They stole me today 29/6 during the night while we were sleeping. We woke up in the morning and we found out that our wallets were empty. As i said to the manager (woman) what happened she shout to us by telling us dont say that they stole you because they clients could hear that. She didn't really care about us to refund us or something but just about anything else. As i saw also lot of cleaning women they were going around our apartment but they dont have even camera to find the thieves. I recommend never go there because is an unprofessional and unsafe environment!

We have booked the sister accommodation which was closed and send us here. Rooms look very rundown, worse then what we were expecting, we found a bug in the first room and managed to film it and show it to the receptionist, who gave us another room, and offered us a free breakfast. The second night an employee knocked the door twice and while jingling the keys my husband answered the door and his excuse for trying to get in the room was to get the sofa bed out, but then he didn’t actually take it and asked if is something wrong with it and he just left after, which seemed at least sketchy. After this we asked the receptionist for a do not disturb sign, twice ( same night and next morning) and never got it. Also the last night we found another bug in the on the bed.

very dirty! the restaurant is awful! there is nothing in the mini store! the hotel price is low but I thought because there is no bus there is nothing there is no service and they do not answer e-mails okay low price is far from everything okay .. but the fact is dirty falling apart is dilapidated and has a restaurant that is downgraded is no longer okay! 20 years ago it could have been a nice hotel for today’s end days the toilet and the bath are connected to the bedroom by the air duct if you turn on the light it will be bright in the bedroom too not to mention the smells, the whole thing is horrible and unpretentious

It's not a great overall experience at this hotel. The hotel is super outdated. The rooms had holes, curtains were ripped, the cleaning wasn't done, and sheets/towels weren't changed. There was rust everywhere, the ceiling panels were falling, dry wall falling... I could go on. The hotel is quite far away from everything but there is a bus stop at the next hotel so you can get into Paphos. The food was okay, but very repetitive, and they only offered meat every night. There was always a vegetarian option, which was plain pasta. Overall, we didn't have a good experience there, and the hotel is definitely not a 4*, would not recommend it.

Room was booked as needed somewhere to stay following a cancelled flight. It was dirty with torn bedding and musty smell. Breakfast was basic with instant coffee. That the staff were fairly pleasant is the best that can be said about it.

Had a really good time in this hotel. Great view and access to the beach, had all the facilities I needed and the breakfast was really good. Staff was super nice. Would definitely recommend to stay. Only downside a bit is that it's pretty far away from the center of things. Bit it's on the bus route and taxis aren't that expensive

Absolutely lovely for the amount we paid. Might need some extra touch, but we don't complain. We recommend it for family with kids, the rooms r big enough, clean and have everything needed.

We had one great week here, with two children. Staff is friendly. The hotel would need some renovation, but if you can ignore the small things, you will have a great time. It is practical to rent a car (from Paphos airport 35 mins), as hotel is it the outskirts (but there are public buses). It has a parking space. At arrival you have to pay upfront your booking. We had all inclusive package. See photos for the menu. You get three meals/day and beside that there is ice cream and cocktails, water, soda all day there. Sea is 5 min walk distance. Pool is warm enough too (July), and was not overcrowded. There is wifi outdoor and indoor. Room had good AC and a safe (use it - as you should use in every hotel). You can buy small things (like sun cream) in the mini market of the hotel, but there is a bigger shop about 10 min walking distance or 2 min by car. Do not miss the zoo, as it is not far away and is great.

The rooms were not very clean, and there was no hot water at all for a few days. There was bugs in the kitchen. There's corrosion in the bathroom and dirt in the doorways etc. The front door lock was completely broken, the sliding doors lock was brocken. The AC didn't work. The TV didn't support connecting to Netflix or screenshare from a phone which isn't good for anyone who can't understand the local language. The male receptionist was sleeping om arrival and mostly grumpy. The woman in the daytime was much better, friendlier and helpful. I was also impressed by her fluency in different languages. She managed to sort out the hot water problem. I personally like the location because I like quiet areas away from other tourists, but for most people this would be a bad location. I recommend only coming here if you rent a car or motorcycle, or if you're okay with walking to bus station using taxis or bicycle somewhere. The road it is on at the bottom is a very pretty picturesque view of the sea also very quiet. I would consider this to be a very budget place to stay. Probably better for solo travellers on a tight budget that don't want to stay in a hostel.

