Pros : Very well maintained resort with a private beach huge pool and a huge dining area. You can play volleyball on the beach or rent some jet skis. The hospitality is great! Cons However i didn't see any volleyball nets on the beach I found the food to be average in the buffet. Again i found no latch on the bathroom which i find is a problem but i think it's okay for most people.

I held my wedding at this resort and experienced a terrible service from the management board. While my friends and the whole setup team were trying with lot of decoration and preparation, the resort offered nothing except making difficulties during our work. They wanted to maximize the charge by different ways and keep calling the groom and bride during our busy time with ridiculous requests. The manager herself did not even go down to see the fact, stayed in her room and kept complaining unreasonably. More than 2 weeks after my wedding, the resort still has not paid me the refund of my deposit (more than USD$2000). Lot of my friends said they were discriminated by the resort and feedbacked that the resort only serve well the Russian during their stay for the wedding. The wedding was still successful thanks to my friends' efforts regardless to the barriers by the resort. Second day of Lunar new year we decided to have a dinner at this place. It was priced over 400k VND per person, we were a couple. They requested payment in advance, no warnings about how crowded it could be. It was a visit to hell. They said buffet starting at 6:30. I get there at 7 and had no food in the line. The staff me guided us to the table, served the drinks and that’s all! No interaction of any kind. Nor to offer more drinks or service… From the food available at the line, was cold and tasteless, except for a pork ribs with vegetables that were good (not amazing, just good). At the moment we got there, my wife wanted to leave the place, I said to wait. We sat down for 45 minutes to be able to get SOME food. I understand the under staff situation because of holiday, the over crowded place for the same reason. But at least should avoid accept outside customers or tell them that be ready for a war with a touch of disappointment!

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a room through booking, and when we arrived we found out that we had made a mistake with the dates. The girl at the reception convinced us that this is not a problem and that we can check in now, paying again for the room in the hotel, after which we can cancel the reservation on the wrong date and get the money back. But the experts from bookings, said that we can solve this issue only directly through the representatives of the hotel. It is very strange that the staff is not aware of how exactly they cooperate with booking. It was like they were just trying to cheat us to get double the money. After we informed the girl about the details of the conversation with the booking representatives, she looked at us with frightened eyes, and suddenly it turned out that there were no places for us in the hotel for today. We discussed this issue with the manager, he promised us to solve this issue as soon as possible and we left for another hotel upset and tired. After that we called every day for a week, but the promised money was not returned to us. Shame on those entrepreneurs who think only about money, forgetting about quality service and trying to deceive guests. I strongly do not recommend it.

The services is fantastic and the price is quite reasonable, this is good place for family trip. The facilities is new and the staffs are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by their breakfast buffet, they have a lot of this and well prepared. I would love to come back here when I have a chance.

Beautiful resort. Nice and convenient access to the beach. The food at the buffet was excellent. However, except for one nice staff member, the service was quite bad. The workers did not speak English. And they kept checking to see if you paid for their all you can drink bar everytime the worker changed. I mean, come on, it was about $11 dollars for unlimited alcohol. No one was trying to sneak drinks at the bar. The front desk workers were mean. And several times workers seemed bothered if you had a question or request.

I like this place! The pool was great. You can enjoy swimming 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and there is a beach right in front of the pool. I recommend you to see the sunrise in the morning. The beach is really close. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast menu was various. If there is a flaw, it is little bit far from the downtown. You can use a cab or rent a motorcycle. I wanna visit here again:)

A resort tucked away from the touristy area of mui ne. Beautiful surroundings, a beach front to yourself. The rooms are petite at 28sqm, so you'd need to consider that. Great for kids, families. Need transport to get to any food as they aren't close by. Have a look at the breakfast spread. Incredible selection of local and international cuisine.

The floor was old and dirty, the door and window weren’t cleaned. The small refrigerator wasn’t working. Even though the toilet was fixed but it still had issues. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel

The most wonderful stay of my life. The people were very kind. The room was beyond perfect and the food was delicious. Everybody was so helpful and kind they even made me special tea because I felt ill after HCMC. I will recommend everybody to stay here.

Nice and clean rooms viewing the swimming pool 😅 The beach is not really clean. Water is a little contaminated with diesel leaking from boats.

Room is clean and service is nice, staffs are also very helpful as i came for business trip, have pool and nice beach, i didn't have any meal here so that i couldn't say anything about food. There are seafood shops on the beach of the resort.

Spacious rooms, huge swimming pool. But the hotel is a bit rundown. The hotel gym has mostly broken equipment.

It is fine with reasonable price. Those who are looking for an affordable place for their stay in Phan Thiet city, then it is one of a good choice. There are two types of accomodation, one overlook the sand dune, not really attractive i think and the other looking out to the sea, i guess better view for most of people. Another thing is that is quite close to the "Mui ne fishing village", a popular site for food and beverage. There are hundreds of seafood restaurants on this Huynh Thuc Khang road or commonly known as the aforementioned fishing village. This is also an area of Russian visitors as many signs and menues are written in their language. Taxi are available at any time.

Pro: Great views, there is a nice swimming pool and a nice and clean beach. You can go down to the beach at night and eat seafood. Con: Gum in the room many flies and also the buffet had little choices.

Nice pool & friendly staff. Breakfast is variety & tasty. Facilities is well equipped but not in good condition. Room Attendant MUST respect customer’s privacy, they should not enter the room while DND sign hung on the door, laundry delivery is not an urgent case tho. The door opened wide after they left. Fortunately, everything is fine.

Resort with nice location but the equipment was quite old and some were rusted (maybe not very well-mantained after the pandemic shutdown).

it has the best beach in Muine. off from the center but it is near the market and there is a small.local seafood place next to the beach. reasonable and fresh! staffs maintain the beach trash free which makes the beach even nicer. I always stay at this place. rooms are spacious too. staffs are not that friendly and has trouble with English. pool is great too!!!
