The facilities are poorly maintained, rooms are old and dirty. The beach is full of rubbish and services are terrible. They held an evening buffet for 300 amid COVID and there was nothing to eat. A terrible experience. I will never come back. I dont know how this place is a 4 star hotel. It is not even 3 star

Lovely resort experience. Pool, gym, spa, restuarant, beach - awesome. Walking down the pathway with lush green garden all around. Peaceful

You simply can't beat great service and Sandunes has it down to a fine art. From the moment you arrive you're made most welcome and given person attention by the staff. The facilities are new and the 3-tier swimming pool is a highlight. Another feature is the proximity of the beach. It's just a leisurely stroll down a picturesque garden path and you come out onto a quiet and clean beach with an abundance of white sand. There'a plenty of space to stake your claim on a large area of beach without tripping over anyone else. Overall, it is a pleasure to stay here. The facilities are top notch and the staff are very friendly and more than willing to assist. It's always a good sign sign when the manager is very hands on and at this Resort the Manager is brilliant. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no atm facilities at the resort but credit card is welcomed but do have some cash on hand. If you're looking for a relaxing escape from the daily grind and want to have access to a wonderful beach then the Sandunes Resort is the perfect place for you.

Hotel was built since 1990s? Old molded rooms with most equipments not working. Receptionist is like your boss when you complaint about the air-con not working.

The staff was very kind and helpful over all Mr Le Hieu who helped us since we do the check in. We had an amazing massage at the spa and delicious food.

This is a very nice resort clean easy chill place to stay. They have a nice pool and good accommodations. Good access to the beach for the most part it's fairly clean and not too many panhandlers.

The hotel was built in 2003. Extremely old and dirty. No one takes care the alley with tons of dirt Smelly especially the restroom Aircon is too old and seems not work. Even the staff claimed that the gas level is still enough. The bath tub is broken. Water cant flow. When we request to change room, no reply ir response. For the beach,rubbish is on the sand and there are lots of fish boats nearby , means the water quality is not so clean and pure Consider if u want to stay here

This resort are NOT worth for 4 ⭐️. The room was fine but food in restaurant and the pool is awful. They have buffet in morning but food is not diversity : noodle is dry and deserts taste bad too. The pool was dirty and sour. Som air-conditioner in other room of my friends wasn’t cold enough. And the toilet is smaller than another 4 ⭐️ resort. My auntie room bathtub was stuck and the water cant go down so they need to remove it by their hands. My family booked but they give us rooms like in hotel . We stay is 5 floor. We thought that we can stay outside but no. My aunt was so angry. We booked resort cause we want it like resort not fk hotel 🤬🤬 The finest thing are staffs is kind.

Perfect place getaway We booked a Deluxe Garden View room but free upgraded to Ocean View room with hight floor and loved it. The room was very spacious and has a lovely design. My kids very love the beach ,they spent all day at the beach, Staffs here very friendly and warmly. Thanks for All.

Staff is really friendly and helpful Mrs. Kim was really good and helpful Rooms are really neat and clean Mrs. Kim knows English very well and even some front office staff knows English But over all in Vietnam language is a barrier The resort has got direct and private access to the beach The resort is near sunset sandunes it means the red sand They have lovely spa but a little on a higher range but they were really nice We even got a free foot massage bcoz of small issue that happened but was all resolved The resort is really big and nice worth visiting we were regretting that we just had half a day in this resort Hope to visit again.

I was traveling by bicycle, there at a somewhat inconvenient time in the morning, staff were completely accommodating.... I wound up getting sick and again they just bent over backwards to make my stay more comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Resort looks nice, even it needs some more care and maintanance, pool for example needs more care. Staff is helpful and friendly. Disapointing is area surounding the resort, lots of rubbish, land next to hotel resort is just construction site of unfinished hotel building. Negatives are not fault of the hotel, but it affects the impression of the stay.

Very weak pressure of water after toilet. Very dirty swimming pool. It does not water treatment system. Very far away from urban area.

A great place to hava a great holiday with friend. Good location to get more closure with nature: sea, sandunes, white sanddunes, bamboo trees. There is have you to retreat yourself.

Location is wonderful as it is just right next to the Red Sand Dunes. Rooms and service were great too.

The worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed. Spoiled food, downgraded room, rubber band in my stir fried noodle. Bad serving attitude from reception to the restaurant as I kept calling them several times and no one answered, I guess they know my room number. Dont be fooled with any pictures posted on any booking websites.

Really bad service. Room's light is so dim. I turned all the lights but can bearly see anything. When I arrived the drap were already dirty. I required to change drap but they denied. Their reason is runing out of draps because all other rooms also required to change.
