Recently I have visited Haldiram at Jalandhar (Pb.), There I ordered 4 items , i.e Amritsari naan kulcha, veg tandoori sizzler, Masala Dosa and tea . First of all they served me oily dosa with sambhar that was cold. I asked the person on counter to serve me hot sambhar, he said okay, but after eating half of my dosa when I went there to bring sambhar, I found he has not done it yet. I felt helpless and came back silently. Secondly when I was having my amritsari kulcha naan, I found a hair in it , it was disgusting. It ruined my mood.when I called the manager, he said sorry sir we are new that's why this occured, seriously is this valid justification!!!!!

It's all in one place beautiful atmosphere food quality is good. People enjoying here on weekends. Value for money.

Recently visited Haldirams located at Eastwood village in Jalandhar. Worst food, unprofessional service and quantity of food as compare to prices is very low. The staff they have are totally untrained, don’t have any idea how to talk to customers, they just kept busy in their own chit chats while customers are waiting for their food which is already arrived on food counters. And upon asking that my food is already there on counter why didn’t you call me, the guy on service reply me rudely that the food comes here just now, we know what we are doing.😡 Means totally waste of time and money. Will never ever visit again.

This is located at highway nearby sagar-ratna. I went there due to name but experience didn't went well with the expectations. The food quality is not so good and to be honest the price is quite heavy. I ordered pav-bhaji , that was okayish. Then i ordered veg thali which was decent. Too much noisy and due to that their staff was not responding. Though it was self service but the cooperation from their staff was very inappropriate. One thing that went well after visiting there was the outer environment, ahh that was so good. Do visit there in the night to enjoy live music at festive occasion.

Good parking space. Located next to GT road highway. Below par food except for Chole kulce which was good. It can be a quick stop to grab a bite on your journey through GT road.

Very average food quality at high prices with poor service. I tried Raj Kachori and Noodles+ Manchurian. Raj Kachari was Ok. But Noodles were soggy and cold. And Manchurian was stale. This was not expected from haldiram. Better eat somewhere else.

I am so happy with the varieties of food they serve and each of them is absolutely fantastic in terms of flavours, in terms of presentation, in terms of quality or in terms of quantity. everything was perfect. The food was in budget and the infrastructure is well known to everyone. Best place to come with your family and one of the all-time family's favorite places to have kitties or to fix meetings to appoint suitable partners for their child. I really like the ambience and overall, the experience was great
