    I was really disappointed with this McDonald's. The employee that I paid for my food, at the drive thru never spoke to me even after I spoke to her. The fries were room temperature, I like my fries hot. The cheeseburger was cold, and not satisfying at all. I didn't even touch the second cheeseburger I figured it was cold too. The only good experience I had was with the cashier that served me my food at the second drive thru window, and my frozen drink was delicious. People shouldn't work in customer service if they can't play the part, and stop serving food that probably has been sitting a little too long.

    We frequent this location a lot and very rarely do they get the order right or all the items the first time. I payed extra for bacon and I get just one slice. Also have onions that I didn't request. Starting to get aggravated when the kids ask for McDonalds.

    It's McDonald's, not the best food, but this McDonald's is good. Many get your order wrong or don't care. This one gets your order right and it's fairly clean. Cleanliness is important and they do a good job here.

    Bad service from a young fat black girl they have in the evening. She make me wait 35 min for my food and gave the food to men she flirting with before me. I have to arguing to get my food. I will not return there while she works there. She has preferences as it is her restaurant. Manager has no control there. Long lines imside and out. Young people do as they desire in there. They touch anything without gloves and then your food.

    Genuinely the best McDonald's in the area as far as food quality and customer service is concerned. I always have a good experience here and they've never gotten my order wrong no matter what it is. My only critique is that sometimes they make you pull up past the window to wait for your food but the positives here outweigh that.

    Closed at least an hour early. Store hours say 11:00 but McDonald’s app says they’re open now and willing to take my online order ***and my money*** even though the lights are off and no one is home. It’s late, I’m on a long road trip, and it’s frustrating to need to take a new detour to find something else to eat. I assume I should not trust all the other McDonald’s hours around here, too. I get that things happen, maybe a staffing shortage, but you could still update your hours or deactivate the ordering system when you close.

    First of all was at the drive thru and no one was taking orders. There was people picking food up at the windows but not a soul was taking orders at the DOUBLE DRIVE THRU! After waiting and waiting I drove to the next window and the person just stared at me. I should have went elsewhere yet I was hungry. So I went inside. No one is at registers taking orders. BIG SHOCKER! I order at the kiosk get my food in a timely fashion and leave. Food was just this side of tasteful and did the job. It will be awhile before I return. I will then update!

    We have no great expectations of what we're receiving McDonald's is a cheap meal it fill the void for a period of time it was hot it was fresh and I enjoyed it just like I did when I was younger

    Cashier was polite but the rest seem incompetent. Nothing was available (lids, sugar, creamer, etc) and when we asked they didn't understand or said "we don't have any". Kind of hard to operate when nothing is available. Coffee was barely warm...so nice cool coffee with no creamer 🤔

    If I could give 1/2 star on service, I would. They were rude at the speaker, couldn't figure out what order we were at either window, made us pull up, we waited a good 7-10minutes, then we didn't get the sauce we asked for. This location offers the DarKoaster meal, which consists of 20 nuggets, 2 cheeseburgers, and 2 fries... you should have nuggets always cooking so people don't have to wait. Then, when you serve them, make sure they aren't overcooked. When I went inside to get the sauce, four people walked past me before I said, "Excuse me," then the girl rolled her eyes at me. Hastily told someone that I needed big mac sauce, which took a couple minutes to get, and the girl walked off so the guy in back had no clue who to give it to. He spoke so quietly that I barely heard him. I spoke up and said, "It's mine, thank you." The food was overcooked in old grease, the service sucked, and the parking lot was too small for where they are located. The drive-thru lane wrapped building, and people drove the wrong way in the parking lot. I would NOT recommend this location ever.

    Food tasted good, no one was at the counter to order so I had to use the kiosk. But that's not a big deal. Staff was semi friendly too. Not a bad place for cheap food.

    Service was very, very slow and it wasn't terribly busy. The staff were fairly friendly. It's a typical McDonalds with some weird stuff in the chicken and sticky goo on the ketchup packs. The order was correct and a decent temperature. It's okay- not great, not terrible. I did have to order at the kiosk, which I hate, but that seems to be the norm now as McD's cuts costs.

    This restaurant was very quick with the order and letting you know what the status of your order was. The lobby was clean, but they were not stocked very well with the condiments. The floor was sticky. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

    It's McDonald's, but the staff are friendly and efficient. Genuine customer service is rare at these places and the folks running this place are doing it right.

    Employees were arguing and cussing out across store with customers in line. Burgers were put together haphazardly half the condiments were inside the big Mac box not even on the burger or had both the patties on the bottom bun with the top bun just sitting on the middle bun.

    If your restaurant posts hours as opening at 5 AM and you can’t bother to take customer orders at 5:15 AM twice in the past week, then why even bother being in operation? This store lacks competent employees and management The owner should consider cleaning house because if this $15 per hour help is what you have, you might as well close it down. Pathetic!

    Went there for the first time day before yesterday night since it was close to panda restaurant and well is was not a good first impression. I ordered 6 triple cheeseburgers and 1 plain double cheeseburger with extra pickles and they only put 4 in my bag. So I called they back when I got home and was told the other burgers were still there so I had to go back after 4pm to pick up the remaining burgers because it was after 9p and I didn't want to get on the road again that night. Went back to get the burgers and got home and one of the burgers was still wrong. I can fast food here and customer service is worst than Texas.

    If you have dogs, go through the drive thru. There is a young lady that works here, and she is the absolute sweetest. She always gives my dog a cup of whipped cream, and he literally climbs out the window to give kisses, and she holds the cup while he has his treat. She absolutely loves my big boy, and he loves her and knows who to look for when we go through the drive thru, and he pouts when she isn't working.

    Flys everywhere, no one was taking costumers they were all to busy talking. Not only that they were screaming at each other. Kitchen was trashed. Went to the bathroom and toilet paper everywhere and in one of the stalls there was blood clots all over the floor. I have worked food service I know how it is when it’s busy and you can’t get to the bathroom or trashes but this place had 3 costumers in the whole store and a decent amount of staff. Absolutely disgusting will not be coming back.

    Waiting in line for at least 15 minutes. Ordered a simple double cheeseburger, had to park and wait. After receiving my order the entire sandwich was cold. What did they do during this time, take apart two singles to make a double that was sitting for hours.......

    I always go to this location because its not usually busy. Because of this, the French fries are a little more fresh which I can appreciate. Plus, they're very seldom out of anything. They never get my order wrong and the customer service is exceptional.

    Why why why, do they keep leaving items out my order. Its starting to make me think its a requirement now,lol. I did the mobile ordering and they had plenty time to prep before I got there, and I ask for a sundae, guess what, no sundae and I said forget going back, it's done. But best believe, if I go there again, they will be reading my order off and they will check off everything, that way, they know. I want a refund🤣

    The customer service at the drive through has typically been very good. However, I have been there 3 times this month and they have missed items each time. The young man at the window was very apologetic all 3 times, but looked toward the back and just shook his head and shrugged his shoulders. My visits have been later in the evening and it appears the supervisor is not present or in the back joking around with the staff themselves and nobody is following the normal quality checks before fulfilling orders. It is an easy fix and the quality of the food I get is good. I don't like having to open up my burger to make sure it is a double and count the number of fries or make sure the proper amount is in the boxes but am willing to do it as it gets corrected.
