I'm very lucky to have rented this apartment from Mr. Amerkamp and Ms. Ax. They are very helpful, and always glad to answer my questions, and also always reply my emails very fast. The apartment that I'm living now is located in a very quiet place, and yet not too far from the city center. Everything is very convenient and ideal. I strongly recommend Mr. Amerkamp's apartments if you'll come and live in Bonn for some time!

When I first moved in, I was surprised when they put my last name in the mailbox and front of the apartment. It shows that they care about each customer. I couldn't connect to the internet they provided. I emailed them, and they showed up even after office hours to fix the issue, which gave me another great impression. Another unexpected experience was the cleaning service every week. It is lovely that you come home one day, and everything returns to how it's supposed to be. The apartment I stayed in was furnished with all the necessary furniture. The furniture is well maintained and looks exactly like the provided pictures. I had a comfortable two-month stay, and thank you, Mr. Amerkamp and the team, for the excellent service.

We are more than satisfied with Amerkamp Business Apartments since April 2022. Being located in the center of Bonn, the apartment is very warm, cosy, and quiet, and there is enough parking space near the house. When we just moved we were impressed that we could find everything we needed for everyday life already in the apartment. We literarily felt with how much care the apartment was prepared for our family! We have a daughter who is a toddler and it was very nice of the owner to take care about a baby bed and a changing table for her in advance. By the way, the owner, Mr. Amerkamp, speaks perfect English! For our family it is a great relief because even though we do not speak German, we can ealisy solve any problem we have or get any help that we need by just 1 email to Mr. Amerkamp or his awesome assistant Susanna. So, if you are looking for comfort and quality, our family can definitely recommend Amerkamp Business Apartments.

Very comfortable stay for a small family while we searched for permanent accommodation. The location is on a quiet street, but only one street away from the vibey Altstadt. REWE grocery and children's play area a store a short walk away. 5 minute walk to the nearest tram station and Bonn Zentrum. Apartment looks just like in the pictures and is equipped in a way that you only need to buy food.
