Don’t book if you want a good quality service. They did not let us know that water is chargeable (not written on minibar list), no masseuse available for massage, they close the restaurant as they please. No one at the reception to assist. The housekeeper PHONG LAM kept on shouting at us in her language that the water bottle seal is broken when she opened it herself, we asked them to check the camera, she left right after, shouting. Blaming and accusing the customer is unacceptable, extremely rude and inappropriate.

A quite and hidden resort is located in the most crowded tourist street in Mui Ne. We enjoyed its refined beach, beautiful garden, and open-air spa.

Wow what a discovery...a family...the mother Who are a biologist, plant all the trees on the site it is majestuous and the people are SO SO friendly, intense and great Vietnamese people

Very good villa to stay out of city. just 2 minutes walking and see the beautiful beach . Service is great and it is worth 5 star hotel. We had a good family time here. Located in the mui ne seafood restaurant. It’s around 400k-600k person and you can enjoy fresh seafood and beer. My 2 years old baby like swimming and walking here.

This is my second time here. This place is one of my favorite places to vacation. The room is beautiful and the view from the room is amazing. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is very fresh and delicious. Looking forward to come backs again soon!

I stayed at Cham Villas, and it was amazing! The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The houses were clean and comfy - loved the decor! But the real showstopper was the palm trees. They were everywhere, making the whole place feel like a tropical paradise. Chilling by the pool under their shade was so relaxing, and the beach right next door was great! Overall, it was a perfect getaway. I can't wait to go back to Cham Villas and soak in those good vibes again! Highly recommend it!

We ate at the restaurant. Beautiful garden setting. The food was okay. Vietnamese cuisine but westernized to the point the flavors were lost.

Very nice if you are looking for quiet ,seclusion. Villas spacious and well appointed. Beautiful gardens. The food in their restaurant is very good . Big Advantage is you walk out of the resort and you are on the main street of Phan Thiet, with lots of shops and restaurants. Beach is very nice and kept clean. Swimming can be hazardous if you aren’t capable/careful. This is a resort we would return to.

Absolutely stunning villa resort with a beautiful exotic garden that leads straight to the beach. The accommodation itself is very spacious, the bathroom is also quite large and everything was extremely clean. The staff was always helpful and friendly, regardless of the question or request. The massage received in the spa area was very relaxing and reasonably priced. It is an oasis of relaxation and beauty and would definitely re-visit when returning to Vietnam!

Our stay was lovely, and we enjoyed it very much. There is an excellent breakfast including both a buffet and freshly made Vietnamese dishes on order. A pool table, Spa, an actual pool and beach bar are located on the premises as well. The beach is clean, absolutely lovely and service of drinks, the occasional coconut or food is offered, as are the occasional plate with complimentary fruit. Right next door is an awesome kitesurfing school. Our rooms were decent, including AC, a front porch, and little to be missed. Outside the premises are several very good restaurants, from Italian to Vietnamese, and useful shops. We would happily recommend staying here!

We spend 4 nights at Cham villas. What a beautiful place. A lush green resort that is kept immaculate and nearly mosquito free. The villas are beautiful, free standing, and offer everything for a great vacation. The beach is white and raked clean. The small bucket boats with umbrellas are perfect for lunch at the beach. We used them daily. Food and drinks are served from the main restaurant to the beach by the attentive staff. The beach chairs are comfy. We had super relaxing days at Cham Villas after traveling Vietnam for two weeks and would come back anytime!

place with a great atmosphere and famous meal. the prices are higher but the meal is really great. the restaurant is quite far from the main street, so no horns, no motorbikes. the menu contains mainly vietnamese and asia cuisine, but you sure can get an international one (but in vietnam i'm not looking for "euro-burger")...

Excellent location easy access to highstreet. Very kind staff with antique style boutique hotel. The pool is quite small but clean. The room is generously big and romanitic. But the topwater was not strong enough and bugs were coming into the room. Other than that, it was awesome. The private beach was calm and peaceful.

Cham Villas is a beautiful hidden place in the middle of this crowded street. All Villas are well equipped with the necessary amenities and you can simply enjoy the quietness of this place. The beachfront villas are amazing to just sit there and enjoy the view. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel. Beach is maintained very well by the staff. Breakfast is included with lots of choices and fresh products. Their staff is the jewel of the hotel, all are very friendly and attentive. Rates are not cheap, but it is definitely worth the money spent!
