I highly do not recommend this hotel! Whatever you do under no circumstances get a room here. Very nasty, dirty rooms. Sheets and blankets look like they have not been washed in ages. Pillows look nasty. I only came here to check on my friend and I damn near had a heart attack seeing how disgusting it is. Roaches, dirty curtains, dirty carpet, omg I'm freaking out just writing this.

Ok place for the price ($45 nightly) but the it is what you pay for. Its dirty is all I can say. Room service is nowhere to be seen. And their check in is at 1pm then the room is yours to 1045am the following day. I like the people that run it tho. They are nice.

Has recently gone through renovations which easily makes it the best low budget motel in the area.not a great location though but you get what you pay for just lock your doors

Been here for a good amount of time and haven't had any problems. Staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are affordable and reasonable. 5 stars!

My 1st room was satisfactory minimum roaches fairly clean my 2nd room was disqusting.i had so much to clean when I got in the room.dead bugs covered the floor underneath and behind the fridge.the female owner is quite rude also.its quite pricey and they charge per person. For a 2 bed room for 3 days it cost $300 when I can get a 2 bed across the street for a week for $50less.its a descent motel just had a few things that need to be changed

Roaches moved us out no remote bad smell in rooms door had no lock second room roaches camped out but let us stay it wasn't anything to brag about that's for sure

the owners dont know what they are doing far as managment and the rooms are horrible. bathtub has a hole in it that they had to constantly fix during stay and was NOT given another room. so nasty here.this whole place is a health code violation

It is quiet. The rooms are clean. Nice big comfy bed. Management was helpful and polite. The pillows kinda sucked but overall I really like this motel. I would recommend this motel.

Got harassed while staying with a friend for the night . Got banned and cannot come back on property because apparently we were trespassing. Owner and wife yelled and cursed us out calling us names and called police - 😌 fantastic stay 😒 opened the door while we were sleep kept door open and recorded us.

The stay there was horrible ! Not only did the bed sheets look unsanitary , the bed had numerous bed bugs crawling in it . The service was horrible when I told about the situation and showed them the bugs, they refused to give a different room or refund & proceeded to get smart with me claiming I got bed bugs from outside. Do not waste your time there they are unsanitary.

The only thing that was good was the WiFi but other than that to many roaches loose gutters from the outside causing you to get wet even more when it rains also had a hole in the bathtub luckily I didn’t fall through the room underneath while taking a shower. City of Petersburg had to close it down because of code violations.

Went through renovations and looking better than ever. Good price and service.
