Am Freitag wurde mein Sohn eingewiesen wegen einem Wadenbeinbruch. Wir mussten 8 Stunden in der Notaufnahme warten. In dieser Zeit durfte mein Sohn nicht essen, da er operiert werden musste, und hat auch keine Schmerzmittel bekommen weil er nüchtern war, und bleiben musste. Ich war sehr ärgerlich, und habe nicht verstanden, warum wir solange warten müssen, obwohl klar war das er stationär aufgenommen werden musste. Ich wollte eigentlich eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben. Gestern war ich wieder in der Notaufnahme, diesmal mit meiner Tochter. Sie hatte Herzrasen und konnte nur schwer atmen. Sie ist im Wartebereich kollabiert. Es hat keine 10 Sekunden gedauert, bis mehrere Ärzte und Pflegepersonal da waren um meiner Tochter zu helfen. Ihr wurde sofort geholfen und behandelt bis sie wieder stabil war. Ich bedanke mich bei dem ganzen Team der Notaufnahme. Und jetzt weiß ich auch warum man länger warten muss bei nicht gefährlichen Verletzungen.

I am not sure whey this Hospital has a such a low review. I went to checkup my body and the first good thing is every one could be able to speak English. Also, I got treated nicely. I had to wait few hours but that is because of the test results took time. Two young doctors who were assigned, they were nice and they were enquiring me more about my health and symptomps of my health issue. Doctors showed patience to listen to my problem. I would recommend anyone to go here. I did not like the Boeblingen Krankenhaus as they did not take me in the first place and I assume they don't have the Emergency too.

Went to the doctor with a Bad panic attack on the 28.08.2020 , the doctor did not find anything better to tell me aggressively “ you are In Germany you need to speak German” while no knowing how long I was here and Why .... maybe tell this gentlemen that several American base are here and even nobody deserve this kind of comments .... second of all maybe this doctor need some training how to handle people in a proper way the situation was bad enough and it’s really not a good time to have sarcastically comments that where borderline.... great image for “the best medical system of the world”

I came to this hospital with accute pain and dizziness. I was told the waiting time was long but I wasn’t ready for 5 hours wait while I was feeling extremely I’ll. I asked the nurses why I hadn’t been seen and she lifted her hands with zero empathy and said “we’re busy”. I also saw several people pass before me and they had arrived after in what it seems better condition. The hospital room had blood stains in the floor and the staff smelled really bad. Another lady came in passing out and throwing up while her husband begged for them to give her a bed and they gave him zero response, another pregnant lady came in crying with pain and she had to sit and wait for over 40 minutes… I saw too much in those 5 hours I got up and left. Hopefully I don’t have to ever go back there.

I can only confirm the other reviews here. We got as far as the very large and exceptionally unfriendly receptionist (Notfallaufnahme) and (having read the reviews and had them confirmed by our own experience) decided it was worth driving somewhere else in spite of considerable pain. She did inform us that there were long waiting times. This would not have been a problem, it was the attitude of the staff which was the problem.

Experience strongly depends on why you are here or how you got here. Frist I was here for a wrong diagnosis: It was only a short visit to get a special Kind of Painkiller. A few weeks later I went to a totally different Doctor and he referred us to this hospital. Situation was very different. Doctors (while usually serious) all seem pretty competent (except for a few bad apples who can't even lay an infusion right 😒) And stationary Personal are all also super kind unless provoked (They have stressful jobs too, you know). Conclusion: Definitely not as bad of a place as some reviews like to make it out as.

Diese Klinik ist die reinste Katastrophe, hier geht es nicht mit rechten Dingen zu! Niemand weiß bescheid, und keiner sagt einem wie es um den Angehörigen steht. Das Pflegepersonal glänzt mit Inkompetenz und weiß nicht wie man mit Patienten um zu gehen hat. Man wird angebrüllt, auf Nachfrage wofür die Medikamente sind die man gerade einnimmt, hat man einem auch keine Antwort, nur einen schlecht gelaunten Blick. Einen Arzt bekommt man nur zu Gesicht wenn man explizit danach verlangt, sonst ist man sich selbst und noch schlimmer dem Pflegepersonal überlassen. An der Kommunikation hapert es sehr, leider liegt es auch daran dass das Pflegepersonal der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig ist. Diese Klinik würde ich nicht einmal aufsuchen wenn es die einzige wäre. Überhaupt nicht weiter zu empfehlen, und leider sieht man hier wie unser Gesundheitssystem herunter gewirtschaftet worden ist.

