We
had
a
very
unpleasant
experience
at
this
hotel.
We
booked
a
room
through
booking,
and
when
we
arrived
we
found
out
that
we
had
made
a
mistake
with
the
dates.
The
girl
at
the
reception
convinced
us
that
this
is
not
a
problem
and
that
we
can
check
in
now,
paying
again
for
the
room
in
the
hotel,
after
which
we
can
cancel
the
reservation
on
the
wrong
date
and
get
the
money
back.
But
the
experts
from
bookings,
said
that
we
can
solve
this
issue
only
directly
through
the
representatives
of
the
hotel.
It
is
very
strange
that
the
staff
is
not
aware
of
how
exactly
they
cooperate
with
booking.
It
was
like
they
were
just
trying
to
cheat
us
to
get
double
the
money.
After
we
informed
the
girl
about
the
details
of
the
conversation
with
the
booking
representatives,
she
looked
at
us
with
frightened
eyes,
and
suddenly
it
turned
out
that
there
were
no
places
for
us
in
the
hotel
for
today.
We
discussed
this
issue
with
the
manager,
he
promised
us
to
solve
this
issue
as
soon
as
possible
and
we
left
for
another
hotel
upset
and
tired.
After
that
we
called
every
day
for
a
week,
but
the
promised
money
was
not
returned
to
us.
Shame
on
those
entrepreneurs
who
think
only
about
money,
forgetting
about
quality
service
and
trying
to
deceive
guests.
I
strongly
do
not
recommend
it.
