Opened during CNY but packed with long waiting list. Menu items are limited to my liking as it lacks local flavours. Overall, noodles are fresh and springy. Pau was alright but a bit sweet for me. The signature Siew Long Pau was good but I had better ones. Service was pretty fast but certain waiter's body odour was a big turn off.

Located right opposite haidilao. Standard good food. Always love their xiao long bao. Today one of the dishes served only after we finished all other dishes. The servant apologised and canceled the item for us.

This branch is so popular. It has nice ambience, great service, waiter and waitresses are polite and prompt. We are reminded of Hong Kong each time we are here. We don’t have to wait long for our food. Food is tasty & delicious, full of Chinese flavours - something that I could never replicate at home 😆 Kudos to the chef behind the scene. We enjoyed our food very much, thank you. 👏👏👏

First time to this restaurant, heard that it was not bad and it really is. The staff were friendly and the queue runs fast. Most of the dishes were quite small portion, if you’re big eater then you might need to order more. The Xiao long Bao was juicy and filling were tasty. The noodles soup taste not too strong in flavor, but the noodle so chewy and silky. I love their mango pudding that isn’t like jelly , you can feel the texture inside, taste firm and good.

Went there for Squid game. and then had our lunch here. Everything is up to standard. But that time not enough waitress. So sometimes it is hard to stop them to ask for add on or take order. Overall ok.

Din Tai Fung is a very famous Taiwan based Chinese cuisine chain restaurants. I always have very high regards for their dishes, but not their pricing. I ordered Braised Beef Soup as my main dish today. The taste was superb. I also savoured the Xiao Long Pau. It was deliciously good. There are halal and non-halal branches of Din Tai Fung in Malaysia. Din Tai Fung Sunway Resort is non-halal whereas Din Tai Fung Nu Sentral is halal. I had sampled both of these restaurants and I think both are equally good.

The best outlet so far I have eaten . Superb tip top services by the staff. Place is clean & bright. Lucky for us there was no queue today, normally there would be a long queue. Order the signature xiao long bao & noodles. These are must haves! You may add their homemade chili oil to your noodles for that little extra kick! Highly recommended if you are looking for something simple & light meals.

[too rich ah?] 1) Overall - Chinese restaurant in a shopping mall, comfortable environment, great dining experience, plenty of seating but do expect queue during peak hours, variety of food such as xiao long bao, pork dumplings, prawn wonton, dim sum and many more to choose from Din Tai Fung 鼎泰豐 at Sunway Pyramid 2) pork xiao long bao - juicy meat in the pocket of perfectly cooked dumpling, yummy 3) spicy vegetable wonton - liked the spicy oil that enhance the flavour of the wonton 4) vegetarian mushroom dumpling - tasted okay 5) hot and sour soup - flavouful, full of ingredient, decent portion, tasted good 6) stir fry vegetable - tasted alright 7) prawn friend rice - fried rice is always the signature, must-order dish, fresh prawn and pair with "wok hei" rice 8) vegetarian mushroom fried rice - tasted great with a lot of wok hei 9) deep fried mushroom - a little too oily for our liking

Famous for their noodles and xiao long bao but I personally prefer their Dry Hot n Sour Noodles. It's not too hot like the Mala sauce, but it's just nice to give it a little flavour.

DTF definitely of the best restaurant which offers Chinese meals. The beef noodle, fried rice, xiao long bao are dishes which highly recommended. The restaurant itself is nice and clean plus the service is fast and waiter/waitress responds immediately.

My favorite here is the dumplings. Nice ambience and friendly service. Non halal. Their IOI City Mall Putrajaya branch don't serve pork/lard.

Overall, the food is ok, but the sichuan spicy chicken ad is very misleading. Since it's a new addition, it's not available in the menu book nor in the order paper that you have to fill in yourself. Ended up getting a different item, which is 'Spicy Chicken' instead of 'Spicy Sichuan Chicken'. Once they bought it out, I immediately told them that this is not what I ordered. Food was still untouched, and I requested them to help exchange it for the one that is advertised, which they flattly refused since they argued that it has already been served. Why showcase the sichuan chicken as the spotlight item if it's not even on the main menu and on top of the order paper? Even the staff know that the naming between those items is very similar. They should also always offer the food that is being showcased by default if the naming is similar to avoid any confusion. I was very disappointed as I came here, especially to try out the new chicken menu.

