American Inn is very gross. When I check in the room is still dirty sea floors have grit and grime all over it. And I've seen quite a few bugs. And the staff there are very rude and when you called the front desk to ask them to come and take a look at the little mini fridge to see why it's not working and they say they will come and replace it or look at it and they never did so I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I would rather sleep in my car

Just checked in cockroaches everywhere. Like everywhere. Carpet, toilet, fridge, basically everywhere there is a hole surface or crevice. Fridge is filthy and rusted. Toilet wasn't clean. Loud music going on 24/7 .

Lots of roaches. They are remodeling and think they are getting rid of the roaches that way but no. They do work with you on rent. Weekly rates. They never inspect the rooms which should be monthly or clean the rooms until you move out. I've asked for a vacuum repeatedly every week and it's been over a month and still no vacuum. I found a black hand towel in my room one day but nothing was done and some tools are missing.

Checked in at 8:56 pm last night went into my room with my kids and boyfriend and instantly seen roaches. We went to front desk to get a refund and was told we would have to wait until morning for owner to get refund. So they changed our room to another room and the room also had roaches. I could not have my kids sleep in a bed where roaches just walk on so we left not even 20 minutes of being there. Never got a refund. Disappointed

Horrible I stayed here For Less then 2 Minutes And 3 Cockroaches skittered away when we entered My dad (I was with my dad sister and grandpa) but my dad Seemed disappointed Second we walked into the room And I didn’t get halfway Into the room Before Going out again me and my sister Both told our dad he can sleep there but that we would sleep in the car Because we had read reviews and the reviews didn’t lie We Saw Cockroaches flys I even think a moth was in there and Outside where 2 Giant Spiders Who Made such giant webs my dad Needed to Move the other way not to touch it Person on management was nice At the least he tried to offer us a room that was slightly less disgusting It had dirt in the beds and Walls Overall Disgusting and I don’t even think my dad got a refund im not sure how people can come here and Stay

Roaches and at one time had bed bugs. I awoke to see a bug crawling on the pillow next to me. I took a photo and recorded a video of the bug crawling around on the bed and went straight to the office just foe them to offer me clean sheets. They didn't care at all. Do not recommend.

Yes it was because it kept going off because the roaches were eating the wiring inside the detector. Which causes it to randomly beep 3 times loudly then stop. I know from working at royal your other owned property that once the bugs eat the wires in the detector they are defective and continue to beep randomly when the roaches nest inside

Bedbugs, don't stay here. The owners get embarrassed and upset when you call them out on Bedbug and roach problem. Not worth half a star on anything. Roaches breeding and hatching in the carpets. The walls crawl night and day. Only a nuclear explosion would cleans this place and maybe even after that hand sanitizer wouldn't hurt.

The room was decent, but could use some work. The room was not properly cleaned from the previous customers, as I found used condom wrappers at the head of the bed against the wall and under the bed as well, and a used tampon wrapped in tissue laying beside the toilet in the bathroom. There were also roaches inside the room. And the walkway to the room was cluttered with mattresses and box springs as well as a dresser, nightstand, lamp, and a big mirror that was propped up against the rooms exterior window. I consider those a safety hazard.

Roach infestation does not come close to describing the horrific Place. Owner & his wife were very rude. As was the front desk man, his wife ,etc.... The city really needs to shut it down.! I was literally freaked out! And at first I thought the toilet bowl was stained black . But I sprayed bleach cleaner in it and the awful color instantly dissolved. It took a whole 3 minutes to clean it. That really doesn't say much about the housekeepers there. Most definitely, the most disgusting hotel I ever slept in.

Was in the process of buying home needed a place for couple of weeks while waiting for home to be ready. They are very friendly and doing a lot of repairs at the time of my stay. So things were being remodeled and undated, the room I was staying in was quite clean, offered not just a mini fridge and microwave but we also had a 4 burner stove with working oven, double kitchen sink and eating area along with King size bed as well as a pull out couch for comfortable television entertainment The cost was also a big plus I totally recommend staying with American Inn. Even with the repairs going on this did not effect my sleep in any way as it was during the day we would sleep and work on our home during the night. You guys made our situation a lot less stressful. Thank you!

It was plain nasty, blood on sheets and walls , tub had blood all in it...... Was just straight nasty

Been there once but the older swears up and down she knows me but I never see the older before how do you get better off of property it's never stayed there before

I came last night I'm the manager at the oyo it had a fire had to leave came here I'm very satisfied very clean nice love my room it's quiet love it

I ended up having to stay here for 3 weeks with my dog while I was waiting to move into my house. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, they really made me feel at home and made my stay there very enjoyable. Not only are the staff friendly, but so are the guests that live there. I was actually very sad when I had to leave to move into my house. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN! ☺
