When I first went into the store, i waited only a few minutes in line, when another sales associate representative, asked me “have you been helped? Do you have a return? (since I had a bag in my hands) I said yes and the lady sent Brenda to help me out. Brenda provided exceptional customer service, she was friendly, professional, and quick. I really appreciated her help and appreciated that they also respected and valued my time. They also provide 15% student discount, military discount, and etc. Nice, clean, and organized store. Also, cute selections of tops and good deals on jeans i love their BOGO sales.

Walked into an empty store with my daughter without being greeted by a single staff member. But a few customers that walked in afterwards were greeted. Could be the day or could be they don't care about catering to a diverse customer base. Staff is likely in need of retraining on their customer service skills and satisfaction across the board, especially where diversity is concerned. *I did call the store and spoke to the manager Shay who was very apologetic.

This is a pathetic place. I bought a belt during black Friday, it was defective (leather was separating). Such a poor quality product. I tried to get it replaced today, instead they give me a credit on a card for the value I paid on black Friday (which does not get me a replacement belt until next black Friday). Also they did not refund my card, the gave me a store credit instead which I cannot convert to cash or use online. No wonder the internet will make these stores obsolete... Do not shop there.

Nov. 4th, already playing Christmas Music. I left. It looks like a nice store.

Good selection and friendly staff. The change rooms need some cleaning though, there's a lot of dirt on the ground and difficult to try on clothing.

Wonderful service. I needed a jacket and the service I received was special. I was guided around to various areas and given good advice. Walked out with a nice experience and new jacket.

Nice mall and store is nice
