Very nice place to have a big wedding party or any other party . The lawn area is very spacious. Bathrooms were very clean . Valet parking was very good and convenient.

Eminent place of the city . . enough area for parking. Stage, hall, washrooms ..every thing is upto the mark. Staff is very polite and humble. Cleanliness and sitting arrangement achieves good score for quality. adequate space for party. it was Good experience to be here.

Poor management for elderly people as the floor for function is at 1st level and the only Electric wheelchair was not functioning all of a sudden.. they could had made a ramp along with stairs and Nothing Grand in this Resort PLANNING wise. Improvements needed. Cherry on cake was they offered wheel chair and they were ready to take risk of lifting the elderly and taking them to first floor.

The palace is very nice but the Manager was very rude and doesn’t know how to manage, they should fire him, he was disrespectful and while we were talking to him he was just playing with his phone, they didn’t provide the service I paid for. He didn’t keep the agreement. I would not suggest this palace. The beer was expired. The service was bad. They didn’t give me the crockery I ordered. Such a bad management.

The old persons couldn't go to the venue of event as sliding chair was out of order. So could not enjoy the event of Jago.

Its a good place to arrange a party for more than a 1000 people with ample parking space but far from city. So its not safe for a night party as roads are full of goons now a days.