Sehr herzliche kompetente Ärzt*Innen, Krankenpfleger*Innen, Sekräterinnen und Reinigungskräfte. Sehr sehr gute Aufklärungsgespräche, vorher und nachher. Ich kann die gesamte Elektrophysiologie mehr als empfehlen. Man hat ein sehr sehr gutes Gefühl in den besten Händen zu sein. Großes DANKE an alle.❤️

Unterirdische Verhältnisse in der Notaufnahme! War vor 3 Wochen in der Notaufnahme mit gebrochenem Fuß, wurde erst in die orthopädische Ambulanz geschickt - was gut war - allerdings schließt diese um 15.30 Uhr freitags, so mußte ich nach 1 3/4 Stunden Warten dort und 1 Stunde Warten in der Anmeldung, zurück in die Notaufnahme. Man versprach, dass man die vorherige Wartezeit berücksichtige. Nach weiteren 2 Stunden kam auf Anfrage, wie lange es noch dauert, dass kein Orthopäde da wäre, nach weiteren 1 1/2 Stunden habe ich abgebrochen. Die Organisation sollte defenitiv überdacht werden - Fachkräftemangel hin oder her!!!

Had a migraine and the migraine medication I took at home wasn't working and my brain was burning. The emergency general practitioner in this clinic denied my request for an IV because they were closing in 5 minutes. So I went to the ER, to ask for an IV. The lady at the ER reception was an angel. The other nurses were talking to her in a bad tone and asked her why I'm still there because I have "received treatment" at the emergency general practitioner office in the hospital. I felt bad for her that she was treated that way, because of me. Some staff is nice and caring, but being sent away during a migraine attack with just an Ibuprofen prescription is humiliating. Thanks for nothing. I still got headaches by the way.

Always great experience at the hospital. Expertise doctors and caring staffs. Keep up with great works!

Orthopädie eine Katastrophe. Ich war alleine und bekam nach 5 Stunden Wartezeit eine Doktorandin die keine Ahnung hatte. Hoffe Ihr bekommt im Krankheitsfall genauso arrogante unfähige Kollegen wie ihr es seid. Etwas Empathie würde euch bei der Arbeit gut zu Gesicht stehen

Notaufnahme mit meinem kleinen Sohn. Keine lange Wartezeiten, wir wurden wirklich gut behandelt. Über die Patientenaufnahme, die Notaufnahme und die Abteilung Röntgen.. man war stets freundlich und sehr einfühlsam mit uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden. Machen allen einen wirklich tollen Job, Danke.

Die Assistentinärztin Frau A.Bose sollte sich einem Psychiater vorstellen. Sie sollte auf keinen Fall mehr mit und an Menschen arbeiten. Sie ist total unfreundlich und anstandslos, da sie nicht mal beim reinkommen grüßen kann. Sie hat mich dumm dargestellt und ich solle mal nicht übertreiben, da ich jung bin und es nicht möglich ist in dem Alter krank zu sein. Außerdem stellt sie Fragen und unterbricht mit der Aussage ich soll nur auf ihre Frage antworten? Sie ist der absolute Horror. Ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt. Einen Brief an die Ärztekammer habe ich ebenfalls verfasst. Da so eine Person auf keinen Fall mit Menschen arbeiten darf!!! Ich bin noch am überlegen, ob ich nicht eine Petition starte…

Ich war mit meinem kleinen Sohn in der Notfallambulanz, einen Tag später wurde er dort ambulant operiert. Ausnahmslos alle Ärzte und Pfleger waren außerordentlich freundlich und empathisch. Sie sind toll auf meinen Sohn eingegangen und haben ihm damit die Angst genommen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und danke allen Beteiligten für ihr Engagement trotz knapper Ressourcen, ihr ward echt spitze. Danke, dass es euch gibt.
