It is a good hotel, I would say between 2 and 3 stars. The rooms are all right, the service too. But it is very Vietnamese, meaning that children are running through the passages shouting and crying, people at all times are going to or coming from their rooms talking at the top of their lungs (the Vietnamese apparently are incapable of speaking with each other without making all the noise they can, and they have no respect whatsoever for others, in whatever way, be it hotel, traffic, street, etc.). Groups of friends can open their doors and communicate with their friends in other rooms just by shouting from one room to the other, even after 22:00 hours. Complaining to the reception is met with friendly and compassionate attitude, but without action. I come here several times per year, for over 5 years now, I know what I am talking about. With somewhat more polite Vietnamese I would gladly give 3 stars.

Worse hotel in Vietnam! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. This place sold out room while WE WERE STILL IN IT! They called us at 11:00 and said I quote ‘please kindly vacate this room by noon as I have already sold your room.’ Never in my life I have experienced such a disgusting display of customer service from a supposedly 3 star hotel. We had their biggest rooms and had children with us. When we asked them how were we suppose to find another room, the response was basically ‘not my problem’ The best part about this is why they sold our room. They said because we didn’t confirm exactly how many nights we will be staying they sold it, even though we said 3-4 nights. They said that’s not confirmation enough and blamed the whole thing on us. On top of it all the hotel is extremely run down, the bathroom is small and smells like backup sewage. We only chose this place because TTC Hotel beside it was full. Do not stay here if you want peace of mind, good customer service and a room to sleep in. You’ll get kicked out with an hours notice. Worse hotel ever and I’m Canadian, we are overly friendly but this was completely unacceptable!

The 3-star hotel which is located in front of the beach and the room is acceptable, but the air-conditioning has been put in the wrong place (the air is sprayed to entrance not the bed) which can't make the whole room cold enough.

The hotel wasn't fully booked when we went on a long weekend. We didn't book in advance because my friend was pretty confident there would still be rooms available. Point - plenty of rooms. The rooms are clean and comfy, the bathrooms as well. They have a really nice pool at the back, one part kiddie pool. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, just make sure to go early (like 6-7AM early) as most Vietnamese are early for breakfast and all the good food will be gone if you arrive later.

Great place. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, sea view with great balcony, friendly, mostly Vietnamese, clientele. Fountain in the front of the hotel drowned out the sound of the sea but that was drowned out by the karaoke in the restaurant in the car park that went on until midnight and got better as the singers had more beer. Dot on midnight they turned it down. We loved it but it may not be to every european's taste. Nice beach walk at dawn.

Awesome place! I've stayed at this hotel twice and I'm happy everytime. The best thing about this hotel is that it is located just by the beach, separated just by a road. It would make a great experience if you get to stay in a room that outlooks the beach. Other stuff is just fine, although I have to mark that the room service is quite slow. One time I phoned the receptionist to ask for a new bottle of shapoo. But it didn't arrive until the day I left.

Don't let its apprearance to fool you. You can have the room facing either the ocean or the city - beautiful view. The room... you can clearly see the wall starts peeling, titles are falling off and patched hurriedly. The bathroom is in the bad shape, stain and mildew are clearly visible. The fee per room is expensive comparing to all others and daily living expenses. I did not know their cafe was run by the same owner. If so, stay away from their nice view cafe. The coffee filer/diffuse is filthy and coffee was horrible. Lastly, this is common in Vietnam is "addtional fee" or "phụ thu" - to me it is completely unethical and greedy.
