We went on Easter. Children enjoyed the egg hunt immensely. The other activities were enjoyable as well. The farm is spread over a huge area, it's a great walk with good views. The animals can be seen normally in their natural habitats. The play area was quite nice. There is a cafe and a gift shop. A great place for day out, especially with children.

Absolutely loved our visit here. Appropriately priced for the facilities. Kept our little one entertained all day. Lovely soft play indoors but also a great outdoor play area. Animals were easily seen and interactive enough to keep our toddler occupied for ages! Food is good, we had a pizza but brought pack up for little one but they had a good selection for kids.

Perfect little farm! Few animals to look at and very well designed and signed posted. They have a kids play barn and also an outdoor area with plenty to do. Food available and lots of parking. Make sure to visit if you are in the area or near by, you won’t be disappointed. Great day out with the family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A great place to visit. The playground and soft play are quite extensive and have lots to do for children of all ages. I was impressed with how well they are maintained. The water mill was a pleasant walk and there were extra activities there for the children. We ate in the cafe which was fine, nothing outstanding but we had a fair lunch.

The grandchildren had so much fun. They enjoyed the combine harvester and all the other climbing frames. They loved seeing the animals. I'm in a wheelchair and I enjoyed going on the sloped climbing frames. We ended our day in the Playbarn. It was lovely to see all the Hallow'een decorations. We all slept really well last night. Thank you

This is the second year my husband and I take our three kids here to this beautiful farm during the fall season. They love the activities the staff sets up and there is lot of room to wander the grounds, while seeing farm animals and nature. Also one of the best playgrounds you will come across.

Nice place for a picturesque short walk seeing farm animals and the mill pond etc. Most people attending here are interested in the play areas so other places are very quiet. Be careful when buying a ticket as the prices are misleading. You're asked if you want to gift aid which leads you to believe that you're just giving permission to claim gift aid on your ticket price. NOT SO you're agreeing to buy a ticket plus an additional donation which has gift aid claimed against it. This is explained in the small print on the displayed prices but it's a naughty way to go about it.

Outstanding place to visit with children of most ages. So much to see and do there. We stayed from pretty much open till close and still didn't see everything there was. The man who drives the tractor was particularly nice to us and went the extra mile with our child, thank you very much for that. We had food from the cafe and found it to be very reasonably priced and good quality. San excellent place to take your kids again and again. If you bring a picnic with you if say to bring about an extra £10 per child to spend on the various little things that need money.

Fabulous day out with family. Loads to do (will have to come back to complete), loads to see. Sacrewell Farm boasts the best outdoor playground EVER! My grandchildren loved it. Word of warning: extracting children from the playground area may result in tears!

I visited the farm today with my partner and we had a lovely day in the nature with the animals, etc. Everything looks very well kept and the animals look well looked after, which is very important for us. There were plenty of places for the children to play so it also looks like a great place for them to spend the day. Definitely recommended.

My son and I absolutely love it here and have been going for years. We visited for the Christmas experience with friends and it was absolutely magical. There was so much to do for the price, the staff were so friendly as always and the kids loved seeing Santa of course! We will definitely be back for the Christmas experience again. Inside was beautifully decorated, the kids were able to write letters to Santa, have a Christmas story, toast marshmallows, have photos on Santa's sleigh and spend as long as they wanted going round the farm too! In the summer, the natural stream area is lovely for the kids to play in (and the dog!) The fact that it is dog friendly is a huge plus. We love the mill and the animals, and the park area is absolutely massive. We love having this on our doorstep!

What a lovely place, a hidden gem and it shouldn't be. Great outdoor play area, large indoor play area, some interesting boutique shops, animals to see, and lots of fresh aid and countryside. And friendly staff, which is becoming more a novelty these days, so take advantage of you live nearby and go visit. Brilliant.

Wonderful farm with play facilities. Suitable for babies and school age children. Just the right distance to walk around although if it's wet use a baby carrier instead of a pram as becomes difficult to navigate outside. We can't wait to visit the sensory play park once it's finished.

A fantastic place to come for the day. A fun and big playground for children to enjoy, and the watermill and stream and surrounding areas are beautiful. Lovely to see the farm animals and enjoy the (bumpy!) Tractor ride. The artisan courtyard was nice to sit and listen to music and see the local marketeers. Coffee and ice cream to purchase here, or there is a cafe at the entrance. Definitely recommend a visit.

What a fantastic place, excellent value for money. Loads for the kids to do. There's a really big playground in the middle with slides, climbing frames, sand pit and more. Plus animals to see (pigs, rabbits, goats) and a soft play area and a water mill. Lots of picnic tables so you can bring food, or you can grab something from the reasonably priced cafe. Easy to spend a day with little ones and they won't get bored. It's a 45 minute drive for us but we've been twice and will go again.

