I am rating this for Unit 916. I have been to this villa twice before(different unit). Those units were awesome. Thats why decided to come here again for my family gathering. But this time, we were so unlucky to get this worst low class unit so called Villa 916. When compared price with other units, this 916 unit is expensive than the others. The moment you enters the house, the furniture & sofa will spoil your mood. They look so dirty, old & poorly managed. (Noodles cups on the table is mine & not a complimentary). Then the bathrooms. OMG. Even RnR washrooms are cleaner than this units bathroom. They were extremely dirty. Alot of stains on the floor. Broken window is replaced with wood piece. Water pressure of the shower is very low. Then the rooms, the ceiling conditions are so unsafe. Broken & spider webs everywhere. Queen beds were only provided with 1 blanket. We had only 8 so called blankets for 12pax. Those are not blankets. They are so low in quality like just a towel. Refrigerator & kitchen things looks so disgusting to be used. So please avoid this unit 916. Doesn't meet 50% of a villa's requirement. Interior looks like cheap low cost house.

Cozy and quite place. I'll recommend if you and your friends wants some peace and quite of of town or even a corporate brainstorming. Comes with swimming pool (Most of the time, do check first) . Secluded and quiet, it'll help with you bringing your own food and cooking here cause otherwise you'll have to drive out. Hope that helps. Also a hidden frog that my friend found. Lol.

It was great while staying at villa with swimming pool. There is a good place to stay when u want away from your workplace. My kids love it when can swimming anytime. Plan to go next trip. Tq😍

Place ok but unfortunately stayed beside rude n inconsiderate neighboring guests. Played fireworks & fire crackers late night, after midnight & early morning. The security dun even brother to warn or come to stop the activities. Impossible can't hear with so much loud. Check with hotel saying that no fireworks or fire crackers activities allowed ... Hotel n security to be stringent with these types of guests.

This place is very dirty and old i came here for a vacation but there were a lot of cocoroaches everywhere even the pool is very sharp at the bottom i can here to get a cut on my leg very dissapointing

Not really safe to play in pool cause we found some glass pieces😡 Overall not really ok, too much of disappointments🙄

A place good for someone who want to stay without any disturbance. Guarded area. Quite spooky at night time n dont jog at night time unless u want to test your adrenaline with a dogs that likely to sniff around a garbage bin which is not being pick up by foreign workers. I wonder why take foreign workers even they were not perfect in doing their job.. Nowadays foreign workers was so lazy n like others backup their works especially if got new staff.

There are four bedrooms in this Villa with cooking utinsel..can accomodate 12 person. With a swimming pool , you can enjoy with your children swimming..every room got an AC...
