I absolutely love this place. They definitely could work on their speed as it took 10-15 minutes before being served drinks and about 30 before getting food, but overall the food was great. It looks just like it was on the menu. The restaurant was clean and didn’t have any strange smells and all utensils were clean. I will definitely stop through here again.

If I could do negative I would !Worst service ever 45 minutes of waiting for a coffee then my family gets raw and cold food 5 other tables just got up and left their food there. Also it’s not like the manager came out to apologize for the wait will never eat here again. They said they were busy however everyone that sat down before us had eaten paid and left. Worst experience ever. Would have asked for my money back but the waitress acted like she was completely baked beyond reason. And the ladies upfront did zero to help the people complaining worst mother day gift I could give my mother.

I ordered from Door Dash under the name Pardon My Cheesesteak. I guess this restaurant thought people would be too dumb to look at their receipt to see what restaurant actually cooked this garbage that was delivered to me. For those who don't know... Pardon My Kitchen is a ghost kitchen and the food is prepared by local restaurants. My cheesesteak was burned, the hoagie roll was NOT toasted...the french fries were definitely old and rewarmed, and the brownie bites were so dry that we were too scared to taste them...THIS WAS A DISGUSTING DISGRACEFUL ORDER and I wholeheartedly think they didn't care because it was under another name and though it wouldn't be figured out. I have ordered from IHOP plenty of times (but NEVER AGAIN) and have never had an issue. VERY DISAPPOINTING

It's been a long time since we've returned due to covid...I was under the impression to grab brunch with my family; as we were seated, the drinks came out 20 minutes later, the food 35 minutes later but the appetizer was ordered 5 minutes after the drinks which came out With the drinks 🤔...so I say let's go to apple b's, low and behold the food was coming out one by one, minutes apart guys (I'm looking crazy like oh so they cooked/fixed one dish but not the others)...this behavior wouldn't exist if the food came out at Once or perhaps a minute or two apart, not to mention when the total was over 140 (we want what we pay for but NOT BURNT😳 Bacon, Hashbrown, watery grits and uncooked French toast), I hate making a scene, not to mentioned our waitress left, no where to be found, she could have said, "My shift is over but the next individual in line is such and such, she/he will take care of you, enjoy your meal and have a wonderful evening!" Something in that manner, oh well, thanks away IHOP

The food was good that we ĝot. My husband wanted Shrimp, but they were out. So he ordered Sirloin Salisbury Steak with a side Salad and Broccoli. The Broccoli was supposed to have Garlic Butter on it. They were out of Garlic Butter. It was good. But would have been better with the Garlic Butter. Mine was good except I ordered Honey Mustard Dressing and got Ranch.

Led to my table by a beautiful and sweet young lady and had great service from a young man from Opelika. Unfortunately they didn't have my usual (country fried steak), but my second choice hit the spot. Though the restaurant was packed, I recieved my food about 8 minutes after my order was taken. My omelet was hot and delicious. Great job to the staff.

Great server and food was alright. It's so expensive though. For 3 people it was 70.00 without a tip. We didn't order anything above and beyond. They will get you on the drink prices. Still, it was enjoyable and I'd go again possibly.

It was pretty busy the day we went in but we were seated pretty quickly. Our server, Leila (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) is awesome!! Great memory, super sweet, and just overall great! Food was really good, hot, and what we ordered. 😁

Kate was our waitress tonight and she was awesome! Kept our glasses full and made sure we had everything we needed. She was awesome and can't wait to go back.

Ordered the new mini tacos. Hopefully they keep them on the menu. The chicken ones needed more gravy, but they were good and the breakfast ones were great. My SO loves the crepes and eggs benedict.

Was a first time visiting this place and was surprised at how good the food was and the waitress was great so good she took all are orders with out writing them down and got it all right what a great gift she has would go there again

Super affordable for family of 7 traveling. Everything came out quickly. The eggs were a little more over hard than medium and waitress sent them back with no problems and came out great next time.

I got a T-bone steak thinking the dinner would be good wrong the steak was so salty you couldn't even imagine the broccoli that I ordered was not done and the French fries were laying in the juice of the steak...when I told them the manager apologized then told me the cooks and I call them cooks because they knew it was over seasoned and sent it out anyway....no compensation on the food....wow you can't go out and get a good meal for mothers day...grunted its a breakfast place but if your going to serve T-bone steak you better know how to cook it and taste it before you serve it....NEVER AGAIN

All was well until I got a bill for (1) Grilled Cheese sandwich costing $6.49 for my 9 year old granddaughter and they listed it as a Jr Chz Burger no meat of which I found ridiculous

Have eaten here several times, however, won't be back. Bacon not cooked crisp as requested, replacement bacon burned. Service slow, waited over 10 minutes to just place our order. The entire atmosphere is dim and could use more lighting. Huddle House is has better food, service and atmosphere so will be going there in the future.

