The best soccer stadium I’ve ever visited! We had seats in the hospitality area. The buffet spread was fantastic. The beer, wine and service was great. The female service and hospitality staff were very attractive. No problem with restrooms. Beer and other refreshments were easily attained to be brought into the stadium. Smoking is allowed in the stadium. The crowd was civilized and the atmosphere was great. Turned me into a Schalke supporter. Even though the game was not very exciting, the sights, sounds, food and drinks will keep you coming back for more.

Outstanding soccer stadium. Enjoyed the Champions League match there vs Galatasaray on 06 Nov 2018. Great atmosphere, good prices on concessions, easy to reach on the #302 trains, lots of service before and after games. Great place to watch soccer!

Modern football stadion, good view from almost every seat. An arena tour is always worth the money. You have to treat yourself! You will be amazed at what you will learn about one of the most modern stages

I watched the Mexico play against Portugal in this stadium during the 2006 World Cup / Weltmeister. Excellent memories of Gelsenkirchen and their wonderful hospitality.

Concert and Stadium were Perfect. But travelling there and back on the t Tram was a bit of a nightmare, we were packed in like Sardines not enough trams for the amount of people.

Section K was awful. Why is there a window between the two sections ? We had to watch Ed Sheeran through it and we paid 100 EUR per tickets. Incredible traffic jams on the way there and bottlenecks everywhere that could pose safety issues for sure if evacuation needed.

Nice Arena, ceiling timbers are in the way if you're seated up high. Parking for concert was 15€!!!!!!! You can't pay cash for food&drinks but thats normal at a stadium. Parking situation was horrible!never took me so long to get out of a parking area after an event.

Went to the ed Sheeran concert there, really well organized though really hard to get there by public transportation during concert days.

Lyconet. I liked the arena. The food selection was good for everyone except me, a low-carb vegetarian. But the place itself is lovely. The signs for navigation should improve. A, B and C parking is somewhere else than C sector. But once you know, learn by mistakes; it's easy to get along.

We had a great time on lyconet elite seminar in there. As I know it is the biggest stadion in the europe. More than 40 000. People were on our lyconet elite seminar. Arena Vás not even full. I can imagine that when it will be full next year it will be even better 🙂

Attended the Ed Sheeran concert here in July 2022, and was awestruck at the awesome arrangement at Veltins Arena. I think it's an apt location for concerts and can be reached by trams from Gelsenkirchen hbf. I would recommend this arena for concerts definitely.

Excellent stadium. Well organised, good catering and facilities in general. Approaching the parking lot can be a bit tricky if you are late. Traffic then already accumulates on highway. But that's manageable if you arrive well before the game. Same applies when leaving. Best is to take a nice walk around the complex after the game and enjoy a nice cold Veltins beer.

Schalke's ground has a lot going for it. The views are incredible, and it feels like a small stadium but seats 60k. Knocking a star off for the lack of facilities. Massive queues for everything including entering the stadium. The toilet queue was ridiculous. There were 3 urinals. The area we were sat in had thousands of people in it.

It was very comfortable and well organized despite all of the chaos. Many people accumulate in the food stalls, which makes it difficult for people to go across the narrow corridors, and there are also very few toilets available for women. I paid €3.10 for a Bratwurst. The food wasn’t that bad. Only card payments are accepted.

Best stadium tour I've ever done! Really interesting the Arena' details, nice structure and impressive technology. Thanks a lot to our guide, he is really kind and funny.

Nice enough stadium. Miles from the main transport hub. Great atmosphere. Police were the real negative. They were aggressive and intimidating. Why so many of them? This type of Policing disappeared in the UK years ago.

    Amazing stadium and friendly fans.

The concert was fantastic, but the parking facilities were poor. We were lucky, but I think a lot of people missed quite a bit of the concert trying to park their cars and sitting in stationary traffic about 1 km from the arena. Definitely need to arrive an hour or better two , before your concert starts.

Great stadium. Schalke lost and the fans' atmosphere was a bit flat, but a great occasion.

Since we are partners with the club I only experienced it through the VIP lounge, however, looking at the fans from all Stadium sectors gives you the feeling what a great place this is and how historically and socially this club is related to the city and the people, amazing!

First time in the Nordkurve with my mate who I met in 2007 travelling with my Blues.. Incredible atmosphere had the hairs standing on my neck.

The atmosphere is unbelievable at this indoor stadium. You need to add money to a special card before you can buy food or drink so don't get in the food drink queue first.

The Arena is ok. Not first choice for "audio events" but still satisfying. But parking and public transport is a mess. Totally undersized. It took us more then one hour before we could leave the parking lot.

Good stadium, it’s very simple to get there from the central station, and get away after match. There are many points of souvenir shops and fast food. There is a problem with navigation !

It's the stadium of Scheiße Schalke and they're really poor. There's nothing in this arena when you compare it with BvB's. Heya BvB and Scheiße Schalke! :)) Fun aside, this stadium is also one of the best stadiums. Although I'm fan of Borussia Dortmund, Schalke is also a remarkable club having a significant stadium. Great place! I liked it.
