    I ordered through the drive thru yesterday which a screen where u have to select things and page through it. Having never used it it took a few minute (no big deal since there was no one in line behind me)Got to window to pay and i could clearly hear the cashier making fun of me for taking a few minutes to order. Really unimpressed by her and the whole experience. She was rude and unprofessional when she took my payment also. Not surprised the place was empty

    I called to ask if they could toast the steak and the cheese together, for my wrap. Because you cannot select that option on the kiosk. Mind you I've ordered this exact order at the exact store for the last 4 months. On the phone call they said you couldn't place the order on the phone you had to order via the app or online or the kiosk. I explained that if you choose a wrap on those ordering options that you cannot choose to heat the meat and cheese up not even the meat. She explained that they automatically heat the steak up when ordered via the kiosk. She also said you are correct about the cheese though that's a request that you would have to come in for. So I told her dishearteningly I would see if my boyfriend would go inside. He did and when he got there he asked them to toast the meat and cheese only and they told him they are not allowed to do that... I've ordered this same wrap for 4 months straight at various subways thru town including this one and it seems as though she literally discussed with her coworker before my bf got there that she wasn't going to do it. After specifically saying to me if he went in to request it it could be done. Petty management or employees doesn't warrant 18 dollars an hour in my opinion.

    Christina and Dion were lovely! Christina remembered me from previous visits and made me feel welcome back. Dion had a sweet smile and gave cheerful service. Great staff!

    I would give a 5 star but the customer service wasn't the best. Soon as we walked in the young lady starting complaining about how people come In last minute and all she wanted to do was go home. We walked in at 8pm and they close at 9pm. As a person who works in the service industry, I know how she feels but I wouldn't say it to a customer coming in to pay for food. That's our job to serve people. The other lady was so nice and I felt bad because I did have a big order as well so I ended up leaving a 25% percent tip. If it wasn't for the other lady I might have not left that big of a tip. The food was good though and my kids love some subway so we will continue to go back and get food.

    I ordered a veggie patty, to my disappointment they informed me they did not have that. Since I was I already in the drive thru, I compromised and ordered a tuna on flat bread with provolone, spinach, and tomatoes instead. When I got home and opened my footlong sub it was a sloppy mess that had no tomatoes or provolone and wasn't cut in half. It also confusingly had cucumbers, which I didn't even ask for. I'm annoyed that I wasted my money and time.

    My Wife ordered the Monster and it did not have bacon, no Monterey Cheese (supposed to be double) and wanted chipotle sauce instead of peppercorn ranch and came with neither.

    Was extremely crowded, loud, inefficient, they had like five or more people working and they were entirely ill equipped to working together. No cohesion and totally out of sync with each other. They, the employees, were working one sandwich down the line at a time. Moving the sandwich with the customer. Not in an assembly line manner but one person on a sandwich with the same customer all the way down the sandwich board. They were not washing their hands or changing their gloves.i will not be going back to this subway!

    Subway is one of the few places you can go for a quicker that's still healthy and no matter which store or which employee makes it. They ALWAYS taste the same everytime. Yay for Subway!

    Usually, this is a good, solid Subway, but yesterday's experience was less than pleasant. When I arrived at the pickup window in the drive through, no one was there for several minutes to take payment or even let me know that there had been a delay. When I finally did get my sandwich, a lot of the spinach was either borderline or fully rotten. I was very disappointed to see the lack of attention to the ingredients being put in my meal. For almost $10 for a fast food meal, I really expect them not to put rotten spinach in my order.

    Out of the 3 subways currently available in petoskey this is the only fully accommodating one. From indoor service to friendly atmosphere to a good checkpoint. (Meaning it isn't hell to leave the parking lot.) They have meatball subs here which is why I rate 5. Edit: also even though they have a drive through would 100% recommend you just walk in if you have a complex order because chances are it won't work out the way you need it too.
