I stayed at AC Marriott Kuala Lumpur just to try out different Marriott hotels on my business / pleasure trip to Malaysia. Overall was a pleasant stay. I am a lifetime Platinum Elite member with Marriott Bonvoy. My only comment was on some waiters during breakfast hours. I know they mean well but the delivery of the conversation can be a lot better. They may require additional training and should learn to know when customers want personal space. Sentences like “ You must write a review about my service “ should be replaced with “ if you like my service , can you write a review about it “ or something more subtle. Regards

The administration of this hotel is changed and the new team improves tremendously. Staff is very responsible and cooperative. Lifts are noiseless. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff at the reception is outstanding. They are more than ready to solve your problems. Must appreciate the cleanliness.

Hotel is well located and has adequate parking. Interiors are beautiful and the rooms are well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and polite. I was very impressed and suggested that my sister hosted her wedding guests for her upcoming wedding. However it was disappointing that we were attended to by a very unfriendly and sarcastic sales representative. Definitely will think many times before recommending the hotel for functions hereafter

Granted, the location is not exactly central, nor are there any malls within walking distance. There are few open shops around (many are closed, presumably hit by the pandemic). The hotel breakfast is somewhat limited in choices, while the Samsung TV in the room was definitely from a previous generation. That said, the room was comfortable enough, with a large bathroom. I like how the water provided comes in glass bottles, which is definitely better than the single use plastic mineral water bottles. And I like the extra touch of providing guests with little sachets of lavender at the lobby, to bring to our rooms for the night. The staff here are friendly, helpful and quite efficient. It's probably one of the more affordable of the Marriott hotels, and is worth staying if you just need a comfortable room without the accompanying amenities.

Very nice hotel. Great after Renovation. Not much noise despite construction work. Buffet is also good but options are quite less (comparative to other Marriott Hotels) but good. Nice stay and service. Many Transit options available nearby. Swimming Pool is a bit small but good. Many conference/meeting rooms here. Overall good stay…

Cozy spacious rooms which are very clean. Room service is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is also top notch with a lot of options ranging from asian to western food. It was a one month stay where we had breakfast in the hotel every single day but did not get tired cause of the taste and the variation in the items. The location is also very nice. Lots of restaurants just at walking distance of about 5-10 minutes

I travelled alone, so I didn't really know what to expect. I was surprised by how lovely the people here in Malaysia are. The room is lovely, clean, and comfortable. I love everything about it. The staff are amazing! I just want to say thank you so much for taking care of me. Every one are so kind! especially Ali, who took time to listen and kept an eye on me and made sure that I'm OK. Ali, you're a star! Thank you so much. I've enjoyed my stay here. Definitely deserve more than five stars, and I highly recommend it.

I had a generally positive experience at AC Hotel by Marriott Kuala Lumpur. The service was commendable, with attentive staff and a friendly atmosphere. However, the aging hotel equipment impacted my overall satisfaction, leading to a deduction in the score. It would be great to see some updates in the future to enhance the overall stay.

