Myself and my kids have been coming to NSC since 2015. We are greeted by smiles every time we walk through the door. Dr. D’Souza and his team are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and are just all around wonderful people. They have gone out of their way to ease any concerns the kids might have had with any of their appointments and they direct bill my insurance company which makes life easier on me!! I recommend them to anyone I talk to!! 5 stars!!!

I recently moved to Newcastle and was looking for a family dental office. We were recommended Newcastle Smile Centre by our neighbours who spoke highly of the dentist and the staff. I have never had great experiences at the dentist but I will say I was pleasantly surprised. The dentist, Dr DeSouza was very meticulous at the exam appointment and educational. The staff went over the top to organize our families appointments. All of my family have nothing but good things to say after their appointments. My little one loved the treasure chest (of course). I would highly recommend this office if (like me) you are new to the area and looking for a good dental office.

The best decision I ever made was taking my family to Dr. D’Souza’s office! He and all of his staff have gone above and beyond for our family. Dr. D’Souza is so knowledgeable, patient and kind. He is honest and trustworthy! We recently had a dental emergency with my daughter and I truly feel the care he showed her was exceptional! Dentist of the century wow Dr D'Souza worked his magic and all his wisdom and fixed a tooth that was quite bad . He never gives up .saved my tooth a the back of my mouth to use for another century lol I'm so appreciative of all his skills and his patience. You've tried the rest maybe you should try the BEST .
