing many positive review have visited these restaurant for dinner We just taken seat and waited for almost 15 mins not even a single person attended our table nor they have cleaned our table but they are attending person next to us who came after us.. when we asked waiter they just gave the menu card and went away.. worst in kindly of customer treatment.. They might have taught we are not worth to visit there restaurant..

This Hotel is one of the best hotel in Medavakkam area in terms of everything. The taste, service, selection of the item. They will prepare food as per the request from the customer. If you want spicy they will provide with spicy, if you want less spicy they will provide with less spicy. If you are foodie, you must visit this place. It's a typically Andhra restaurant, but you can have south Indian taste also if requested. Service person especially Lakshman provided the best service I have ever encountered in hotel service industry. Main thing about this restaurant is CONSISTENT in food taste, quantity and ambience.

Golcondas Veg inside the M's street. 72 types of dosa. Tasted their Panneer tikka dosa, Mysore masala and Butter dosa. Good taste. Chutney and sambar shall be better. But the gravies or masala with dosa was excellent. Enjoyed the panneer tikka dosa much. Seating for 10 people avaialble. Paytm or cash payment accepted. Ambience is good.

It's the first ever restaurant I have visited in Chennai after shifting to Chennai. I have liked the food a lot. It's a go to restaurant for me on any given day.

If you want to try Andhra Style style dishes you can visit this place. I ordered Nellore pepper chicken & Tandoori chicken both were good. The chicken was tender and seasoned properly. But the Hyderabad dum biryani & Special chicken biryani both were not that good. It's not like the authentic biryani which I ate in Hyderabad, they made few changes to blend with the local taste. Prices were slightly high.

We visited the Medavakkam branch and were awestruck by the service we received. My wife being a vegetarian has very less options when it comes to Hygenic and tasty food. Me being a Non- Vegetarian was happy to try veg over Non- veg. The chef "Lala Bhai" along with the entire staff made it a memorable dining experience for us. Kudos to making us regular customers

We had ordered Biryani for your daughter's birthday on 03.09.2023. They supplied the order on time & well packed. Quality of the food was awesome. Guests also gave a vey positive comments about the food.

The experience is cloud nine. We went on crowded Saturday even though, we had a nice food from Golgondas chef, and very good service from Mr. Muthu. The quality of the food is awesome and we enjoyed lot. I can recommend this place for good food.

One of the best Restaurant in this surrounding. If you crave for Hyderabad style Biriyani then this is the right place which you must visit. The price is a little premium but worth it. Their biryani is the special dish they serve. It Is located within the food street, there is also a sufficient car parking area and bike parking areas. Their waiters are also so kind and very helpful. Totally a worthy place to visit with your family and friends.

Starters were excellent with exact mix of spicy, cripsy and tastyness. I had biryani as main course, felt so good to have it after long time in Chennai. Prices are reasonable. I had lunch with some of my colleagues at Golcondas Chef this week.The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the starters (Vegan and Non- Veg) & the hyderabad biryani ?. Service was really awesome and very accommodating. Will be back definitely!

Ordered Peper chicken curry (Take away). Price is 289 including GST. Taste is average only.. Chicken was very soft. But curry not that much taste.. I didn't see pepper taste..

I have gone the place after seeing the review. Such a worst experience. Food , hygiene arr below average.. very expensive. Any of the review mentioned dish is nice there. I lost mind when I saw the plate, it was so ugly and scratchy. The waiter let his finger on the food when he was bringing it to the table. If you don't believe, just go and experience.

Start with Starters , it is really very Awesome especially with Paneer & Baby corn and special Hyderabad briyani . At last with bread Halwa or payasam final touch.

Easily the best place for Hyderabad biryani in Medavakkam and its surrounding areas. I tried Chicken Biryani and it was really good. Majesty chicken is a must try starter, it was so tasty. The owner and the staff were friendly. This is definitely a place you would visit again.

This is the first time we ever visited this restaurant. We had Chicken Biriyani , Chilli egg , Chicken tandoori, then Roti and paneer curry. Chilli egg was too good. My daughter just loved it. Was crispy outside and can have as a snack too. Biriyani too was good👍. Paneer curry tasted really good with full of cashews. Specially it was good with roti. Service was also nice and good ambiance too. Price too was reasonable.

Visited restaurant recently, Well maintained restaurant with good hospitality, ambience, quality, taste and quantity of food served. One biriyani can be consumed by 2 people. Value for money, Good parking facility. Hygiene and clean place.

Taste wise i am very satisfied. Felt bit overpriced. This review is after 2 visits. They could have followed better table setting like keeping paper towels, extra plates for waste collection, glass/cups for pouring water etc. Hope management will take a note on this. One pleasantly surprising thing that I noticed here was, while taking order they asks for spice level for a dish, which will help a lot for people who have intolerant of hot spicy food .

Food is great. Biryani is awesome. Felt the taste of Hyderabad biriyani. The place is well maintained and ambiance is great. Two Andhra briyanis available till now are lemon flavor paradise biriyani. And other outlets like Supriya gumagumalu which we can't rely on to taste good every time. This has balanced spice. Tastes good. Cooked to perfection on meat. This branch is afflicted to only gudvancheru branch of golcondas. Not navallur. Do try this if visiting around medavakam. The place just opened so the menu will be updated and online ordering by end of this month.

Taste and quality food

Food was delicious and quantity also good especially biriyani is very tasty price also reasonable, I love the service offered by the staff, very polite and professional staff.

Taste and quantity are really satisfying but the quality and hygine seems moderate... lot of items in the menu but most of them not being served I suggest the hotel to prepare simple menu and focus on the quality instead of lot of items this way they can attract more customer. Also the service really not organized u need to wait a lot if u planned to dine in... also while takeaway u need to confirm as it may get swapped with others, as last time when I visited someone who paid 1000rs parcel swapped with other who paid 650 rs...

Excellent food with good taste but very poor/worst customer service. There are good options available for vegetarian food lovers with enough starter varieties. Inspite of being well known on weekends it will be crowded there were no enough staffs even to serve water and provide us the menu card. To ask for order it took another 20 mins and table arrangement is bad such that it is in the entrance of the door. Safer side call out for the spice level while ordering itself and no planning at all. Can be tried on a week day but not recommended for weekends. The ambiance needs to be improved. The hand wash area is not clean at all and there is no provision for kids hand wash

Super biriyani.... Just loved the taste....

We went here for the first time seeing all the reviews. From the beginning till we got our bill everything got on our nerves. The most we felt raged was the waiter had completely forgotten the starter we ordered. And we on the other hand ignored it as it will be too late for a starter. That waiter was also no where to be found he literally forgot our table. Not even when we received our bill. The worst thing happened here. Another person came just to make sure we need anything else, assuming he's the manager there. We informed him about the waiter and his negligence. We paid for what we got and while leaving we heard the waiter telling the manager that we never ordered a starter to him at all. When I confronted him he still bluffed that we must've given a running order to somebody else. But the fact is nobody got any of our orders except him. NO COURTESY TO ASK SORRY AND IN ADDITION BLAMING THE CUSTOMERS FOR HIS FAULT. Thanks a lot Golcondas chef. Really fantastic Restaurant. Kudos Guys. Keep running you hotel with such pathetic waiters. You'll reach the peak in you business. Shame on you guys.
