I and my mom wanted a single stone tiny stud for my side piercing in 14 kt gold purity. Miss. Sakshi helped me look at every available 14 kt piece and I ended up buying a crescent stud that exceeded my expectations. It was my first time shopping for diamond jewellery and Miss. Think before you buy. No resale value. The jwellery bought here can't be sold in Tanishq Or any other place. Even if you want to sell here they are asking for 10 days as well no appreciation value. but the buy back option helped us to receive 90% of the amount.

Unprofessional service. They will be behind you only until u pay for order confirmation. After which you have to keep tracking status with them. They revised a quotation 5 times for an order. They wont even review once if its all fine before sending to customer. If we dont verify then we will end up losing money. Thats the amount of carelessness they work with. Never expected such negligence from TATA group. They didnt even attend my calls after getting payment. 2 things for which they will dial you is for getting payment and for getting 5 star rating. Will never recommend this adyar store. Caratlane itself is too expensive. They charge 22 ct price for 18 ct and 24 ct market price for 22 ct. Their making charge is 50% of gram rate. If 4000 rs is the per gram price, then flat 2000 is the making charge.

Good option for diamond jewellery and catchy designs . I visited for baby earrings, checked out other popular jewellery stores prior , but this store provided more options and trendy designs. Staff is courteous and patient to help. Location is a spot on right near Adyar signal.

Totally dissatisfied. They never give the hard copy of the authenticity certificate and ask the customers to download from the mail. inspite of repeatedly asking for the hard copy of the certificate for over 10 days i have not received it so far. Once they close a sale it's done for them, they don't attend to your queries or issues. Probably another franchise would be better. Adyar caratlane sucks.
