I had a wonderful experience at Hautmedizin Bad Soden and would highly recommend the clinic. It was refreshing to receive such a friendly, professional and efficient service from the point of making my appointment all the way through to the care I received during and after my appointment. I felt reassured and informed by the doctor who treated me, as well as the skin specialist who recommended very effective skin treatments.

Organized and modern-looking skin clinic. My experience there was overall good (not impressive but good nonetheless). Came here because my newborn had a really bad skin condition. My only wish is for the doctor to be able to communicate the skin condition to us (first-time parents) better - that would have made us feel more at ease and relax. It's only natural that we were sceptical and cautious as we had never have to deal with something like this before. It felt as if she assumed we would not be able to understand much (or perhaps she had difficulty describing the reasoning/next steps/etc in layman's terms) and therefore only gave us a very brief definition of what the diagnosis is all about (which we already knew from reading into it but was hoping for more from a doctor to help keep our minds at ease). Whichever it was, I hope the doctor would try their best at keeping the patients as well-informed as possible. I believe the more informed a patient is, the better he/she is at making an informed decision about any treatment he/she required, and that would also keep one's mind more at ease and convinced.

Als Privatpatient wurde man super behandelt, nach dem bewusst enschiedenen Wechsel in die gesetzliche KV mit privaten Zusatzversicherungen wird man von Frau Dr. med. Marei Kirchmeir wie der letzte Mensch behandelt. Unfassbar. Termin gewählt mit privater Bezahlung, direkt mitbekommen wie Frau Kirchmeir die Damen am Empfang "rund" gemacht hat, dass sie keine gesetzlich versicherte Patienten behandelt und eine Kollegin übernehmen muss. Dies habe ich abgelehnt und wurde von Ihr behandelt wie der letzte Mensch. Die nicht erfolgreiche Therapie war außerdem falsch, wie ich durch meinen neuen Hautarzt schließlich erfahren durfte. Ich habe völliges Verständnis für ein betriebswirtschaftlich arbeitendes Unternehmen, aber eins darf man hier nicht vergessen, es geht um den Faktor MENSCH und MENSCHLICHKEIT.

Super nettes und professionelles Team. Dr Kalthoff nimmt sich viel Zeit für die Beratung und berät ehrlich und individuell, hat mir sogar von einer viel teureren Behandlung abgeraten, worüber ich sehr froh bin. Meine OLS ist sehr gut gelungen und ich kann endlich wieder strahlen. Vielen Dank!

I had a great experience with Hautmedizin Bad Soden and Dr Fells. Everyone in the practice was helpful and for the most part, they all speak a sufficient amount of English if that is your best way of communicating. I would recommend the practice to anyone

Bin total begeistert, die Mitarbeiterin sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Praxis ist sehr modern und es ist sehr hygienisch, ich fühle mich sehr wohl. Dr. Kühne ist ein sehr kompetenter und sympathischer Arzt. Ich war jetzt zwei mal da und das Ergebnisse ist tadellos und so wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, natürlich soll es aussehen. Ich kann die Praxis nur empfehlen und werde wiederkommen.

Ich wurde von Frau Dr. Bilger top beraten und behandelt Sehr, sehr freundliche Ärztin die sich Zeit für mich genommen hat und alle meine Fragen rund um Laserbehandlungen beantwortet hat. Auch das Team rund um Hr. Dr. Kalthoff, von der OP Schwester welche beruhigend auf mich einwirkte und mir somit die Angst nahm, der Anästhesistin bis zu Hr. Dr. Kalthoff selbst, kann ich nur empfehlen Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt

2x Termin geplatzt, suche mir einen anderen Hautarzt. ...... Habe dann doch noch einen 3. Versuch gestartet, es fast pünktlich zum Termin geklappt und die Untersuchung war sehr genau und von einer sehr netten Ärztin durchgeführt.
