Had
the
pleasure
of
staying
in
AC
Hotel
by
Marriott
between
13-15
Oct
2023.
This
was
not
my
first
time
staying
in
this
particular
hotel.
Had
stayed
there
since
Vistana
Hotel
many
times.
We
arrived
at
about
2.30am
on
the
early
morning
of
14
Oct.
We
had
a
pleasant
and
extremely
nice
welcome
from
the
Frontdesk
lady,
Angie/Angel
(forgive
me
for
forgetting
the
name).
As
we
were
famished
after
being
on
the
road
for
almost
7hours,
she
direct
us
to
a
24hr
indian-muslim
eatery
located
in
nearby
the
hotel.
There
too
is
a
convenient
store.
Room
given
was
superb,
clean
and
feels
like
extremely
new.
Pillows
was
great,
but
the
mattress
doesnt
feel
like
a
new
piece
as
it
had
springs
bulging
up
at
some
areas.
I
have
a
bit
of
concern
about
the
size
of
the
mattress.
As
the
website
describe
it
to
be
king,
but
i
feel
that
this
king
mattress
is
on
the
smaller
side.
But
is
slightly
larger
than
a
queen.
There
is
an
open
concept
wardrobe,
iron
and
ironing
board,
slippers,
laundry
bags,
refrigerator,
kettle,
glass
and
cups
with
coffee/tea
and
2
big
glass
bottles
of
drinking
water
(sustainability).
The
shower
room
was
comfortably
huge.
The
toilet
comes
with
a
bidet
sprayer.
Separated
shower
area.
Handsoap,
shower
gel,
shampoo
and
conditioner
in
dispensers.
Love
the
fragrance
of
mangosteen.
Given
standard
grooming
set
such
as
toothbrush
n
toothpaste,
comb,
cotton
bud.
Unfortunately,
these
were
given
only
1
set.
Breakfast
was
decent
and
nice.
For
a
big
hotel,
their
breakfast
spread
is
considered
small.
Unlike
their
sister
hotel,
Fairfield
at
Jalan
Pahang
which
have
a
lot
more
varieties
of
food.
The
only
food
that
i
go
for
is
the
roti
canai
with
sambal.
Their
sambal
was
better
than
their
sister
hotel
Fairfield.
Despite
the
lack
of
food
varieties,
the
service
by
all
the
servers
exceeded
my
expectations.
They
were
excelllent!!!
The
staff
are
superbly
helpful
and
does
quite
a
bit
of
small
talks.
They
cleared
the
plates
timely,
send
us
the
eggs
and
hot
drinks.
One
thing
is
that
I
hoped
AC
hotel
can
add
on
more
menu
on
their
breakfast.
For
a
4-star
hotel,
and
the
price
paid,
breakfast
can
be
much
more
colorful.
Few
thing
i
hoped
that
patrons
can
be
aware
of:
1.
If
you
are
coming
down
for
breakfast,
even
if
you
dont
shower,
please
have
the
decency
to
put
on
some
perfume.
Some
of
you
smells
horrible
and
destroy
our
appetite.
We
had
the
unpleasant
experience
to
be
passing
by
a
patron
who
smells
bad
(not
sure
if
its
body
odour
or
he
reuse
the
yesterday's
tshirt
and
did
not
air
them
properly).
2.
Please
do
NOT
put
back
the
food
items
you
have
taken
away
on
your
plate
onto
the
serving
container.
3.
There
are
thongs
and
ladle
and
spoon
for
you
to
use
to
take
the
food.
Do
not
use
your
BARE
HANDS.
4.
The
coffee
machine
is
NOT
A
TOY...
please
look
after
your
children
and
stop
them
from
making
coffee
like
as
if
it
is
a
game.
5.
If
you
dropped
some
food
on
the
floor,
please
dont
push
the
blame
to
other
innocent
patrons.
Saw
a
man
blaming
some
others
when
i
saw
it
was
him
that
dropped
the
food.
Check
out
was
a
breeze.
The
front
office
person,
a
very
fair,
slim,
tall
and
good
looking
indian
guy
was
very
patient
and
compose
dealing
with
a
customer
in
front
of
us.
Some
people
loves
asking
the
same
things
many
times
just
to
be
sure.
There
are
a
couple
of
front
desk
personnels
that
i
feel
did
very
well
in
their
service.
Both
males.
One
is
an
indian
guy,
slightly
fleshy
and
the
other
is
a
Malay
guy.
Both
are
great
in
their
customer
services.
There
is
a
Komuter
Train
and
LRT
and
MRT
in
less
than
5mins
walk,
if
you
exit
the
hotel,
turn
right
towards
the
bus
depot.
So
going
to
Bukit
Bintang,
KL
Sentral
etc
is
a
breeze
with
the
service
there.
The
trains
are
in
service
and
had
never
NOT
been
in
service.
Maybe
the
wait
time
might
be
about
12-20mins
each,
which
i
hoped
they
can
improve
better.
I
will
definitely
return
to
AC
Hotel
by
Marriott.