Had the pleasure of staying in AC Hotel by Marriott between 13-15 Oct 2023. This was not my first time staying in this particular hotel. Had stayed there since Vistana Hotel many times. We arrived at about 2.30am on the early morning of 14 Oct. We had a pleasant and extremely nice welcome from the Frontdesk lady, Angie/Angel (forgive me for forgetting the name). As we were famished after being on the road for almost 7hours, she direct us to a 24hr indian-muslim eatery located in nearby the hotel. There too is a convenient store. Room given was superb, clean and feels like extremely new. Pillows was great, but the mattress doesnt feel like a new piece as it had springs bulging up at some areas. I have a bit of concern about the size of the mattress. As the website describe it to be king, but i feel that this king mattress is on the smaller side. But is slightly larger than a queen. There is an open concept wardrobe, iron and ironing board, slippers, laundry bags, refrigerator, kettle, glass and cups with coffee/tea and 2 big glass bottles of drinking water (sustainability). The shower room was comfortably huge. The toilet comes with a bidet sprayer. Separated shower area. Handsoap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers. Love the fragrance of mangosteen. Given standard grooming set such as toothbrush n toothpaste, comb, cotton bud. Unfortunately, these were given only 1 set. Breakfast was decent and nice. For a big hotel, their breakfast spread is considered small. Unlike their sister hotel, Fairfield at Jalan Pahang which have a lot more varieties of food. The only food that i go for is the roti canai with sambal. Their sambal was better than their sister hotel Fairfield. Despite the lack of food varieties, the service by all the servers exceeded my expectations. They were excelllent!!! The staff are superbly helpful and does quite a bit of small talks. They cleared the plates timely, send us the eggs and hot drinks. One thing is that I hoped AC hotel can add on more menu on their breakfast. For a 4-star hotel, and the price paid, breakfast can be much more colorful. Few thing i hoped that patrons can be aware of: 1. If you are coming down for breakfast, even if you dont shower, please have the decency to put on some perfume. Some of you smells horrible and destroy our appetite. We had the unpleasant experience to be passing by a patron who smells bad (not sure if its body odour or he reuse the yesterday's tshirt and did not air them properly). 2. Please do NOT put back the food items you have taken away on your plate onto the serving container. 3. There are thongs and ladle and spoon for you to use to take the food. Do not use your BARE HANDS. 4. The coffee machine is NOT A TOY... please look after your children and stop them from making coffee like as if it is a game. 5. If you dropped some food on the floor, please dont push the blame to other innocent patrons. Saw a man blaming some others when i saw it was him that dropped the food. Check out was a breeze. The front office person, a very fair, slim, tall and good looking indian guy was very patient and compose dealing with a customer in front of us. Some people loves asking the same things many times just to be sure. There are a couple of front desk personnels that i feel did very well in their service. Both males. One is an indian guy, slightly fleshy and the other is a Malay guy. Both are great in their customer services. There is a Komuter Train and LRT and MRT in less than 5mins walk, if you exit the hotel, turn right towards the bus depot. So going to Bukit Bintang, KL Sentral etc is a breeze with the service there. The trains are in service and had never NOT been in service. Maybe the wait time might be about 12-20mins each, which i hoped they can improve better. I will definitely return to AC Hotel by Marriott.

I had an amazing stay. Thanks to my AC One Hotel. I got upgraded and the room was great (very large, comfy bed, a lot of natural light…). The breakfast has an impressive selection and is definitely up to the highest standards. Staff is very professional. Specially the food team, i would also like to mentioned the name of food team Mr. Yasir and his team they are very supportive and corporative. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again at any time.

1 room, 2 singles (1day) I recommend staying here, my overall stay was very satisfying and relaxing Amnesties: Hot/cold water available, body towel and face towel provided, fragrant soaps, iron and ironing board provided in room, small fridge available. *However the room I stayed at have problem with toilet's water hose, it can be used but it's leaking Breakfast serves varieties, waiters are attentive to pick up dirty plates Room: Room is quite spacious, provides 3 pillow for each bed, bed have clean sheets, comfy bed topper and nice duvet. Parking: Parking is available on basement, for guest the rate is RM10 per day (need to validate at reception) Staff Staff is friendly, polite and helpful Staff Staff is friendly, polite and helpful

No upgrades for Marriott elite status. I booked an executive deluxe room and was given on L4 right next to the train line. Horrible sleepless nights. Was told there was no other rooms or upgrades available, which I honestly doubt. During the day there were drilling works from the ceiling. Its cheap compared to other marriott brand properties in Kuala Lumpur, but the location is not very desirable. Try not to walk around the area after 11pm, we had a weird experience where a lady threw stuff at our cab when we returned to the hotel. It is very near to 2 train lines, a bus depot with free shuttle to KLCC. This hotel was previously known as Vistana before superficial renovations. Rooms are small-ish. Beds are old and not very comfortable, TV is 32inches old lcd and has only 7 usable channels. The remote control didn't even have a cover. Toilets have been renovated recently. Other furniture run-down and creaks. But the hotel is kept really clean and it is truly appreciated despite the neighborhood it is in. Breakfast spread is adequate but meh. At least the coffee machines work well. The front line and housekeeping staff are great and make you feel welcome any time of the day. They are the gems that turned around what could have been a terrible stay. Thank you to the team for the effort.

This is the old Vistana Hotel. New owner/management has done a good job creating the modern Marriott environment in the lobby. But the rooms were untouched - still the ancient outdated furniture. No free guest parking.

The price doesnt reflect the level of service! My stay was pleasant from the moment i checked in to checking out! Will definitely come back! I paid a little less than RM200/ night. I thought the service will be so-so. To my surprise they really lived up to Marriott brand hospitality!

The hotel is great and good value for money. No deposit required upon check in. The ambience at the lobby is very nice. The aircond functions properly. My room was on high floor so no outside noise pollution. However there are few downsides and improvement should be done. 1. Breakfast was mediocre and not much options. 2. TV channel is broken. Very basic channels 3. The room door and bathroom door was old and they make crooked sounds. The hotel has basement parking which cost flat rate rm10. If you cannot sleep with loud noise better request for high floor.

