I
called
to
ask
if
they
could
toast
the
steak
and
the
cheese
together,
for
my
wrap.
Because
you
cannot
select
that
option
on
the
kiosk.
Mind
you
I've
ordered
this
exact
order
at
the
exact
store
for
the
last
4
months.
On
the
phone
call
they
said
you
couldn't
place
the
order
on
the
phone
you
had
to
order
via
the
app
or
online
or
the
kiosk.
I
explained
that
if
you
choose
a
wrap
on
those
ordering
options
that
you
cannot
choose
to
heat
the
meat
and
cheese
up
not
even
the
meat.
She
explained
that
they
automatically
heat
the
steak
up
when
ordered
via
the
kiosk.
She
also
said
you
are
correct
about
the
cheese
though
that's
a
request
that
you
would
have
to
come
in
for.
So
I
told
her
dishearteningly
I
would
see
if
my
boyfriend
would
go
inside.
He
did
and
when
he
got
there
he
asked
them
to
toast
the
meat
and
cheese
only
and
they
told
him
they
are
not
allowed
to
do
that...
I've
ordered
this
same
wrap
for
4
months
straight
at
various
subways
thru
town
including
this
one
and
it
seems
as
though
she
literally
discussed
with
her
coworker
before
my
bf
got
there
that
she
wasn't
going
to
do
it.
After
specifically
saying
to
me
if
he
went
in
to
request
it
it
could
be
done.
Petty
management
or
employees
doesn't
warrant
18
dollars
an
hour
in
my
opinion.
