I
spent
two
weeks
in
the
Bujtina
Tershana
in
April
of
2023.
With
the
caveats
below
about
what
kind
of
place
it
is,
I
recommend
it
without
reservation.
The
Tershana
can
best
be
described
as
an
upscale
bed
and
breakfast
in
style
and
service.
The
owners--
Spresha
and
Bexhet--
are
delightful
people
who
have
decorated
and
furnished
the
inn
very
stylishly.
They
consistently
chose
quality,
and
it
shows.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
big
hotel
with
a
restaurant
and
reception
area
and
bar
and
lots
of
people,
the
Tershana
is
not
for
you.
If
you
want
the
highest
quality
place
in
Peshkopi,
pick
the
Tershana.
The
rooms
are
not
small,
but
they
are
not
very
big,
either.
They
have
excellent,
clean,
modern
bathrooms,
and
the
furnishings
in
the
room
are
very
tasteful.
The
public
spaces--
dining
area
and
outside
garden--
are
lovely
and
supremely
maintained.
Breakfast
is
very
good,
and
consists
largely
of
food--
yogurt,
preserves,
eggs,
a
special
grain
soup--
made
by
Spresha
herself.
Wi-fi
is
very
good
(several
routers)
and
the
inn
has
a
generator
for
when
the
power
goes
off.
The
best
way
to
explain
my
experience
with
the
Tershana
is
to
say
that
I
am
a
private
person
and
did
not
look
forward
to
spending
so
much
time
in
someone
else's
house
and
having
to
be
around
them
all
the
time.
Bexhet
and
Spresha
are
such
fabulous
people,
however,
that
by
the
time
I
left,
I
wanted--
and
got--
a
goodbye
picture
with
them.
