During the transfer from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Tahan they broke our bags and refuse to give us refund. Rude and inhumane staff. Tickets are very expensive, considering the other buses in Malaysia.

During the transfer from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Tahan they make you stop in half way with no reason, just to sell you their tours.. then after we changed bus, they took our luggages and they broke our bags and they just don’t care and refuse to give us a compensation because they have no insurance for it. Rude and inhumane staff. Tickets are very expensive, considering the other buses in Malaysia. Be aware of it..

Excellent organization. Booking two bus/boat trips was easy. Getting info via email as well. Staff speaks well enough English and is helpfull. Especially the guy at Kuala Tembling jetty. Toilet at jetty is indeed awful and i didn't pay for that. Another thing is that the 'seating' places in the boat are too small for two persons and we were a bit cramped on the way up the river. Due to family circumstances we had to cancel the second trip, but we could change this for the trip back to KL without any problem whatsoever. Would fully recommend doing this boat bus trip to Taman Negara.

We had a good trip from Kuala Lumpur to Taman Negara. Starting at Han Travel office with the bus, after one hour there is a short stop for toilet and drinks. Total drive of around 3 hours to the boats. The boats are located at Kuala Tembeling. The boat trip was great! It is so much fun to travel on the river. The people from Han organized the trip well. They explain where you should go and at what time you leave. At the rest stop by the boats you can have lunch. Improvements: the bus is too old and the driver had trouble with the gears. And the toilet stop at the boat station is very disgusting!! It is a not okay that they ask money for that, but you have no choice…

We had been on 3 days trip in Taman negara (whole package for 400 ringgits-meals,trips,transport...). Everything was really well organised. We had friendly guide in Taman negara. They cook well in the resort, even for western people. One of the most adventurous days of my life, definitely worth this money. Thank You Han travel :)

After 4day 3 night, I felt the HAN rainforest resort cheated us, in the travel package, it stated canopy walk was included but unfortunately the canopy walk is under maintenance and the person in charge didn't inform us at First. The fun was not returnable, then they also charged us the transportation fees although in the package was stated free transportation. Lastly the food in the jetty is not reasonable at all. Very, very very unreasonable! I hope the top management shall note this problems.

Bad experience ever. They don't even deserve 1 star. They're always "on the way" in fact they're not. They don't inform things beforehand which in turn cost us time. We waited for 1 hour at Kuala Tembeling for the bus (heading back to KL), which they eventually apologised saying that it's unforseen circumstances. Turns out, they actually had another group of people to pick up, and I think that's the reason why they could manage to spend our time waiting at Kuala Tembeling just to allow them to come on board together. The food served was bad, especially in Kuala Tembeling Taman negara Restaurant, the food was very oily. Not recommended at all.

Took bus from Kuala Besut to Taman Negara. While I did get there eventually, they made us stop at a tourist center for over an hour while they tried to sell us tours. I wouldn’t use them again.

Great experience with han tracel, van was a bit old but still comfy!

Very well organized, probably the best way to travel between Taman Negara and Cameron Highlands. Drivers were fine and the stop in Kuala Besut is understandable since you cannot predict delays. They told us which kind of tours are available but no one proposed to buy anything.

Terribile experience! Don't waste you money, Redbus is 100 times better. The minivans are old and without suspensions so if you travel in the back you will feel all the street holes and all curves. Our driver was crazy and drove dangerously fast, often surpassing other vehicles near blind turns and not respecting any safety distance. We have asked him to slow down and drive safely but he ignored us until one of the passengers had a panic attack and we had to stop for ten minutes or so. I DEFINETLY DO NOT RECOMMEND them, they are also very expensive with respect to buses to Jerantut , you can book them through Redbus and all buses are extremely more comfy and secure. We had already booked the return with Han but after this experience we didn't use it.

Good company to travel between Tourism spots in Malaysia. The vans are, as Dutch people, on the small side and not as comfortable. But hey they bring you wherever you want to, are reliable and make a fast connection between the places you want to be at!

Loved the experience! We got the best guide ever - Mr. Lawrence. We were a group of 13 people - friends and family. We booked 2 tours - night KL tour with visit to King's palace, Merdeka square, Central market and Menara KL Tower.and Country side tour with visit to Batu caves, Thean Hou Temple and local small factories. It was unforgettable experience - we got so much more from Mr. Lawrence. He was very knowledgeable in KL sights and facts. He showed us many places in KL that were nor on the agenda and he was very patient with us - waited for us to look around, helped us to take pictures of the whole group. I highly recommend him - he said he was just a driver but he was more than a guide to us. If possible ask for him. You will love the experience with him as he helps you to understand the city and appreciate it. Thank you Han Travel for the best experience and time in KL! Not to mention that Mr. Lawrence helped us by showing us where to eat in the evening and we had unforgettable experience of eating on a banana leaf. Best guide ever!

