Actually gives more for gold and the only pawn shop in existence that acknowledges gems measures and recognizing the clarity of them …love this place. Hands down no competition in the tri city area. In any business to remain successful you must first put the customer 1 and I know that this business and in this particular industry that could be hard to do… in all honesty if I were the owner of a pawn shop I’d kill the business with my love for people that in most cases are selfish, self seeking , and in there own mind are self sufficient which is so far from the truth… initially we lie to ourselves and think and say independent people are strong but a seasoned veteran of life knows that we need each other and there’s power in numbers and numbers have never lied but if you know like I do.. People let you down and disrespect, disappointment, and our own delusions make us think that a family is only through blood.. But even your family will hurt you and make you cry the people in this dwelling will love you once they see through tangible evidence or word of mouth (the best form of advertising) and common ground. Now know that once trust has been established Through paying your bills you’ll see That not only will this pawnshop give you more than what’s your products worth they’re the only pawnshop that pays for stones to the degree of measuring them and their quality and being more than reasonable for a pawnshop I love you Jamie thank you I hope this helps y’all succeed and you pass down your legacy to your daughter

However, they promptly gave my concern their full attention. From my initial call to the completion of our transaction the staff at Pawn HQ was ready and willing to help. Me and my wife went have done business with this company for years now. Always very lenient on pawning. Always very kind and helpful. But most recently in 2022 Mrs. Jamie sold me a beautiful ring for my wife. When we had gotten home one of the stones had come loose and fallen out. We called the shop and Jamie immediately offered another ring, a refund, or to fix the ring and tighten all the clasps. 3 different solutions to the problem. Never been treated so well by anyone or any company. Always go here for your pawn needs. They go above and beyond everyone else.

A few weeks ago these guys sold me a playstation 4 that says the disc reader wasn't working and the power button wouldn't work unless you turned it on with the remote. I understood that. However, the console would not turn on AT ALL. So I took it up to Mr. John and he had it squared away for me. I will continuously come up to the store from now on for AWESOME VIDEO GAMES AND AWESOME CONSOLES for CHEAP PRICES😁😁😁😁😁

Had a pretty good variety of products they only disappointing thing was I bought about $500 worth of stuff and the manager was more worried about getting out of the store then taking care of a customer that was spending some money and could have spent more
