I
had
a
very
bad
experience
from
entering
the
hotel
to
the
quality
of
room
they
have.
After
a
long
drive
we
the
group
of
30
people
check
in
at
the
hotel
at
around
midnight
and
the
two
receptionist
with
same
name
"GAPE"
in
there
was
so
rude
to
us.
After
checkin
in
the
room,
we
took
a
shower
without
knowing
the
water
is
hot
due
to
low
maintenance
some
of
us
got
burnt.
So
we
were
so
frustrated
and
complained
the
problem
to
the
receptionist
and
asked
to
call
their
manager,
but
they
were
beating
around
the
bush.
After
waiting
for
around
3
hours,
the
manager
who
is
same
time
the
General
Manager,
Maintenance
Manager
and
property
manager
(according
to
them)
came
to
the
premise
and
went
backside
without
even
addressing
the
problem
with
us.
After
around
30
minutes
he
came
to
see
us
and
was
not
having
any
solution
for
the
problem
and
telling
us
to
wait
till
tomorrow
to
fix
the
pipe.
By
seeing
their
incapability
to
solve
the
issue,
we
suggested
them
to
drain
all
the
hot
water
and
to
stop
the
hot
water
valve.
In
short
the
customer
service
and
quality
of
the
infrastructure
they
provide
is
very
low
and
would
not
recommend
it
to
others.
