I called to check my Hire Purchase balance. The staff answered with no manner & not friendly. I'm sorry that I don't really familiar with my Hire Purchase but could you answer me properly. ".He then recommend me to go to Public Bank Rawang. When I asked verbally the bank he answered "Waze kan ada cik, beli handphone mahal2 tak kan tak boleh waze". with such no friendly tone. I'm very irritated with his way.it would have been better if he could advise me properly on the procedure.

This public bank is a bad service. On 28 June 2021 (1:51pm). I'm at counter 7. With that old lady who assisted me. Poor service. Not other day the other girls at there so good. But this old lady so bad in service customer. Hate it when she shouting others. Please teach her how to respect others

Currently the only bank in this area of Bukit Beruntung. It's also the best place to get housing and business loans in this area. Service is excellent, staff is committed to serve you in 5 mins. All other banks got burned badly in the last last housing bubble and are not keen to setup shop here.

The staffs are helpful and polite. Today, I went to the bank. One of the staffs, by the name of Encik Khairil who was attending to the customers that were standing outside the bank with graceful manner. He was efficient, attentive, hepful and observant. He frequently asked the customers what was their enquiries and made sure that the customers were standing on the "right" lane. And thank you too for Puan Norizan for being helpful and polite. I think, the customers felt appreciated even though had to wait in along queue and sweating and understand the staffs difficulties.

The only bank in this area, Bukit Beruntung and Bukit Sentosa. Providing all the essential bank services like ATM and counter services. Service is quick and efficient. Staff definitely must be given high rating..... if possible a 7-star rating. Besides being a friendly bank, it is also like a meeting for the folks here. A popular place for people, friends and neighbours to meet and chat while waiting for their turn. (Maybe more seats could be added). Public Bank is certainly our local, friendly bank!

It makes me wonder why we have to change our MyKad address just to open an account here and provide details of our workplace as well as documents related to work or business SSM if have any. If we are not working, then we need to provide our spouse's personal and work details. The process is so strict compared to other banks but since it's the only bank in the neighbourhood, the customers have to follow all requirements with no other option. Other banks like CIMB (Petronas, Tesco) and MBB (Petron, Tesco) have ATM and CDM machine here. BSN (Petronas) and RHB (Tesco) only has ATM here. Others are yet to be discovered. I hope those who wish to open an account here whether it's a savings or current account will be prepared and bring all necessary documents or you might not be able to open an account that day. I waited until my number was called and end up going home empty-handed because i didn't bring any documents related to my workplace. Such a pity and a waste of time. It would be good if they provide a clear guideline on the requirements needed to open an account. That way people don't need to wait in line just to hear their documents were insufficient to proceed with the account opening.

In Google mentioned that public bank bukit beruntung will open at 9:30am but now it’s already 10:00am they is a only a man sitting inside but they haven’t open the bank yet

The worst customer service ever among public banks, I taken the queue no. And waited over an hours, still not yet my turn, instead others from behind was cut the queue.

What is the purpose you guys put special care counter?? Because when i ask to use this privillages, they ask to wait for the number…better take out the sign, i’m ok to wait if no such signage…eehhhh hangin la ak

Very bad service..... have lot of counter...bad only 1 counter been use....the branch manager need to be more alert on crowd....and manage the branch well.....pls take note.....bad service outlet