Super disappointed with our service today. First, the woman who sat us was unfriendly. 2nd, our server didn't even ask us for our drinks, just asked if we were ready to order. We didn't get our drinks for 30 minutes and my meal was not what I ordered. We've had success plenty of times here before but this time wasn't it. To top it off I'm sitting in my vehicle still waiting for my husband to pay. Do better.

Took my family of 3....we had a mediocre breakfast, at best, that was over 60 dollars, 70 if you include the tip. That is more than a breakfast buffet at the beach. My family and I will stick to waffle house where you get more food that is better for half the price.

My mom, my sister, her youngest son, and I went on Thanksgiving for lunch. The food, service, atmosphere, and everything was excellent, top notch. Our server was great and kept a constant check on us. I only gave 5 stars because it won't let me give more. We'll definitely go back again one day. Job well done in all areas!

Service was slow. There was no syrup on the table. By the time I got syrup, my pancakes were cold. The paper towel machine in the restroom didn't work and when I told the front desk they told me it did work, but was out of towels (while I stood there with wet hands). No apologies and nothing to dry my hands.

Very friendly waitress. Ordered sunny side up eggs and they were basically raw. Had to throw them in a pan at home

My visit could have been better. There wS a young man in the seating area that was intoxicated and yelling foul language from the seating area. I figured that maybe the management was in the back offices and could not hear the man. Needless to say, I wanted to leave out of worry of escalation but my husband wanted to finish his meal. I wanted the manager to know what was happening because I thought I heard someone say that he worked there. While paying, I asked the woman if I could speak to the night manager. She answered and said that she was the night manager. When she said that I was upset because she was in that man's presence while he was cursing, speaking with guests ( especially young children. The parents quickly dismissed him) I was disappointed. The manager knew what this man was doing and never stopped to say anything to him. I was under the impression that this was a family restaurant. Not a place for the f words and other offensive language. I asked the manager if the day manager would be in in the morning. She replied yes but I forgot to call that morning due to having to go to work myself. I was very dissatisfied with the environment but the food was good.

Our server, Hannah, made our night with her friendliness, thoughtfulness, and humor. We wanted comfort food, and that's what we got. It was well worth the 30 minute trip!

Very rude. I picked up a door dash order no one came even though they saw me standing there. I tried to get the customers order off of the mobile order rack and a lady was on the phone told me the host will be with me even though I knew that was my order. I sat down to wait and another customer walked in the host looked right past me and helped the man that arrived after me. As I was still standing there she still did not acknowledge me so I said I have a door dash order then she went and got the order I already knew was mine which had been sitting for 10 minutes. She walks back and slams it on the counter not even handing it to me and didn’t say anything until I was almost out of the door. They have very nasty employees.

Leona was absolutely amazing. Attentive, kind, and funny. The facility was so clean, the music was great, the food was good too! Best IHOP I’ve been to in a long time (and I’ve been to IHOP all over the US).

Stopped in Sunday for breakfast and had a wonderful meal. Got so busy talking that I forgot to take pictures but everything was great! My granddaughter had the chicken fajita omelette and I had the 55+ two eggs (scrambled) with hash-browns, sausage and toast. Portions were enough for both of us to have leftovers. Nice plastic boxes and mine was enough to look like a real to-go order. Doctor ordered decaf coffee tasted nice as well. Sweat tea for my granddaughter was complimented as well. When I'm back in town we will make it a point to visit again.

Not even 1 star. Absolute Trash service. Had to ask the hostess for the condiments since the waitress couldn’t be found. Asked for refills, my daughter and I ate our burgers without said refill at one point she finally got the silverware for the table next to us, saw the empty glasses and kept doin whatever she was doing. Finally came over and asked if we were good with the empty glasses still sitting at the edge of the table at this point we are over everything so just said yea the check since we clearly aren’t going to get the refills. So at this point don’t worry about drinks. She didn’t even acknowledge the fact that she never did her job. Worse service I have ever experienced. If you don’t know how to make sure your tables have what they need then maybe you don’t need to be in the service industry

The front desk waitress was amazingly nice and polite. I ordered an Oreo shake. for $5.79, to go, and I swear I was given a kids cup. The IHOP in Huntsville puts Oreo shakes to go in a much bigger foam cup. I am hoping the one who made the Oreo shake was new and made a mistake and if not, what a theft. I will be going to chick fl a for my Oreo shakes for now on.