Amazing place to stay, a few minutes walk to the 615 bus station which takes you all the way to the harbour alongside the sea. Hotel (resort) was clean and very welcoming, nice and helpful people at reception, special thanks to the manager Stavros who was amazing to us (well done).

Booking .com very disappointed 😞 the pictures we're misleading. we appreciate it's covid and pre season but the facilities we're well below standard for the price and yes we tried to give the benefit of doubt with the reviews but the pool was full of debris and un cleaned the room was in poor state of maintenance and cleanliness the breakfast was limited and basically not a clean environment. It seemed the staff thought this was the way things were and although apologetic it didn’t stop the Internet access getting turned off after we had informed booking. Com not a coincidence I think anyhow we stayed one night only and left the next day still awaiting contact from booking .com we will not be coming back to this hotel.

A good 3 star resort. A slightly older hotel. Went in the low season. Nice and quiet and great for young families and those who want to avoid large crowds in covid times (in low season). Evening meals are cooked fresh from a selective menu, were very well portioned and tasty (stayed half board). Rooms were very large and clean. A 10 minute walk to Coral Bay sandy beach, local supermarket and bus stop to Paphos harbour or to the zoo. Would stay again :) NOTE The main indoor pool is quite deep but there is a small knee high small indoor pool too.

Fabulous pools.. swimming area waterfalls. rooms could do with updating but are spacious and clean. The staff are really helpful and friendly..downside too far from the shops and bars restaurants, you need to hire a car...we've had a great holiday

When we arrived we waited for 45 mins at the reception for someone to come check us in. No beach at the hotel, received rooms with broken air conditioning then switched out to room with broken mini fridge, and after telling them to swich us again they offered to give us our money back and kick us out. Also there are bugs in the rooms on the ground floor and the hotel smells bad.

We were robbed at night while sleeping. The guy climbed into the room through the window in bath and run away through the balcony door. He took money from the wallet, but not the wallet. See the reviews, we were not the first one. It means the staff might be involved. Want to be safe - pass this place.

Worst hotel in the area. Very run down, seriously needs a revamp. As soon as you arrive, your greeted by the sign of the Panareti with half it's letters that are wonky or missing because they have fallen off. The outdoor lighting has half of it's shades missing. While eating breakfast one of the lights kept flickering. Even my table was wobbly. While the main room that I was staying in was fine, the bathroom wasn't as your greeted by rust on the shower curtain rail and the air outlet on the ceiling too. This hotel is 26 years old and is in serious need of a revamp. Soom rooms are dirty with musty smells and the bedding certainly isn't comfortable to sleep in. The outdoor pool is out of service in the winter such as in February. There is a Mini Market built on but was closed most of the time having barely anything on the shelves. They class this hotel as a 4 star hotel, but it's more like a 1 or 2 star hotel. It's very basic and the location requires a 15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Not great during the winter months if you have to walk in the rain. Compared to all the other Luxury hotel resorts in the area, this one barely gets a thumbs up. It's just very dated and suffered neglect.

We were very looked after by the people at Panareti during our stay in November 2023. Everyone was kind & polite. It is an excellent place to be based if you want to explore western Cyprus.

In this price very good hotel. Very kind and good people working there, really good atmosphere. Maybe all inside looks tired but it is not problem.

We were there in February, the hotel is not the newest, it doesn't have a great location, but the people there create such a wonderful atmosphere that we will 100% come back there one day :) This perfectly shows how important proper customer service is.

Big family rooms just a few meters away from the famous Coral Bay. It is family friently place, with almost anything that a kid needs for, to have the perfect family vacations. Large swimming pool, playground, basketball field, hot tub, indoor swimming pool, mini market and a bar. 10 for hospitality and the friendly staff. Value for money especially for family vacations.

