It’s sad that I didn’t even get a chance to meet my Dr. it’s because of the receptionist that don’t return your call to set up an appointment. Some are rude and some hang up on you. I just called my insurance to find a new doctor. I have never experienced anything like this before. I can see why a lot of the doctors here are looking for new patients.

Bad customer service in an area already lacking doctors.

I been at this office for a little over a year. Last month I had to walk in asking for an appointment because they never seem to answer at the call center or return your calls. I got a test done that probably only should have took a week to receive results back. It’s been over a month and I realized I never receive my results. Come to find out, my test was never even sent to the lab. Even though, they told me prior that the lab didn’t complete the test. Not to mention I only ever seen my actual doctor once ever. Any other time, it’s always someone else assisting. I’m not happy and I feel like this office has been very negligent and I won’t be returning. I’m also going to make a formal complaint to UMPC since they are an affiliate.

Been coming here since I was 7 months pregnant 11 years ago! I still come for affordable contraceptive and woman's health! My daughter now comes for wellness checks! I love it! And the practitioners and MA are so very nice! I hope to one day precept here because I've had such a great history with them! Thanks for your service in the community!

I been coming here for years 10 plus years - since they had the fire, they are very unprofessional. When calling to make an appointment, they have your call on speakers , they have you talking to 3 people at once while you are making your appointment. That’s. Very unprofessional and should break a lot of laws being as thou, you never know what a person might say when calling to make an appointment. As I stated I didn’t wana talk to more then one person Bc I felt uncomfortable, the lady said she was allowed to chime in & hung up on me . Worse service I received since being involved with this annex . I and my family been coming here since I was a teenager . I think it’s time to relocate for good !!

These are the reasons why I miss the pandemic because doctor's office treated you with respect and care they answer your phone calls they get back in a timely fashion they communicated a lot better now no phone calls answered the answer in mailbox was full for the last month and a half now it's available for someone to call you back with an attitude and no I don't want to argue im in pain they pretty much explaining why they haven't been returning your calls with an attitude idk whats up with philly and the funny part is I think I have one of the best doctors but the company is making it hard for me so I have to say goodbye

I’m sad I even have to leave a negative review, my family and I have been clients of the health annex for over 12 years, I just had the absolute worst phone experience ever with Ms. S. Walker not only did she answer the phone like it was her person phone she was very unprofessional and kept giving me wrong dates, responses yeah yeah, ummmhmmm as she tries to navigate through their system still unable to help me after I’ve been on hold all for a print out. She needs more training if she will be the first voice/face of new/existing clients. Thankfully someone else got on the phone and took care of me like they usually do.

The worst clinic ever. When you call they tell you it may take up to 3 days for a return call. I have never had a good experience here. The care they don't provide could cost lives. Not even deserving of 1 star.

Customer service is horrible! It’s impossible to reach someone directly and they don’t return your calls. Ive left multiple urgent messages to make an appointment and nothing!

What is up with this place it’s the worst they will not answer the phone so I came in to be greeted with disrespectful worker and still they wouldn’t help me unbelievable this is not a doctor office anymore I bet.

They never answer the phone, half the time the voicemail is too full and takes me weeks to get an appointment

Worst experience ever !! Came in for my appointment and was seen over 1:20 mins after checking in without notice that it would be longer . The person final came to get me to take my blood pressure and had no undivided attention and was engaging with a coworker in the hallway. She eventually start the blood pressure machine and walked out the room down the hall to finish her conversation . Worker are very inconsistent and very unprofessional . The only thing I like about this place are the doctors but even they are inconsistent and they switch them out often .

Hands down the worst location. I arrived for my appointment even did the admission form prior to my appointment. I wait 30 minutes to get a call stating I that I missed my appointment. How when I've been sitting there for 30 minutes. I tell the lady at the window what's going on she said I'll be seen. Yet they proceeded to call on people who came in AFTER ME. I wish they would've left the location on Filbert open and kept this one closed.
