Stayed here for 3 nights. Cons: - Location is out of the way and a hike from the main part of town. A lot of construction in the area and a big dusty. There are often big muddy puddles on the way back to the hotel (I'm guessing most people cab back) - Was looking forward to using the spa but the spa was closed. Recommended alternative spa venue was disappointing. - They were supposed to have a discount for lunch for hotel guests dining in the restaurant but they didn't honor that. Neither were we offered a free cab ride like in other reviews. - Balcony door couldn't be locked. Pros: - Good clean environment though at a premium - Large rooms with semi blocked views - Breakfast buffet is varied enough for most people and has a made to order section (mostly eggs). Also do note that the restaurant charges service charge and tax, which is fair as the service is good. Front desk service was excellent. We booked a fansipan day hike from the hotel as well. The 23 y/o guide didn't speak that good English and kept rushing us during the hike. We reached the summit around 2pm. We paid for his cable car ticket down the mountain so he would get home safely.

A 4-star hotel with 5-star services and rooms. They were kind enough to let us check-in early. Plus, the room was spotless and spacious. The hotel interiors are great too - modern yet cozy/moody and private. The staff also speaks in English,so there would be no trouble for you to communicate with them if you don't speak the language. In addition to that, their staff is unquestionably nice - friendly and always forthcoming with your needs even before you ask them. The city centre can get too busy and loud, that's why if you're looking for a break at the end of the day, this hotel would be perfect. It's just a short 5-10 min walk to the centre but it all made a difference. For breakfast, they have great yoghurts. Don't miss it :) Summary: - 5-star experience without being too pricey - Outstanding service (nicest staff!) - Quiet location - Good breakfast

Aliana Sapa Hotel and Spa is absolutely fabulous! I stayed here last November while on a photo safari tour of Vietnam. The rooms are spacious, elegant, exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect of a 4-star hotel. The views from the balcony are amazingly stunning even on rainy days. The staff are all friendly, helpful, courteous and always smiling. Most had an excellent command of English so it was easy for us to communicate. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and uncomplicated. The hotel's restaurant is also exceptional - offering a good variety of Vietnamese cuisine. Each dish was beautifully styled for presentation and was savory, delectable and delicious.

Writing this review with absolute satisfaction. Booked a suite with balcony for 3D-2N and couldn’t have asked for more. The rooms, washroom, service were top notched. There own dining is quite famous in Sapa. Food and complimentary breakfast was above expectations! The receptionist can call taxi on demand and is very convenient. It’s just 1 km away from Sapa Center. Staff was super friendly and as a Vegetarian I must appreciate Cau who made sure that I get the finest veg food experience there. He helped a lot in preparing food on request! Thanh, XE, Tony also served us soo well! I might not have came across the others, but they were kind too! I am adding a photo from our room, you can have a look. Definitely staying here whenever I go again!

What a great place, great staff, great room, great food. I cannot fault this hotel and restaurant, the food was tasty, great quality, variety and all the staff were attentive, knowledgable and enthusiastic. I had a problem with the room but it was sorted quickly and professionally, the room had a great bed and we rested really well. We would go back and stay longer…

Aliana Boutique in Sapa, Vietnam, was an incredible experience. The views from our patio were nothing short of amazing. The place exuded a sense of elegance, and the restaurant exceeded our expectations with great food and very friendly restaurant manager who made us feel at home. My wife couldn’t get enough of the ginger tea. The rooms were spotless, and the quick laundry service was a convenience. Not to mention, the spa, gym, and pool. The short 4-minute walk to the central square was convenient, but if you prefer not to walk, there's always a car waiting right out front. A truly memorable stay! I highly recommend.

If you're searching for a hotel in Sapa, Vietnam, look no further! This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Upon arrival, the check-in process was remarkably smooth and efficient. The receptionist was exceptional, with a strong command of English and a constant smile. Although we had booked a room without a balcony for three nights, they generously upgraded us to a balcony room at no additional cost. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room itself was spacious and met all our needs. One highlight was the balcony, which quickly became my favorite feature of the room. In terms of amenities, the hotel provided a generous daily supply of refreshments, including a 1.5-liter bottle of water, two 500ml bottles of water, a coke, and a Hanoi beer. These were complimentary with daily housekeeping services. While the breakfast menu had limited options, the quality of the food was excellent, and the service was even better. You'll definitely enjoy your dining experience at this hotel. Furthermore, the hotel staff were extremely helpful with additional services such as motorcycle rentals and ticket purchases for local attractions. Simply reach out to them at the front desk on the first floor. The check-out process was just as hassle-free and swift as the check-in. Overall, this hotel is outstanding and offers a level of service that surpasses even that of a five-star establishment. It is an absolute must-stay if you're visiting Sapa.