The hotel has just refurbished the rooms’ toilets? The lift is too old. Some cards don’t work with the lifts. Change the TVs please, channels can barely be watched, and when tried to be connected with iPad (because of their limited choices and poor receptions), the tv went bonkers. It’s too old. Toilet amenities are incomplete. On the plus sides, the front desks are super helpful and friendly, Angie and Lutfi. The pool is okay, though I did find a couple while I was there, locked in their room waving asking for help because they were locked inside their rooms and cannot open the door. Food choices for breakfast don’t hold that many variety. Wifi internet is choppy. Get ready to use your own data.

So many delicious restaurant around the area. Especially Pak Punjab. If u take grab car to klcc, it will cost you rm10. The hotel feels like a recon hotel which we can see the furniture are refurbished but it is fine for its price. The room is not sound proof where i still can hear people cough and shut door. The food are tasty and fine. Taste like standard hotel dishes. Pool also nice with 1.5m depth. Overall, I am satisfied enough. Good job!

Great location, affordable pricing and loads of great food nearby from Mamak stalls to great seafood restaurants and Bak Kut Teh. Some things to note though is that the hotel only allows Digital Payment through its parking. Staff are friendly and nice but the rooms feels kinda old (although... renovated recently I think). Another plus point is that it has an excellent location... and it is quite convenient getting around the city as public transportation such as the LRT is just about 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

We stayed there for 3 nights. We reached there around 2am and we have already informed about the same to the staff as we were with the kid. To our surprise room was already ready. Staff was so helpful. Rooms as well as whole hotel was so neat and clean.. toiletries were provided. Even iron board with iron was there. Rooms were spacious and with king size bed. Whole area including lobby was carpeted and was cleaned every day. Swimming pool was on first floor and was neat and tidy.we had breakfast there . It was good but not have much options for Indians.. But still we liked the variety of salads, fruits and egg.. outside the hotel on walking distance there was a Indian restaurant or you can say dhaba, named Punjabi rasoi with the delicious Indian food. Loved their ginger tea. Many grocery stores are there on walking distance. Bus terminal is also at the walking distance.. overall nice , clean hotel with good location as well..

Excellent welcoming services from Keneth. Thank you Keneth for the arrangement. The hotel is located near to monorail station, opposite of the hotel is a Chinese restaurant. The room is newly renovated and it is modern.

Found this place on Marriott bonvoy app, needed a place to stay for 2 nights for business conference nearby. Lots of nearby cafes accessible by car. Place was generally clean. Staff were helpful (Thank you Keneth!) For foreigners there’s an additional RM$10 charge per night. Late check out 1pm. Gym was decent, but each type of exercise only one machine. No mats for stretching. For the price I would say it’s worth it!

Never again! 1. The room service was only if requested. 2. The wardrobe sliding door kept coming off 3. The TV had nothing on it. It was old, and small. 4. The dining area was very awkwardly situated- right next to the reception and tiny! 5. The food was the same everyday and nothing fancy. One would rather just prefer having A nice breakfast at toast box instead. 6. The housekeeping staff reeked( I’m sorry I have to mention this!!) personal grooming for the staff is needed. The only pro- the wait staff is excellent, very attentive and went of the way for our preferences. + location.

We checked out on October 10th. I am writing this comment to express our sincere gratitude for the warmth and kindness shown to us by every member of your staff, leaving us with wonderful and unforgettable memories. Throughout our stay, when we made requests, both the front desk and housekeeping teams promptly attended to our needs with a smile and a friendly attitude. Their professionalism and enthusiasm made us feel right at home, playing a crucial role in our journey. Our room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, reflecting the meticulous care taken by the housekeeping department. The pool and gym were also well-maintained, and the staff's friendliness was a remarkable highlight. The breakfast offered a diverse and high-quality selection that left a lasting impression on us. I would like to extend special thanks to the Night manager(I forgot his name!!!) at the front desk for exceptional care, which contributed to the beautiful memories we now cherish. We will forever hold dear the time we spent here. In fact, I have already begun looking forward to my next visit, even though I have left Malaysia! Once again, thanks to the hotel's staff for their outstanding service. Thank you for leaving us with such wonderful memories. SCHNEE CHEN

Worth the stay and the friendly and generous treatment of guests was exceptional right from front desk Nathaniel to banquet staff Asif . Rooms were in good condition and no flaws at all . Swimming pool was nice but can improve more . The banquet staffs gave an exceptional service to us especially Asif during morning breakfast. I will consider to come back for another stay here.

