A good place for relaxing with family and friends. Can spend great time with your loved ones. Water chalet is awesome. Book executive chalet for a full sea view. So that can see the sunset and sunrise just from your room. This time got no change to see, cuz rainy day. 😒 There is a buggy service from 7.00am - 10.00 am for those staying at water chalet. Good place for walking & jogging. This is my second stay. Hope for a stay again in future. Currently their Cafe is open for take away only. If you're booking room with breakfast you need to go to cafeteria and bring back your bag full of breakfast.

A very nice experience for my family. The room was a bit old, but everything was working. It was good. The environment is amazing. Great view, great beach sounds and relaxing room. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok. I would come again.

I have experience stayed in this hotel before. I think more than 12 years ago. The rooms still good maintain and the environment still look nice. Due to hotel wrong booking the date, we do not have exact rooms to stay but they are upgrading our rooms to water chalet type. We would like to say thank you for the care of customer. Thumb up. unfortunately when we come in to the rooms, the towels was not in place, rooms light unable to switch off and non stop flashing. Due to late check-in, we decided to unplug the light bulbs and thing solve.

Best staying ever. Kids happy. The accommodation at Premium water chalet is superb. Bathtub is huge. Room are spacious. We can sea the sea. The wave. The view is priceless. They changed our towels everyday. We staying for 4d3n. It worth every penny.. the housekeeping make our bed everyday. Will definitely come again.

Stayed in their deluxe water chalet. Well maintained room but quite dated, especially the LCD TV which looked like it was more than 10 years old. Love the spacious shower room though. The conference facilities is OK and similarly dated. The food is quite bad except for it's brownie. The coffee was super diluted. Food at restaurant buffet is forgettable.

One of the best resort to stay. Bring your family together so that you will be more cheerful. Also, bring more foods and mineral water because you need a lot of refreshment after a day-long beach walking or swimming. Do not forget to bring your umbrella because the weather can change abruptly. Well, its a nice place for you to relax, doing some recreational things or do some sweaty activities. Weird room design. First time you will see when u open the door is the washroom. Totally not convenient as if someone was using the washroom, no one from outside can go in and no one from inside can go out. Breakfast food variety is good but unhygienic. Flies on the food and the cup noted not clean. Kinda disappointed. Best point is all the staff are friendly. 👍

We enjoy our 3dys 2nights stay here. Large clean room, efficient services by the hotel staffs & free parking. This hotel also easy access to the town area if you prefer to have food outside. Things to improve is the Aqua cafe have flies that love sweet things like cakes and juices. Overall, thank you Lexis PD!

The place is okay but nothing great. Went during holidays and it was packed. Parking was basically full and barely had place to park. The morning breakfast was relatively poor but also perhaps due to some event hosted. The place seems old but not that well maintained. However the air-conditioning was just recently replaced and was great to sleep especially in the hot weather. Location wise it was near a beach shared with a few other hotels so was also packed. But decent place for younger kids.

Although it's a 4 star hotel, it provides 5 star service! The staff are friendly and helpful. The buggy and maintenance service is efficient. Cleanliness wise is below my expectation. Anyway, my family and I really enjoyed staying here. Good job!

Stayed here on Sunday & check out on Monday. Price is affordable at RM280 per night for 3 people. Check in was pleasant & our tower room is facing the chalets. Room is well maintain but the water pressure at the basin was low & amenities given is only for 2 people. There is a nice , quiet beach beside the hotel - glory beach. Just a 3 mins walk from hotel. Perfect

As I stay in the water chalet the facilities in room look old. There are 2 management of the room. One is under Lexi's it'self can see the different by looking at the door. There is logo of Lexis at the door. Another I think it's time share. However can used the hotel facilities except buggy service. It's a walking distance to the beach close to Glory Beach Resort. The swimming pool are good.

Comfortable and good service by the hotel. Ideals for family of four with ample space and toilets with large bath tub. The view were nice and calm.The room amenities a little bit old and look dull with poor lighting. For me, room service below expectations with that kind of price, you may choose other options in grab with more delicious and better presentations/ packaging.

Great hospitality. Stayed at their water chalet, there is a buggy ride to doorstep and it comes with a rather short wait. Room were a little dusty and needed some touch up cleaning, otherwise good. Easy road to access with security at hotel entrance. Quiet staying environment. Has a variety of breakfast options available.

overall i enjoyed my trip at lexis. it was so calming, waking up with a seaview. the room design a little awkward, you are welcome by toilets and bath before bedroom 😂 but not a problem. the room was nice except that its kinda of dusty. buggy was nice, always on time and easy to get. they prioritize customer who calls over the one who waited without call. food was great. so variety. and its delicious. great time at the outdoor pool, you need to bring your swimming attire to play at the pool. everything was ok, except that our card cannot be read to enter the room in the middle of the night. we waited for the hotel to fix it for almost 30 minutes. my baby got bitten by mosquitoes and was fussy because it was too long for them to come.