Monkey and Firefly Tour We did this tour with Han Travel, as we didn't want to do the Temples etc that were part of some other tours. For the most part it was a good tour. I have to say the transport left a lot to be desired, the van was not well maintained and I think had no shock absorbers or suspension - the van shaked and rattled while rolling along! Hussain picked us up from our hotel - a pleasant enough man, but if you're wanting a tour guide to tell you facts about the places you're visiting, he is not your man, he is there to get you from A to B. Although we had just wanted to see the monkeys and fireflies, Hussain took us first to a chocolate factory, and then stopped at a temple. We did a very cursory visit to both, just to be polite before heading off to see the monkeys. The monkeys were great. We bought some food for MYR10 and spent about an hour feeding them, and taking photos. We arrived at the boat tour/restaurant slightly early, so decided to do an eagle boat tour for an extra MYR40 each - worth the extra. Meal was good, plenty for two people. Drinks were extra. Firefly trip was awesome, just wished we'd have had longer. It takes probably 15mins to get to the spot where the boat stops and then we had about 20mins watching them, but it wasn't quite dark enough to start with, it would have been better to start the tour slightly later (I don't know if they adjust the timings according to the time of year). Got back to the hotel about 21.30hrs. All in all, a worthwhile trip.

I used the bus and boat transport from Kuala Lumpur to Taman Negara, which went very well. The Kuala Lumpur office lacks a waiting area, so most people sat on steps outside. Also no restroom. A clean minibus took 3 hours to reach the boat dock with a break midway for restrooms, snacks, and ATM. Then an hour for lunch, optional tour bookings, and park registration before getting on the longboat upriver thru scenic jungle to dock in park, about 3.5 hours. Cost one way for all this is 79.5 MR online or 95 MR cash at office.

Not a serious company. We hired a one day trip to Taman Negara at very high price so we expected a dedicated guide/responsible. Once there we had to ask different people about the activities, meal time, transports... You'd better hire guides or tours directly at the the National Park. Han travel offers no added value for the price.

They told us the bus to Taman Negara would take 4 hours. In fact it took almost 7. After driving for one hour we stopped for a toilet break, one hour later we had to change buses and then we stopped for a two hour lunch break at a travel agency where they wanted us to buy tickets for tours and activities. Since we had already purchased everything with our guesthouse this was totally unnecessary for us and quite a waste of time. When I informed the driver that we just wanted to leave and get to Taman Negara he told us: driver knows best. I then called Han travel in KL I told them we were stuck at a travel agency for two hours and they just told us: it happens. Also make sure to keep a copy of your receipt and tickets. I would recommend taking another company to go to Taman Nagara or take a private car. When traveling with three or more people a private car is actually the same price!

Booked a 3 days 2 nights package and we enjoyed the trip so much. They give good response to our enquiries and very helpful. Their guide is very experienced and friendly. The price we paid was worth. The package included accommodation, activities tickets, breakfast & dinner.

We booked a day trip to Malacca and a country trip the following day. Our tour guide Lawrence was great. Took us to places we would not have gone. Lawrence was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would like to thank Lawrence for two very enjoyable days.

We used their bus service twice: once for our journey from Kuala Lumpur to Taman Negara, and then from Taman Negara to Cameron Highlands. The first driver was great, as we reached our destination much faster than the estimated time mentioned on the website. However, the second driver was a complete and total lunatic. He was wearing his Ferrari cap and seemed to think he was Charles Leclerc himself. He drove at an extremely high speed, overtaking vehicles just before blind corners and tailgating others until they veered off the road. Overall, if you want to reach your destination quickly and enjoy a bit of adrenaline while traveling, I would recommend them. However, if you easily get motion sickness, I would suggest considering another option.

I was little nervous after reading negative reviews before I onboarded the bus from KL to Taman negara, but the drive was overall pleasant experience. Minivan was well air conditioned and we only stopped 2 times overall - one for short toilet break and another one to change to either taking boat to Kuala tahan or taking different bus (useful for people who booked the accomodations before reaching to Kuala tahan). The agents at the second stop were polite and well informed - for example, I was instructed to book a day trip directly with my guesthouse instead of them trying to sell their trips. Overall, I am satisfied.