Hotel doesn’t properly record stay with Marriott - booked for 5 nights only credited with 4 nights. Also their operator on phone doesn’t answer long waits. Location of property is not convenient. Breakfast selection never changes. The top floor rooms whilst renovated aren’t as modern as those on the even newer renovated floors.

Slightly away from the city, but reasonably close and within good range of the metro, AC hotel was great in terms of service, hospitality and food. It would've been great if there was more control over the AC instead of a central unit, as we found the entire hotel too cold, but other than that, everything was well maintained. The street next to the hotel has a few food shops and a 24-hour mart for any needs

Lovely rooms that align with AC's standards, well equipped A/C throughout, and outstanding service from check-in through check-out. Special compliments to Ali, the morning breakfast host — an attentive individual with a great memory who adds a personal element to the start of each day!

For a 4 star hotel around Kuala Lumpur, I highly recommend. One because of the service that staffs gave. Upon arrival, the bellhop Abdul Kayum Sifath opened the car door for me and greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. Next day during breakfast service, my family's table were cleared promptly by waiter Asif who in my observation were very attentive. He was also friendly. At the counter, while asking about the carpark validation, I was served by Jenny who explained to me clearly and friendly. The downsides during our stay there were: during check in we were served by a front desk assistant (a lady with a strong accent accent from her country) it took us a while to comprehend what she was saying. Also we had to moved to another room on the first night because the aircon wasn't functioning well. However that is fine by us. As the switch was a breez, swift and it was assisted. Such incident is an isolated case, so we are good. Keep up the good work AC by Marriott. Overall we are delighted by the excellent service your staff showed.

Damai Service Hospital (HQ) takes this opportunity to thank your wonderful hotel for hosting our annual dinner . It was truly a delightful experience. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service provided was top-notch; the waitstaff were not only professional but incredibly helpful, ensuring every guest felt attended to with care and efficiency. Their attention to detail truly made the evening memorable. The seamless flow of the event owed much to the impeccable organization of the hotel staff. From planning to execution, everything fell into place effortlessly, allowing us to focus solely on enjoying the event. The food served was not only delicious but presented in a manner that elevated the entire dining experience to a professional standard. I can't emphasize enough how the hotel's management and staff contributed to the success of our evening. Their dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly did not go unnoticed. It's rare to find a venue that not only meets but exceeds expectations, and this hotel did just that. Additionally, the accommodations provided exceeded our already high expectations. The rooms were not only comfortable but exuded a sense of luxury that made our stay even more enjoyable. It's evident that the hotel prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction in every aspect of their service. Our deepest appreciation goes out to the entire team at the hotel for their outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone seeking professionalism, seamless organization, and a touch of luxury. We'll definitely be returning to avail ourselves of their excellent services in the future." Special thanks to the following staff: Miss Kitty the event manager Banquet manager Mr Yasir and team Mr Asit Keep up your good work and continue maintain the standard .

reception team was good, gave good explanations and assist plus friendly to me. the room looks old but well maintained and relatively clean without any weird smell because of the carpet. few stands of hairs in the bathroom do not spoiled my day. the only thing that i'm not too satisfy was the shower. pressure was low (stayed at level 19) and hot shower is not functioning during an evening and a morning. however, overall is a good place to stay.

Receptions were too slow upon check in, you have to be patient. If you lost your invoice while check out, they will not produce the new invoice. Breakfast always the same everyday and so so, interior good.

I think it used to be known as Hotel Titiwangsa but is now part of the Marriott group under its AC hotel lineup. Its definitely seen better days and could do with a proper refurbishment and renovation. Nevertheless the bed was still very comfortable and the team were extremely friendly and helpful in their suggestions of things to do and explore around town. Just wish the hotel environment, furniture and fittings could be as vibrant as the team there.

This hotel formerly known as Vistana Hotel situated on the east of Kuala Lumpur. Surrounded by a Express Bys stations from east coast states Pahang. Connected by LRT, Monorail which can take you around the city of Kuala Lumpur. Just behind tbe hotel, there is also a station for free buses provided by City Hall to take anyone around the city. FOC. Connectivity wise is perfect. A walking distance to an old town of Kuala Lumpur namely Chow Kit. AC Hotel has two private hospitals and a Government Hospital within its vicinity. Just opposite the hotel there's a famous Chinese restaurant and surrounded by Pakistan restaurant just a block away. A perfect choice for midrange budget onward since the hotel undergo renovation 2 years before pandemic arrive early 2020.

