They have a great collection. The gold purity is unquestionable, best in the market. Their ruby and emerald designs are impressive. You can customise your design. If your size (example- bangle size) is not available, they can get it done. Customisation process needs a little bit of time (a month or so) but this is the standard timing for all the branded jewellery shops. You can also sell your old jewellery in here. They pay through the cheque.

Had been here many times. They have good collection of heels usually, but post Covid, they prefer to choose a design on their website & you can request for making. still you cn visit the store to buy from their good collection. They also follow proper disinfecting procedures.

Designs and quality is good. That's the reason I prefer mostly Tanishq. However, I am not happy with the customer service. Except one lady sales executive, other sales personnel are not kind with us. An incident happened to me: We were looking for rings with set of trays. A male sales personnel took away while we were looking for. We generally like Tanishq as a brand, not just for their designs but mainly reliability, trust and quality that accompanies the Tata name. We were not disappointed with our shopping experience @ Tanishq Adyar this time. We were there 3 days in a row and were very well served from the time we entered the store till our departure, with their personnel (including the franchise owner) patiently displaying their collections accompanied by detailed explanations. At the end of the day, customer service is what counts the most and this store definitely wasn't lacking on that front.

I am a regular customer of Tanishq. The quality is really very good as compared to other competitors. However, today I had a bad experience, which was unexpected. 25gm gold bar was full of scratches. When I asked to give a neat one, I was told that this is the last piece left. Such a costly product, but the packaging is not good, there is no serial no. mentioned and due to the scraches, it is not worth at all. There is no certificate of authenticity as well. This is disheartening. These points should not repeat in future🙏

Please don’t join any gold schemes with Tanishq , I had a very bad experience I joined in 10 months scheme. 1)During Jan and feb 2022 they had very bad app if you tired paying through those apps it will not success and if you text or call them no response from them and they will end up saying you missed 1 or 2 months so the percentage will reduce from 18 to 15 to 12 ( wastage ) . 2 )after completion of our last due date we have to wait for a month before purchasing jewel with them I don’t understand the concept after completion of all our payments why should we wait ?

It was a very polite and professional response from beginning, to explain the different products by Ms. Ruby and Mr. Renjith in Adyar,Chennai branch. Also the store has adequate collections in all ranges. Tanishq is always a trusted brand , so can buy with a satisfaction.

I had the worst experience and I will never step into any tanishq store ever again. The staff I don’t know his name but he didn’t know what a hoop earring was. I had requested for a couple of models online Sandhya from the store called me to confirm those models are available in the store and when I asked for it , they had no clue and none of the models I asked for was there. Also the salesperson handling said if you want I can bring it in the next one week . They lost a prospective customer. Kirtilal is the best diamond store in the city . Any one seeing this review do not go to tanishq I strongly recommend you all to choose kiritilal . Extreme professionalism and perfect customer service .

It's a retail jewelry shop.they only sell ready-made jewelry. They don't have karigar of their own ..they can't make jewelry of your choice..you can only buy jewelry which is in their showrooms display...

Tanishq is fine we find certain jewelry that appeals to my taste. But still I feel it should be more transparent in the ir dealings. The making and the wastage burn a big hole in mh pocket. Designs are not so attractive, probably it caters more to South Indian taste. Instead the could become more design oriented than using different cut diamond a criteria for design

This is one of the best stores amongst all the Tanishq branches. Overall, Amazing Customer experience. Shashi and Ruby really make you feel very comfortable and the array of designs are awesome. I have been shopping with this branch for the last 5 yrs and it only keeps getting better.

We have been visiting this place for the last couple of years (7+ yrs) and for the first time we felt humiliated as a few new staffs look down upon us (for wearing jeans and T-shirts and not wearing something that looks regal) and started questioning why are you here, what do you want even though we told one of the staff as to what we want and that too after selecting a gold jewellery for which we went upstairs to make the payment + buy another piece of ear rings. Frankly the old staffs were more courteous and that's the sole reason I did not go ahead and renew my gold scheme this time as we don't want to visit the store again ever. You lost an old customer just by sheer ignorance, prejudice and being judgemental about my financial status.

Every time I visit they keep setting the bar high through their excellent service and variety of choices they have in their store. Irfan is the guy we normally look for at the store due to an excellent customer orientation, others staff are also excellent too. Valet Parking is available for cars and sufficient parking available for 2 wheelers as well and now store has been shifted to the main road of Adyar which is a prime location. Respect for customers time and money is 0%. Firstly,I had to followup them for 3 days consecutively since the gold scheme I paid has got matured. But , they dint revert back. Secondly, when I visited the showroom since no reply to call,their staffs reply was there were busy with customers so she dint revert back. I find that they take customers for granted since our money is already with them in gold scheme. Thirdly , the jewellery pieces that were selected last month (nov) for the gold scheme that was completely paid by September itself was not held for purchase.They made me wait for long hours making gimmicks like searching.Then came up saying the jewel has gone for recall to other showroom. Fourthly, they had very few chains hardly seven for me to choose from, which is total waste of my time with them. Last ,when I opted for gold coin purchase the wastage was 7.5% which they say as some dieing charges. All of this inspite of me buying a few jewels from them as direct customer last year. Regret investing money with them for an year.
