I go this clinic twice. First at night and second at noon. For rtk test. Overall clinic is good. Doctor is good. But the second time I go there, I don't like the receiptionis girl. 1st I rang the bell and the bell got some problem like the button goes inside the clicker and it make the bell ring twice. Then I come in the receiptionis said don't ring twice, ring once is enough. Hmm I say your ring got problem but she just like okay. Then I forgot to take off my shoes and once again she ask me,you forgot to take off your shoes ? I said sorry and she open the door for me to put my shoes outside. And she nag herself..tengok sudah kotor.. i'm just why ...I'm your customer beside the floor is not very kotor like you need to wash and not like see some lumpur or anything is and she tarik the welcome mat and just like lap the floor ..hmm I don't like that feeling. I think she is a bit rude cz I wear like cincai... Hmmm but I gv 4 star bc rtk is done by doctor and doctor is friendly and good. And also, when I'm done.. the receiptionis gv my result and I said thank you twice but she just ignore me..can you just like answer me ok like that ..that's enough. Tq.

I went there for my covid test. I dint expect to get full consultation and explanation just for rm39.00 this is the type of clinic we need more. Humanity over money. Good job!