This is a wonderful place to take young children. So much for them to do, see and experience. I took my children there when they were young quite regularly. It was great to return with my grandsons. I have to say it’s improved hugely – it’s worth a visit just for the indoor and outdoor play areas. The beautiful setting, the mill, the craft area, the animals, the tractor trailer ride, all add to making it a great day out for all the family. What’s remained constant though is the great value for money.

Had a lovely day with my son and my favourite girl ( granddaughter) . For a reasonable price you can spend a few hours around the farm and then into the soft play barn.

Beautiful surroundings, loads of open spaces to explore and for kids to run around. Brilliant play area for kids of all ages. Good cafe with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Some artisan crafts such as a blacksmith, cheese maker, wine maker, chocolate maker and arts and crafts. Lots of animals such as cows, pigs, sheep, alpacas. Interesting water mill and a great woodland play area for kids. They have thought of everything. Took a star off due to artisan area being mostly closed.

Came here as a meeting point to spend time with family.. see some animals and little girl to play. The play area is brilliant with different parts for each age group, our daughter loved it. The nature walks and tree house was good fun. Plenty to do with nice cafe in site aswell.

We went on a grey day but still an excellent place to visit for families with young children. Lots of picnic tables everywhere, great playgrounds, a great soft play centre, little go-karts and two nice cafés. Well priced and lots of things to watch and take part in for all ages. Lovely farm animals. Good car parking.

Great place to go. Only an hour away from where we live. Caravan plus camping. Working farm with visitor centre, donkeys, and ponies, and alpacas, and goats, sheep, play area for the kids, gin and beer for the older kids, blacksmiths. But ignoring all that, I we really just go for some peace and quiet in the caravan, and and with all that going on at the visitor centre it really doesn't disturb the peace and quiet of the caravan/camping. Also great for dog walking.

Fantastic place for a family day out. The prices were reasonable for ticket entry, ice creams, restaurant food and tractor rides. Some places can really try to rip you off once you've paid for entry but this place seems really fair and if you're wanting to save a bit more they let you bring your own picnics. We went with a 4 year old and a 11 month old. There was plenty to wander and see for both. The outdoor play area had a smaller section for the little ones and plenty for the big ones to be entertained for hours. Would definitely recommend! My only comment would be that the baby change could be a bit cleaner as there were a couple of bugs on the mat but then again we are on a farm!

Lovely day out with 9 year old grandson and his friend. We found plenty to occupy them even on a very hot day. The boys enjoyed the activity areas under the trees where it was cooler. From den making to play equipment they let their imaginations run riot. The indoor play area was very popular and even the water mill caught their interest. The outdoor play area is fabulous bit by lunchtime was a little too hot. This was our second visit and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful day at Sacrewell Farm on Sunday. We went as a family , including my two grandchildren aged 4 and 2. There was so much to do and see. The children loved the farm animals and the play areas. There was something of interest everywhere we went. For a small additional charge we booked a seat on the tractor ride. For the children this bumpy ride around parts of the farm that they wouldn’t normally see was just one of the highlights of the day. There are good facilities for children including several toilets about the farm. It is well maintained and a pleasure to visit.

Great barn with soft play. The only thing I would recommend is that theres no security gate to stop the little ones getting out if you're not keeping an eye on them. Most softplays have a security gate. It's worth getting, I think. Otherwise, kids loved it!

Amazing place to visit for whole family, huge indoors and outdoors play areas, great amount of farming history to learn, and amazingly fun tractor ride with great views over land. Some animals, and localy made cheese. Overall definitely would recommend for a family trip !

A great farm close to Peterborough that has a good mix of animals that you would expect to see and loads of different places for kids to play with a big indoor and outdoor play area. The cafe also serves good quality, reasonably priced food which is always a plus at a location like this. Would definitely recommend for a family visit if you are close by.

In the last two years we've visited a few times. It is absolutely amazing. You can see the animals are well cared for. The workshop workers are very friendly and passionate about their trade. There is also a soft play that is clean and well maintained and an amazing play park. They also have a café and shop, however you can bring your own food as there are many eating areas. We are actually considering getting the yearly pass as there's so much to do that you will want to come back.

Reasonably priced and pleased indoor soft play area included, which is not always the case. Had a lovely day exploring, the kids (6 and 3) would have happily stayed on the playground the entire day. Ice creams were delicious with a good choice of flavours. Great stop off South on the way to London

The farm has expanded considerably and have so many play areas for kids! Food was great and plenty of seating places. Lots of animals to see and places to explore. Workshops are a wonderful addition too. Definitely recommend, great family day out x

We visited for an astronomy night recently. Plenty of parking. Prompt check in on arrival despite it being very busy. We visited the planetarium which was set up in the play barn. The play barn was shut off but looks excellent, as did the outside play area we seen. We had food in the cafe which was reasonably priced and good quality. The staff were all really lovely and helpful. There is a nice little gift shop on site with a great variety of things to buy. It is quite a distance for us to travel but we are planning to do a day trip there in the spring to look around the farm as there is more than enough to make the trip worth it.