We stayed 1 night last week. The room is in veryyyy poor conditions. Very old furniture. Not worth the price of rm500+(premium water chalet room). I even found LARGE OILY STAIN on the bed sheet and i believe they did not change the sheet after every guest check out. So gross. The room is dusty. NO WIFI CONNECTION AVAILABLE in the room. The TV got basic channel like tv1,tv2 only but the screen is blurry. Almost you cannot watch anything. Buggy service is late. Receptionist was grumpy? Shes not smiling at all. Breakfast was okay. Alot of varieties and delicious. The only thing we love is the beach located exactly beside the hotel and within walking distance. Other than that, totally not worth my money. Not gonna repeat staying here.

The chalet was run down and not clean. 1) the shower screen was broken. 2) we could not use the bathtub as the water stopper was broken 3) there was a dead cocroach by the curtain 4) we could not get hot water. So had to have cold shower The staff were polite and helpful. But there is no point in having polite staff if you can't maintain basic facilities and cleanliness of the room

We stayed in a premium water chalet. The room was amazing and so cool being right on the water and having glass panels in the floor so you could see the water below you. You can lounge by the hotel pool or walk 2 minutes to get to the beach. Staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was nothing fancy but there was plenty of food and lots of options to choose from.

Unplanned trip, managed to secure a water chalet. Room is clean and well maintained, just nice for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Checking in and checking out process was smooth. Friendly staff, good services. A nice place for short break

Nice and clean. As I enter, I felt safe because there are SOO many uniformed guards around. And they are friendly too. The breakfast has a fair amount of food choices. I saw a customer with a humongous amount of food, and truth be told, DID NOT finish the plate. Maybe the hotel can impose fine such persons for food wastage! Polite front desk too.

Quiet.. Tranquil.. Room is clean but did not get the seaview like i request. Breakfast spread is awesome ( have pancakes!!! Which is already awesome for me but wish they place soy milk and maple syrup) Anyway, the stay is worth it for those looking for a quiet relaxation.

We had an extraordinary experience here. At first we thought this hotel is "substandard" to Grand Lexis next door. But we were treated with their superb services, from seamless parking arrangement, check in process, buggy service, attentive and friendly staff, wide and tasty breakfast spread, and many more. The staff is helpful and friendly. Management needs good communication with foreign workers I paid an extra charge for 2persons for utilities and breakfast, but the staff sent me toiletries without tower and drinking water. I need to request two times. Anyway their house keeping staff is well trained in keeping guests omitting things. They have special lose and found department for guests to claim back their omitting.

Had a good experience. I wanted to highlight in particular what happened after. I had misplaced a personal item and only realized it days after I checked out. I called Lexis Port Dickson and they connected me to Housekeeping. She introduced herself as Qistina. She had a cheerful tone and was very polite. She asked me details of the item, where I think I misplaced it, and she got my contact details. I didn't think it would be found so I didn't expect to receive a call again. But a couple of hours later she called back but to inform that they were not able to locate it. Although I was sad it could not be found, but I was pleased and impressed to receive a kind service and for getting back to me. Thank you for helping me out.

Last minute unplanned trip on 4/6, managed to grab for the last room via Agoda. The room was old, and dusty on the window ledge. The worst thing was something stung my daughter, and her face got swollen the next day. I suspected the bed bugs or the cleanliness of the bed maybe? Please do take care of the cleanliness of your hotel room, it will be the first and the last for my visit.

All the staffs are friendly. I really enjoyed staying here. Feels relax seeing the sea view from the chalet. Thank you for upgrading my room without charges (I didn't ask the reason 😄). I will surely recommend my friends to stay here in the future.

Room cleanliness and environment are great but there's a part in the room like the bathroom door that spoil need to be fixed before the guest check in the room. The staff so friendly and guide us until we reach our room. Overall is good. If you need a quiet place, this place are recommend.

1st time to Lexis Port Dickson recommended by friend. Booked 2 rooms of Premium water chalet for my family. Great experience provided by the team of staffs there. Warm welcome at the lobby, checking in was a breeze and shortly we are on the buggy to the rooms. As per many of the reviews, rooms is of the early days design and can be seen as old n not maintained. It was actually acceptable for my family and me! Of course i would hope the management would consider to touch up and bring better experiences for future guests. (Especially the big pot holes while driving into the lobby, if its a rainy day some driver might not see it). Lucky for us the room's view is direct to the sea n its so beautiful! Breakfast was good with huge varieties to choose from. Short drives to nearby restaurants, supermarkets and other places along the coast. Definitely worth the price paid which equivalent to the place n services rendered. Will go back again for staycation in future! Or might try out Grand Lexis to see the difference 🤭😊

We went there on 29-30th April for family reunion. Staffs were friendly and attentive, services very good despite high number of guests. Check in process was quick and efficient. We had buffet dinner and the food was delicious. Highlight of my stay 💜 Room-wise, the room that we got (deluxe water chalet) has a few minor issues i.e; the bathtub and sink drain malfunction but this doesn't ruin our holiday experience.