I didn’t say in this hotel but did have dinner at the restaurant during our recent trip to Sapa, so while I can’t speak to the room quality, I can only compliment the tasty and well presented dishes, stylish decor and friendly hotel staff we experienced here. As a vegetarian the staff were very accommodating and, by checking the extent of what I could or couldn’t eat (e.g. eggs, fish sauce, milk), I was reassured the food was truly veggie.

Quiet location yet close to the center. The staff and especially Cau (Ben) are super nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and give good value for the price.

Nicely located hotel, walking distance from town. Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities. The hotel’s restaurant food was outstanding, freshly prepared meals and desserts. Very happy with our 2 nights stay. Tabbener family, UK

Amazing place in Sa Pa, I stayed just for one night but can share it was a nice experience. People were nice, always looking to create a good experience for the guests. The only thing to keep in mind is that you will need a 5mins taxi drive, it is roughly 1.5km from town

Highly recommend for unobstructed views of the valley and you can even spot the cable car to Fansipan peak! Location has some construction ongoing on the way but nothing major stopping from taking a 25K VND cab to city center. Close to the famed La Coupole with immaculate rooms and prompt service.

Very nice stay with my kid 4 yo. Hotel is very nice : outstanding view of Sapa valley and mountains from rooms with balcony, large room, very good and various buffet breakfast. The service is also very good : clean room, friendly service at breakfast and outstanding at reception together with remaining very discret. You can contact them at any time on whatsapp. They also us for discounted price to keep the room in the afternoon to match with our train n departure schedule. In short good place to rest in Sapa with good view.

We only ate at the restaurant. We ate a light appetizer, potato soup, fresh mango salad, fried rice dish, curry shrimp dish, and creme brulee. We had prepared drinks and beers. The food and service were best in country so far for us. The entire bill was less than $40 USD. We gave a 20% tip and they insisted on calling and paying for our cab home to a rival 5* hotel. This place is a must stop in SA Pa.

Absolutely phenomenal. Best view and hotel we stayed in our entire trip. We also did a guided tour with a local that was arranged through the hotel, just an overall amazing experience all round.

We loved our stay at Aliana. The staff were awesome, and always very helpful. The location, we found, was perfect for us as it was a short 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Sapa. It was out of the hustle and bustle so the mornings were quite nice and relaxing. Breakfast was pretty good and no complaints.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Everyone here was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel has an amazing view and we were upgraded to the duplex room which had a balcony to the incredible scenery. My daughter celebrated her birthday here so we asked to order a birthday cake for her and they went out of their way to do everything we needed.

This stylish and elegant hotel, which has some of, if not the, best unobstructed views across the valley, absolutely deserves 5 stars. Everything is spotless and the staff are extremely helpful, attentive and professional. Our room was large, light and airy, with plenty of electrical sockets and beautifully decorated. In the bathroom the pretty blue and white local ceramic accessories were a nice touch. The overall decor of the hotel is modern chic with a touch of traditional, such as the tribal woven fabrics used in some of the upholstery, and the circular hearth in the restaurant which must be wonderfully cosy in colder weather. There is some excellent photography, mainly of local tribal peoples, decorating the rooms and private areas. The pool was clean and looked welcoming when the sun was shining although we didn't have time to take a dip. Sadly when we visited the spa was out of action, hopefully they will be able to open it again as the higher season approaches. Breakfast was varied and generous, with eggs cooked to order. I would absolutely stay here again for longer. Highly recommended.