This might be abit late since I checked out last week, but I would like to take this time to commend the staffs at AC Hotel KL, who were nothing short of amazing for my stay(s) spanning across 14 days. From checking in to checking out, everything was absolutely terrific. I'd like to give a shout out to Nandini and Genesys for their warmth and amazing service since day 1, they made the hotel so much brighter. This is probably the best service among all the AC Hotels I've been so far, and one of the best service among Marriott Hotels in Malaysia (I'd say it's on par with The Majestic KL and Westin Langkawi), so please don't hesitate to come and stay with them. All SOPs are strictly adhered to, so you can ensure your peace of mind during your stay. Will definitely come back again.

Clean, spacious qnd comfortable room. Reasonably price. The only grouse is the room's carpet. Feels dusty. Most probably because its been there for a long time. The management should think of replacing the carpet with flooring that's easier to clean e.g. laminated wood flooring. Everything else is good. Just a walking distance from KPJ Hospital & HKL.

For its price and the room quality I personally felt its perfect. Clean, comfortable, bathroom is clean with decent amenities. Good airconditioning. Staffs are friendly. Location is walking distance from public transport system but gets a bit dark to walk at night. Budget eating options around and a seafood restaurant opposite the hotel.

It was a great stay! It has its pros & cons Cons : outdated room interior & tv. Not many channel selection & cannot connect usb or hardrive. Pros : excellent staff & team! There was a problem with the first receptionist but the 2nd receptionist, Angie assisted us very well and got a room upgrade. Staff was also very friendly and gave top service. They directly sent up my grabfood order to my room, very hassle-free! (most hotel dont do that & we usually have to go down to lobby to pickup) Concierge service is also excellent! Dont need to call front desk for any request, you can just chat with a hotel front desk representative via marriot bonvoy app, very convenient for introvert guest! Breakfast selection is your typical intercontinental menu but the quality is very good! They actually use actually koko krunch, honey stars & etc (not imitation). The food variety is good. restaurant staff is very attentive and nice! Service 10/10 Comfort 8.5/10 Design & Style 7/10 Price 8.5/10 OVERALL 8.5/10! Would definitely come again if there are more offers!

Had the worse experience staying in AC hotel. Booking via online with picture illustration of room is totally different from actual room given. Room had poor lighting, was dark and gave creepy vibe. Like I’m at cemetery! Horrible omg!Furthermore, it was noisy outside and couldn’t sleep well. The room television had poor contrast. It’s like I’m living in 1990! Totally disappointed with the poor standard by Marriot. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Rooms are very nice and clean . Bed linen is changed every day . Staff very courteous . BUT the small pool water is cloudy . Needs to be checked . And what is with four sun loungers? Four??? This is not standard for Marriott Hotels is it? We wanted to relax by the pool but sadly we can’t . No drinks allowed . No room service . No cafes . If you just want a room then this will be ideal .

The hotel exactly look like Concorde Hotel but at cheaper price. Smell the vibes of old furniture. Was here with my friend and their baby. Started with sounds dragging chair 11 to 12am. Fall slept till i heard continuously sound of renovation non stop since 8am i think. It's really irritating. They only stop when i called the receptionist. And they handled so good with giving us late checkout till 4pm. The hotel look okay somehow dusty a bit. Eventhough the price included breakfast but we didn't go down because we're really tired with those sound and not enough sleep.

Room is old, beds are older as it is sagging in the middle. Seems clean. Depending on location of room, it could be noisy when it is near the train station from early morning to late at night. The location seems a big rough and was told it has many crimes. It is easy to take the free bus to other parts of KL. It is also next to the train station, overhead rails. Has a good huge Halal Chinese seafood restaurant next to hotel which is almost always crowded with patrons. Staff are friendly. Hotel breakfast is limited. Wifi is terrible. Tv is old and should be replaced.

Room was spacious and of good size. Sheets and towels were clean.. There is no bathtub but has a rain shower and water pressure and temperature was good. Beds were comfy and love the small pillow to hug to sleep. They provided lavender in small sachets- love them! Totally brought me back to Japan.. There's some construction going on to 6pm in the higher floors. But I seemingly heard some construction ongoing outside at 1+am and had difficulty falling asleep. AC was also quite loud and noisy (maybe that's the purpose of the lavender sachets). I'd suggest improving the quality of the toothbrushes though, bristles too little n too soft, felt like plastic was sweeping over my teeth and gums instead. Location not very central but okay.. Overall, will consider coming back again one day.
