    Probably the worst Walmart I've been to. No way this is a Supercenter. No self-checkouts and lines are constantly backed up. Avoid Fri-Sun with how crazy busy this store is. Matter of fact, avoid any day of the week! However, it is a fairly modern-looking store and is clean. Most employees I've interacted with were very friendly for the most part- Asked one worker if she could unlock something from the hardware case and she told me she has no key and just started walking away. I then asked another employee and she replied, "no speak English."

    It's crazy busy in here. The lines try to move fast but because of the amount of people that live in the neighborhood is going to be crowded. Products were easy to find, labels are correct and the cashiers try to get you out as soon as possible

    Still with the ridiculousness!! This is how I had to shop this evening. Oh, AND I HAD TO BUY BAGS AGAIN!!! ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER MARKET. WALMART IS HORRIBLE!!!

    The super Sassy Male cashier told my elderly disabled mother to bag her own item. I was in the next line over and had to tell him about his self. No manager available and customer service was closed as always due to short staffing

    I love Walmart but this Walmart is a disaster!! They never have enough cashiers working. All the lines are always so long and such a long wait. Very unorganized store. Some of the workers are very friendly but there is a few that are mean with a bad attitude. You ask them for help and she completely shrugged me off and ignored me. Life is too short to be mean.

    Ordered a pickup order and waited 90 mins for someone to bring out the small 5 items I ordered. Pickup is supposed to be for convenience. This has been the worst experience ever. I am constantly trying to give walmart a chance and they are consistently dripping the ball!

    The attitude is not good. I called yesterday to order a cake. The staff said that you can come early tomorrow to order it and pick it up tomorrow. I called in early the next day, but no one answered the phone. After I kept calling, the phone was connected. She said that the cake department does not answer the phone, you have to come in and order the cake, I drove for 25 minutes, and she told me that I can't order it on the same day and pick it up on the same day, isn't this a joke! never come again!

    I just went to this store today 12/18/23. Let me tell you if there is anything disgraceful is this store. I ask someone do they have deep fitting sheets. She said no. With a face. I said do you understand what I’m talking about? They said NO. In Spanish she went .and brought someone one by that time I was still looking. She the other lady said we don’t carry that maybe on line. So, I said I found it. She said oh wow that’s just bougie. I just took them and left. Went to the pay out lane. The lady then left and a gentle man came. He said we don’t have bags. I just went off I said what I so pending over $200 dollars and you have no bags. I ask for the manager she was no help she just didn’t care either never. I had to leave with my stuffs without any bags. How ridiculous is that.

    Ordered a TV for curbside pickup because ours broke the night before. I wanted one that was in stock and would be ready. I was told that I could pick it up after 12:30pm. Went there at 1:30 and was told my order was delayed. No one could tell me why, or when it would be available. I cancelled and went to Target.

    Rude employees (at least at the Money Services department). Basically told me No when I asked to buy a money order, then left. Supposedly an emergency meeting but at the worst timing. She said “one sec” but waited over 10 min including a line of people behind me. Also too long of wait time to pick up orders. I’ll update if I notice improvement.

    Worst pick up location more than 2 hours waiting when this is suppose to save you time waste of my time ugh more than 2 hours and 20 pickup spots all full and no employees around, and you have to reserve a time I reserved 9-10am everyone here stress because they started to cancel orders after all this waiting and here it is the employee taking selfies and talking in the phone came out just for 1 customer

    I recently had a terrible experience at Walmart. Not only was the store disorganized and difficult to navigate, but the staff was also incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. I found myself wandering around for far too long, trying to locate the items on my shopping list. When I finally did find them, they were often out of stock or in disarray, making it difficult to find what I needed. To make matters worse, the staff seemed disinterested in helping me or anyone else in the store. When I asked for assistance, I was met with a lack of enthusiasm and even some rudeness.

    Ridiculous, week of Christmas so obviously the place was packed (understandable) but they had 2 *TWO* registers open. Isles completely blocked with pallets. Management is in over their heads here. Kind of aggravating considering my son and I both applied for jobs there and were both denied. We are very much qualified.