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the Old and French quarter! Only 5-10minute walk from the best restaurants and coffee shops in Hanoi, beer street and the night markets. The hotel is pristine!!! Our room was was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated and furnished. The hotel has absolutely everything you need - sky bar, swimming pool and a stunning restaurant! But most of all - The staff are beyond incredible!!! To be honest their service is hard to put into words. They made us feel so welcome and created an almost homely atmosphere. Particularly Ken, who ensured we had everything we needed and gave us amazing recommendations on where to eat, what to do and a few tips and tricks to tackle Vietnamese road crossing. As well as Ken, Jane went above and beyond to help us organise one of our trips outside of Hanoi, even personally ensuring that the transport company were collecting us the following day and kept in touch with us to communicate this. Which in a country that has quite a language barrier, made things feel completely stress free and safe for us. Overall, I really cannot recommend this place highly enough! I have no doubt that if you choose this hotel, your experience will be as good as ours was.

AIRA went above & beyond to accommodate our group!!! They were so helpful - storing our bags during a hike, letting us check in early, providing laundry service, etc. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful hotel in Sapa!!

My husband and I have traveled all over the world and this was the BEST, BEST, BEST hotel we have ever stayed at because of the employees. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful. Lien Chau worked at the front desk and she was so sweet, knowledgeable and efficient. She answered all of our questions, gave us great recommendations, booked our taxis and activities and helped us exchange currency. She made sure we were doing well and went above and beyond for us all throughout our stay. Cau and Se were our wait staff and they were very kind and attentive. They made sure we always had everything we needed and checked in on us many times. They had so much energy and care for us while we ate. They made us so happy. Our hotel room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Lien, Cau and Se made our experience in Sapa wonderful and we wish we could stay longer. Please ask for Lien, Cau and Se when you stay at Aira. They will treat you like family and make sure you have the best time in Sapa. Thank you, Lien, Cau and Se!!!!!!

The hotel is clean and cozy. Location is ok, just that there is constructions nearby that makes it quite impossible to walk on the wet and muddy road. The breakfast variety is great too. Beef pho is good but the french toast that is soaked with oil is horrible (way too oily!). They serve good variety of fruits during breakfast too.

I stayed 2 nights 3 days, and it was wonderful. Even though the weather was not good-too misty- the room was lovely, and staffs are nice and kind. Especially I appreciate for 10/22 staff members, they really cared us with the heart, we could get shower service and help. If there's next time to visit sapa, i will stay here again

The staff were very helpful, approachable and friendly! They were very knowledgeable about services and Activites in town. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with both delicious western and Vietnamese options. There was also fresh rambutan and watermelon every morning. Tucked away in a beautiful quiet part of town, the views from this luxurious hotel were breathtaking.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff and gorgeous view from our balcony. Like the best view I’ve ever had anywhere. Just totally fantastic! It’s also within an easy walk to town. I’m only dropping a star as the restaurant after breakfast and spa were closed, but I don’t think there were many guests, so I can’t really blame them. I’d certainly come back again and wish I’d booked a longer trip to Sapa and to stay here!

This hotel in Sapa, especially its employees, made us feel so at peace and full of joy. This hotel deserves to be five stars. The front desk day time receptionist is the best. They allowed us to check in early when sapa was pouring rain, allowed us to check out late, and held our luggage. Every single human was so kind. The service here was 5+ stars. Every time we were coming back to the hotel, we were so excited to enter. The bed was SO comfortable-best sleep we’ve gotten in a while. The shower was INCREDIBLE pressure and warmth. Every corner and detail was clean as can be. The view was breathtaking even with fog, and the balcony was so beautiful. The breakfast, included in the fee, was delicious with loads of variety and served from 6:30 am to 10 am. There is a computer and printer available, which I did not find in many other hotels. The spa has been closed since COVID, which wasn’t updated on the website, but this hotel and everyone In it was so lovely that it didn’t matter. Super short walk to the center of town, and yes there’s construction, but it didn’t affect the hotel at all. Would recommend super highly to everyone!!

I can't believe this place is only 3 stars! It is better than many 4 star hotels I have stayed at in the past. The location is away from the main streets of Sapa, higher up on the mountain. This makes for terrific views and peaceful ambience with no street noise (be prepared to climb some steep road to get back after being in town). The staff were so helpful and friendly and the room service was great (club sandwich with fries was delicious). Special mention to Cindy who served us delicious breakfast each morning of our stay. The spa and bar are currently closed as the hotel is recovering from the pandemic, but reception were able to provide recommendations for other places in town. Book here and you won't regret your stay!

👍👍 The place was located at the end of the road and it's quite easy to find. It's not so far away from the center area. It has a good view to the mountains and the valley under.
