2 storey 2 shop with DiY item all u need are available. 2 counter for payment. Staff a willingly to help just ask them.

I wanted to buy some stuff from diy. One of the girl staff is being rude to the customer . If you want talk to customer , you should not raise your voice . Answer nicely when customer ask you something . Very very disappointed with the customer service .

Only have 2 cashier counter, versus the too many customers, causing long queue...

Always can find things that we are looking for at reasonable price and quality. Suggest to sell T8 light set that can change bulb.

I was surprise that can find a lot of item in this Mr DIY. Most of the item you want you can get it here.

Friendly staff, Resourceful outlet. Diy materials are cheaper here than the surrounding hardware like pipes & taps. Unfortunately it is the main reason stock won't hold for long... Lambat habis daaa..😅

Good affordable quality product available. Just need to better observe SOP especially on social distancing.

Just need to update the item before promotion because the promotion item is not there. Overall the staff is responsive and positive attitude. Great SOP implementation.

Though not quite large but it has everything I need. The prices are ok. Items range from high quality to low, depending on the prices. However some people, especially those who rarely go here (like me) might have trouble in finding some items at second floor because there's no sign whatsoever of where is an item located or what product is at what rack and such. You might take a long time to find your item. But overall, the shop provides almost everything you're looking for, which is a blessing especially when you live in a small town.

Went there looking for my kids PSV module setup, did manage to find what I wanted. DIY in BTP is smaller compared tu Ijok DIY. I prefer going to Ijok DIY for more choices..

Not as big as some DIY outlets but it's convenient as it's located in a huge residential area.
