Great experience. We were warmly welcomed and immediately upgraded to a bigger room due to low season. Restaurant is great, breakfast is amazing. They even have a nice and heated pool where you can relax after a nice trekking day. I also recommend the full body massage which was amazing!

Nice hotel but there is the smoking smell everywhere. The bed is comfortable The room is kinda clean but I feel like 4stars should be more clean than this. There is a moldy glass holder in the restroom which the glass was on it(upside down). The room is spacious which is good. There is breakfast included as well The receptionist is friendly and helpful!

The hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it is only maximum 3 stars. In addition, I had booked a tour and it was not originally this hotel included but a high quality one, so it is obviously involved in trickery. Definitely not recommended.

This is a great hotel when my family is traveling in Sapa. With the attentive, enthusiastic and dedicated service of the restaurant staff, and the hotel staff. I will come back to this ks soon in the near future....

Hotel location and environment is okay, but rooms facing the other hotel are very noisy, only after 2am it decrease,

I enjoyed my stay at the freesia hotel very much. I booked it because it was near the drop off area for sapa express. room was spacious with a great view. It's a 10min walk from the city centre and that means that it is relatively quiet. the city centre is very very noisy. We reached before check in time and the receptionist graciously allowed us to check in earlier because there was an available room. He also helped us booked a driver to popular places at a reasonable price. PS the hotel shower takes a little while to warm up, so make sure to give it plenty of encouragement haha.

The hotel is very old , dirty carpets and needs maintenance. Service is excellent the team is very friendly and helpful.

Large clean rooms and bathrooms. The free breakfast is a viet style buffet. The best part is that it's on the hill so it's a nice view in the morning

The hotel is very old. Furniture and room is old. Bathroom is small and old. Cleanliness 3/5. There were stains. Breakfast buffet is ok, but not suitable for halal travellers. Location is near to town centre but need to walk a little bit..there are some other hotels which are much closer to the centre.

1. Totally worth for the price 2. Everyone treats you like own family and vert supportive 3. Hotel has english speaking personnel as well 4. Tours for local sightseeing is available and at reasonable price

The staff in the reception was very nice and helpful. Also the servants are nice. The food on the other hand is really poor. We was serves raw fish, bad beef which we was served in the evening. The day after they served the same bad beef even when we told them it was bad. The chef was cooking and was sick. He was coughing over the food. One from the staff took food with their fingers tasted it and just moved on. There was a fork to handle the food. This is very disgusting. The hotel did a great job with the room but the restaurant don't eat there

This hotel has amazing views and amazing staff. We were greeted with a big smile when we entered and we were given details about the breakfast timing and the wifipassword along with the details of the local tourist spots. To add to it they also had map where they highlighted all the areas that were previously told to us and also explained to us the best timing to visit these places which helped us a lot as we just had 1 night in Sapa. The breakfast menu was amazing too

Amazing staying. Everyone in the hotel was really kind. They let us do a early check-in and we could get a shower before going at night for the sleeper bus. We arranged a trekking with them, that was súper nice and the swimming pool- spa are really relaxing after a day exploring around. Super recommended.

Hotel was good. The location is close to the Sapa lake making accessibility easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early before the check-in time, in fact few hours before but the hotel staff were kind enough to check us in early. We were able to refresh and get out for our trek. They also provided a private pick up from the Lao Cai railway station. It was misty and rainy and we would have struggled to find the place if we were on our own. The breakfast buffet was good and we also tried the room service and the food was good. The rooms were clean. We stayed in top floor and we also had a balcony but because of the bad weather we were not able to use the balcony. The bed was comfortable. Hotel also has a swimming pool. They also arranged a drop to Lao Cai railway station on the day we checked out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There was no hot water in the bathrooms of either of the 2 rooms we rented no matter how long we waited. Fridge in one room was not working either. Front desk staff's reaction to both issues was simply denying them and even refusing to come to the room to take a look! Later in the day reception staff was exchanged, the new one apologized and the hot water issue was fixed, but the non-working fridge ignored. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable enough and breakfast fine, but the above-mentioned issue left me with a bad feeling about the place. For this price, polite and helpful staff and working facilities should be granted.