Love everything over here, the view is nice && thanks to this one buggy driver, Jefri for offering, driving & showing us around the hotel eventhough his shift finished already. He explained to us very well about the hotel, answered every questions wisely. Truly deserved an appreciation 👍🏻✨

everything is perfect. the water chalet room is amazing, comes with bath tub, sky view shower and separate bathroom. bed is cozy and it has day bed as well. great view overlooking the sea when standing on the balcony. room is directly opposite Grand Lexis water chalet. not so private pool for them 🤭

Stayed for 3 days here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and cleaned. Got seaview upon request. On second day i booked a spa session and their staff name May provide good service. Breakfast have multiple choice from western to local. Overall we enjoyed our trip here.

My kid really enjoy it!! Same goes with buggy driver, cafe team and security team which help me a lot..overall iam happy with that accomodations given..room really nice, cool, clean and pool also cool..keep it up Grand Lexis Port Dickson!!

It was great if u cherished privacy..The seaview was superb and astoshnishing..Located near famous beach thus u can spend times at beach also. My private water chalet room is conformtable, got 2 queen beds which suits for family of 4-5 pax. Cleanliness in needs of extra focus. Worth it 😁😁😁

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/HELPDESK RESPONSE‼️‼️‼️ I booked through Booking.com but I called before making the booking to make sure I booked the right room. Once I submit the reservation which I know I cannot refund, I called MANY TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE to confirm my reservation. My call was then answered by someone else that says the room I booked doesn’t have private pool which something I looked forward to have. NO FURTHER INTEREST TO STAY THERE. ASSISTANCE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. My money burned as I can’t refund it.

View is spectacular... Peaceful n calm... Very clean... Staff so hepfull...

Seamless check in process,very nice staff. room amenities are adequate minus there is no tissue box provided. The floor are very very dirty,need to use provided slippers. rarely mopped/sweeps my guess. the cleaning team need more attentive,i found a piece of aluminum full of dust laying around in the room.

Nice room. Beautiful seaview from balcony. Beach is so near to the hotel and can go just by walking. Buggy car service was good. Breakfast and dinner was nice. I give 4 stars because you need a little bit improvement on room checkings before giving it to customer. Please check every single thing especially air conditioning status. The water pressure for shower also quite low, but acceptable. Keep improving guys.

Excellent service and accommodation. Room service is quite cheap and the food tasted great. Pool is also clean and well taken care of. The free buggy ride is a nice touch.

I stayed here during a public holiday in October. The only thing that mesmerized me was the view. Other than that, the food was a flop, customer service needs a lot of improvement. I waited for buggy for nearly or almost an hour for a check out. The activites there were closed which was a BIG disappointment since it’s alrd phase 4 of MCO. They should have ensure that everything goes back to normal because other than the view there is nothing much to do there, who’s the PR? Please take my feedback into consideration.

I booked the deluxe water chalet. Have balcony suitable for lite fishing. The airconditioning was excellent. Only thing is the bath tub is a little bit worn down and the pool is not open yet due to post MCO mayne. The breakfast was good (they even got milo too) Enough choices to fill your tummy. The sunset view here is beautiful.

Very friendly and welcoming customer service. Nice environment and ambiance. I love the design and activities there. Fav part: buggy service(Buggy driver also friendly ) Just request it if your room far away from lobby. Variety foods for breakfast. Room all clean and comfortable bed. Can watch sunset during dawn. Love every inch of my weekend getaway here. Would love to repeat this getaway. 🥰

Great experience there with my friend~ got there beach view room which was pretty nice. Just our room was for four but they only gave us towels, slippers, toothbrush and such for two but we managed to get enough after calling house keeping. Many expected SOP for the stay (like pool timings n such) Overall had a good stay.

No private beach. Chalet lovely - big, separate toilet and shower so 2 people can use the bathroom simultaneously. Lights dim probably due to the intention that the chalet is for honeymooners. Glass floor where you can see water under the chalet has no real function (gimmick). Aircond cooling your feet rather then the whole room. Other that the chalet is fine and we had a good night sleep.

1st time staying,the room look exactly the same as advertise. Unfortunately there is some leaking in ceiling and rain can entering the room through the window when its raining. Check in process is easy and time efficiency but the baggy service need to improve. I have to call 2 times for baggy to come for checkout process. Overall the view is nice and can fishing there.