Delicious as usual. But price has been increasing since inflation. Service good. Crowded during peak hour

This place is pack for dinner! Be ready to que up for table unless you call for reservations. This restaurant is really busy and it could get really loud as it faces hai di lao thats also has a long que and occasional performances. One of the busiest corner in the mall with village roast duck forming the golden triangle of chindse food. Food is still great, highly recommend their signature pork chop fried rice + xiao loong bao.

By far one of THE BEST eateries I've ever dined at! The whole team was working together in singularity as a unit as how an F&B outlet should be - everyone was doing their job and tasks are delegated efficiently and effectively. The most surprising part was when we arrived, the manager asked if we wanted forks or chopsticks. My wife and I were impressed because my wife doesn't use chopsticks and this is the first time we were asked for this option. Food served were immaculately presented and promptly, ambience was great, and they very kid-friendly. It's no wonder they have won multiple awards! The best part about all of this is that the price was outstandingly impressive in terms of value for money. My wife was shocked when she knew how affordable it costed us! She guessed RM 200+ when I paid for only RM 100! Definitely a must-visit place for me and my family again whether I'm traveling alone or with loved ones. Stellar job and kudos to the whole team, including the kitchen!

I would say, the quality of food has dropped. It was not as tasty as before. But the layer cake is good. It was my first try at their 蒜泥白肉, a great disappointment as it wasn't as per my expectation of a 蒜泥白肉, yet the meat was too thin.

Always crowded and expect a wait. Their queueing system is efficient. The food is delicious. Dishes that we always order: 1. Iconic xiao long bao 2. Fried rice with pork chop (or shrimp) 3. Scallion sauce noodle with shredded pork 4. Spicy shrimp & pork wonton 5. Stir fried pea sprout / spinach 6. Sweet and sour fish (or chicken) (it's a very small portion, only a few pieces of thin fish fillet)

This has always been My fav restaurant to go to for my Xiao Long Bao. I feel DTF serves the best compared to others. Can't vouch for the branches if they're all similar but so far so good. The noodles and fried rice are not bad. Portions seem to have shrink a lil, maybe because of the rising costs. Dishes like the veg are tasty too. Prices are slightly on the higher end. Staff are always friendly no matter which branch I visit. Good place to makan and hang with fam and friends. Yee sang during CNY is also not bad.

A very nicely designed restaurant with welcoming crews. Ordering still through the manual method and the crew will double confirm the order. Xiao Long Bao taste good. Vege egg fried rice was ok only.

Our family visited this place on a weekend. The menu is quite varied and the food elaborate; the staff professional, efficient, and attentive; the environment elegant and clean. You may even find yourself being guided to your table by the robot at the entrance! Needless to say, it's one of our favourite restaurants. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Taiwanese cuisine.

Oh, this soup tasted so bland. Like water, same goes to Shrimp and pork wonton soup. Also, theres a young lady waitress..she needs training. How can she hold the top rim glass to serve. Imagine i will be drinking from that part. Is her hand clean? Ding Tai Fung is not a coffee shop so please dont behave like one.

Popular Taiwanese chain restaurant that has a Michelin star in their country of origin. Nice wooden decor with various types of seating. Quite noisy though. Very good service provided. Rather expensive. Usually busy so expect a wait however their system is efficient. Took about 20 odd minutes to get a table during weekday dinner. We ordered their chicken xiao long pao, stir fried pea sprouts, shrimp & egg fried rice plus spicy peanut la mian. Food took a while to come. The dumplings were disappointing considering it's their claim to fame. Lack of flavor. The texture was okay. The veggie dish was really good. Crunchy with simple flavor. The la mian was nice but small portions. Fried rice was good as well. Although could do with more wok hei. Washed it down with hot pu err chrysanthemum tea. Huge pot given for just 2 of us. We enjoyed our meal but doubt we will return. Bit too pricey for what you get. Nothing special overall.

Had the chicken dumpling, sweet and sour chicken and lemon tea - taste wise is mediocre at best and price wise its very pricey for what it offered. Maybe the porky version should taste better.

The food here taste ok, but price and portion is a bit too expensive and small, wasn’t full at all after eating but service is good.