    So today 15Jan23 this morning at 1425 I used Walmart + for the first time after had a look around the food item they had and want I was going to order to see if they would shop right like I would and I made a list made sure all the items where there and even made sure they had more then enough of the items. Well let’s just say they changed items to one that I didn’t even pick and took items out of my order when they had it you I stayed at the store parking lot and had my wife home to see what would happen and she called me to let me know and then I stepped in the Walmart again to see why a had so many items off my list and why they changed others well they still had the items I was looking for all of them not one item was out of stock it was all still there and then they pick items that cost more then the ones I asked for come on now someone needs to make this right I will be sending this to the local news to hold Walmart employees accountable for how they shop for Walmart customers.

    I love walmart because you can find pretty much anything there at good prices and great sales. But at times the store is very disorganized and can become quite overcrowded especially at the checkout lines. It's not uncommon to have to stand in line for half an hour to an hour to check out.

    This is the closest store to me. And I have had typical issues like every Walmart customer. I have anxiety like many,so I already try not to go to stores that tend to be busy or go super early or close to closing to avoid the long lines that are gaueenteed at the this store since they don't like more than 2 or 3 cashiers working at a time. Unfortunately, my late night idea did not matter because there was 2 cashiers and the long lines went all the way back into the middle of the store and the wait was over an hour which was quadruple the amount of time it took to pick the items up that I would normally have left on whatever shelf I was next to and walked out. And decided I would not go back to this Walmart. It's not like there was lack of employees for there not to be more registers opened, even cs was closed down, which I would normally have politely asked to go to check out. There was actually many employees to be seen walking around with maybe a few actually doing something with the inventory. Not to mention how ignorant the ones were that I saw and asked where they the bed skirts were..... With 1 of 3 having any knowledge of what that is let alone where in the store it would be. It was a very exhausting trip for a few things that I to this day have not even used, ha. I thought I really needed them. I used to go there 3-4 times if not more a week. I have not gone there in almost 2 months. I feel bad for anyone that has to go to this location for one reason or another, because they simply refuse to open more registers when it's busy and do not have any self check out registers and close the one extra register that could be used earlier then the rest of the store .

    Over the years I used to be a huge Walmart fan. I mean it was bad too. I was loyal too Walmart. For instance I could see something cheaper at target or the old K-Mart (for older readers) and I still would go to Walmart for it. However, after a bunch of negative experiences and seeing how Walmart has been acting is crazy too me. I watched them arrest a cashier for “stealing” money out of the cash register. However, that Wells Fargo guy stole MILLIONS!!! and didn’t see a handcuff or even have his mug shot taken. The bigger question is how do you arrest someone for stealing something in a stolen country? I don’t really visit Walmart anymore these days as Amazon has become a great alternative. I’m not always 100% happy with Amazon but they would also receive a better rating then a one start too

    Only good time to come shop is at 6am when they open, otherwise you'll end up spending an hour in line because they never have enough cashiers. Usually only 2 maybe 3 check out lines are open

    Worst Walmart ever from only having 3 lines open, nothing stocked, no bags, no parking. Hell a woman almost died in the Frozen section I had enough time to finish shopping load the car and get ready to pull off before she got any type of medical attention.

    This has to be the worst Walmart in the city. 5 lanes open, your 20 items or less lanes are a joke. I understand you can't do self checkout because of the scumbags in the city, but open more lanes instead of having employees stand around like their lost.

    It was ok, I thought they would have alot more clothing and camping supplies. The staff went out of there way to assist us. The worst part was waiting in line to check-out. Rosie the cashier was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After all said and done. We had a good experience.

    The customer service at this particular location is pisspoor at best! I went to get something from a particular department that needed an associate to unlock the cabinet and no one assisted me. I spoke with a manager by the name of Stephanie and she instantly tried getting an attitude with me. After being there for close to an half hour leaving without what I came there for, I decided that I’ll never set foot in there ever again!

    It was very, very crowded, and I got a really good vacuum for 59.00 but legging that used to be 6.00 are now 12.00! I did get high tummy tighten mom jeans for 6.00 and the boho comfort shape tee shirts used to be like 3.98 and I paid 8.00. So prices are extremely high and they were out of a lot. And they now even have costume jewelry inside of glass so by the time they come to unlock the cabinet, I was already waiting 20 minutes!! Nothings the same anymore!

    had no bags at all in the entire store, therefore I had to walk all of my groceries to the car without bags or Cover in the pouring rain. I just don’t understand how there were absolutely no bags in the whole store.

    Every time I come to this damn Walmart, it’s always an issue. Somebody’s is always on break and never come back on time. This is by far the worses hood Walmart ever ever seen in my life I say I would never come here and I always do it to myself!!