Poor management. Room was late issued to visitors i.e. need to wait for 1++ hours. Room was not maintained and toilet smell was the worse. Even had dead cockroach inside upon checking in. Management still living in denial of past glory days as a good hotel in Port Dickson. Lousy management.

There are lots of facilities available for guests and some interesting sports you can pay to play. You can also take the buggies to the room, max 4 people (pay for extra people). The staff is also very well mannered. We got the water chalets, which are built on stilts. They are interesting. Within the room, you have the opportunity to look underneath looking at the sea. The beds are comfortable and the mood is good. You have a balcony to view the sea too. The room is definitely spacious, and have multiple amenities for guests (bath, kettle, iron, safe, wifi, tv, etc). The shower room has an windowed top to have sunlight shining in while you shower. The housekeeping is responsive and the room is clean. Specifically for our room, the water heating system is down, and a few sockets were broken. The shower room door is also slightly faulty. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Service was exceptional. The dossier was not working properly in the condo so they upgraded us to the chalet. Beautifully designed. One of my friends could buy make it for the breakfast buffet and they packed her breakfast. You cannot beat the service.

The hotel decor and lifts are in need of an upgrade. The wear and tear in the room are obvious. Housekeeping should audit the towels provided to guests. Received frayed and really old yellowed bath towel on my 2nd day stay. Excellent staff especially the reception, banquet, coffee house and buggy drivers. Perfect for a holiday with the family but I was here for work, so didn't get to fully enjoy my 2 nights stay. Breakfast spread was varied and pretty tasty.

Room is quite nice and comfortable. Listening to waves and looking at sea made it a good location to relax and chill. Food served in the restaurant (Aqua Cafe) are very delicious and offered a lot of varieties.

Room by Lexis is nicely decorated, bed is comfy. Even better than the one by personal host that my sons occupied. Even though it is priced at RM40 higher, but the free breakfast is well worth it due it its myriads of selection. Doesn't have its own beach but can always go to the one next door. The beach much nicer than most PD beaches but crowd can be crazy during the holidays. The only gripe I had is with the limited parking. You may park at its sister hotel's compound next door but it too suffers the same issue.

Stayed in the tower room over the weekend. The room is spacious, quiet, and has a very good view of the water chalet and the sea. Many are complaining about the layout of the bathroom, but I suppose nothing can be done since the hotel has already been built for years, and the logic behind is for you to wash your sandy feet before entering your room. Cleanliness: 3/5 (shower area is sandy from previous occupants, shelf under the curtain is dusty). Lexis needs to take note and impose a stricter level of cleanliness, especially when the hotel is aged, and the cleanliness should compensate for the other shortfalls. Breakfast: 3/5. The spread consists of quite a huge variety, and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality and taste are fine. However, some of the food already turned cold even though it was just 830AM. By 930AM (take note that breakfast runs till 1030AM), most of the food are already gone, and I spotted some unfortunate diners who did not have the opportunity to enjoy their breakfast. Overall – 4/5 stars for the price, view, and enjoyment. It is still a good place for a short getaway over the weekend. However, this is not a place for fussy travelers.

Stayed in Deluxe Water Chalet for 3 nights in Nov 2022. The room still maintain well except for the daybed there are small ants. Love the king size bed as is very comfy to sleep… all their staffs are very friendly & helpful to us. I would also like to give compliment & praised one of their staff (too bad didn’t get his name) for being honest because we almost lost a phone in Grand Lexis gym. The on duty staff is so kind & honest to purposely send the phone back to our room which caught us in shocked. Very thankful to him! May God bless him & his family for his kindness. With this, we can rest assure that their staffs are all well trained with integrity. Don’t have to worry the safety of your belongings in the room, can rest assured that. Breakfast was good too as we can get to enjoy it at both hotels (Lexis PD & Grand Lexis). Overall is a very enjoyable stay for us to relax & chill from city life.

I booked a deluxe water chalet and got a sea facing room . The view was superb and the wife love it so much as a romantic getaway trip. The highlight was the bathtub and we literally spend hours in it soaking all the worries away. Breakfast was top notch and service was excellent. will definitely be back!

The room is okay. I’ll give it a 7/10 because it was not so “fresh” when you entered the room, and it can feel a bit dusty. Everything about toiletries is complete, including the towel. The fridge is a bit smelly. I got a room with a sunset view at level 10, and it was nice. The staff and foreign guard were very nice and helpful. The hotel's location is not very far from the main beach and main attractions. The overall experience is 8/10. This rating can get more than that if the room is "fresh”

Great service. Clean pool with safety float. Great buggy service despite heavy crowd. Room are spacious. Every electrical appliances are working fine. I left my phone at the lobby and they kept my phone and return back to me safely.