This used to be such a beautiful place. It won lots of awards in 2004. However, not much maintenance or investment generally has happened to it since. It started as time share but, gradually as it became more run down, owners handed back their certificates rather than pay ever increasing maintenence fees with no evidence that it was being spent on any maintenance. Now it is open to all comers. There is no on site entertainment at all. The on site shop is very poorly stocked for those that choose to self cater and the restaurant serves very poor quality food. Very few guests eat there now, choosing instead to pay for taxis to town. The bar is pricy compared to local bars and it closes at 11pm. The pool bar never opens at all now. There are very few staff now and frequently just one person is on duty running everything - Reception, the shop and the bar! The rooms are very dated and have had little upgrading in the last 15 years. Recently some aircons have been replaced and in room WiFi and flat screen TV's have appeared this year. Bedding is changed every 4 days and the three cleaning staff do their best to keep the whole place presentable. We feel sorry for those who do not hire a car as it is a long walk to everywhere from here. This hotel is barely 3 star now, which is very sad.

It's an ok place to stay. Rooms are slightly run down and the whole place could use a little refresh but overall it is nice enough to use as a base and a bed. Shop is really understocked and quite expensive. Shower is a nightmare as it will flood the whole bathroom unless you're very careful

Bus doesn't go all they way to Hotel, so its 2km walk to town., where pubs and restaurants are. It's OK but bit tireism on they legs.. Unless of course you get a taxi., which are crazy prices.... No great facilities at hotel. Jusz very basic. Room OK and clean-ish. Close to other amenities which is a kinda bonus, I suppose

This is a nice hotel, needs a lot of tlc, some rooms are very basic, would ask for a mountain view if possible. Be aware and don't make the same mistake as we did, by getting an airport taxi. We paid way too much €65, when most are €45 €50. Still weather was nice at average 33° in early September.

It's not what it used to be, needs more staff, but after reading a lot of negative reviews, 16 of us for 2 weeks and we had the best time ever , staff was always helpful, kind, polite, rooms were clean, bathrooms, pool, bar, close to the beach and several restaurants near by, friendly cats always asking for cuddles , it was just amazing ... we will be back soon for sure. Thank you Panaretti Bay, Thank you Eve and all the staff, you guys work hard to keep that place going and it's much appreciated. And please do feed the cats, the triplets, the kittens near the park, the ginger kittens near the deep end of the swimming pool, the black and white one .... they're so friendly ...

This is a light. all inclusive The food is good but boring. The choice is very limiting. It is cooked well. Staff are lovely. The Hotel is very clean. Pool are lovely. Usually there is a spa and indoor pool, but it is closed due to Covid. It is in an area past Coral Bay. You can bus travel to get to Coral Bay or taxi. It's quite a long walk. The hotel is lovely and I would recommend it.

A serious upgrade from coral view where we started. A bit delapidated and old but service is great and there is a real charm to this place. Great pool etc. Games gym jacuzzi etc

  • 5/5 powerduukie 2 years ago on Google
For the price this was fantastic! Whole indoor and outdoor swimming pool AND jacuzzi to ourselves. An entire studio with balcony and kitchen for £24! Smashing! It's not the cleanest or the most luxurious but you cant expect that for this price.

Great location! If you want a more authentic Cyprus this is the place to go. The hotel itself has everything you need and are really trying to her back on their feet after being impacted by COVID! To be honest Eve (the manager) makes this hotel the place it is. Warm, friendly and helpful.

There were three of us staying in a room: two in the bedroom and one on the sofa bed in the living room. For us in the bedroom the only noise issue was the water running through the pipes in the mornings, but for our friend in the living room he said the walls were very thin and he could hear a lot from the rooms next door and the corridor. Beds were okay as far as comfort goes, good in size. Bathroom standard - good shower pressure, water could be hotter but it was just got enough. Nice balcony for our room and attractive pool area outside (although far too cold to swim at this time of the year!). We didn't have any food or drinks to comment on, but the location is quite nice. We had a car so drive everywhere however there are some restaurants and shops not too far away. The lady at reception was kind and helpful and we were able to extend our stay a second night for a cheaper rate.
