I imagine this is what a mall looks like after a zombie apocalypse. A lot of shops are closed up and some of them have really strange hours. I can't believe you still have luxury brands mixed with as seen on TV junk. They removed one of the food courts. The bath and body, Victoria secret and Forever 21 are about the best shops in the mall.

We only went in Burlington. Found what we needed at good prices. Cashier was too busy talking to 2 colleagues and hardly said a word to me. She also crammed the clothing into the bag. She didn't even think about folding it.

Location: located at the Woodhaven Rd. exit off I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia, minutes away from Center City and New Jersey. Parking: lots of parking spaces are available. Stores: Large amounts of outlets and retails shopping destination and lots of popular stores. There is also many food stores and fast restaurants to choose from with wide dinning space area. Overall, nice mall, with variety of stores and options. Note: visited 2015.

It's a vast Mall. Clean with quite a few stores. I would not call it an outlet mall. It does have a variety of stores both well known like Nautica, Marshall, Home Goods, Sketcher & unknown like Turn 7, VIP to name a few. Good price point. It does quite a few vacancies. But was not crowded. There was not much selections in food. Also not many places to sit along the long walk through the Mall. Outside not much to appealing to the eye. But there is plenty of places to park. Worth a visit!

Great place to shop, you can find pretty much anything you want or need. Food Court leaves a bit to be desired, but if hungry it is pretty good. The collection of stores is wide and varied shops like Boss, Yankee Candle, Amaze, Earring World,Scarfs, H&M, Quail, Sam Ash and the list goes on. They have good anchor stores and selections of movies at the cinema complex, amusement rides and Dave & Buster's. Another thing is if the weather is bad it's a great place to walk around, checking out whats on sale and where to get it. Enjoy we do.

Almost all the stores are closed. The hours are weird now and the stores all seem to close at different times. Not to mention it doesn't feel like the safest mall to go to. Last time I was there some guy kept yelling to me on my way out the door and I kept looking behind my back the whole way to my car.

You can find some really good stuff here, but the staff do not care if there is a long line. They will absolutely not call for backup and are super slow. Like, running next to a speeding train… waiting for cold honey to drip from a jar…staring at the bottom of the tv screen to find out if your school is closed due to snow back in the day… rush hour traffic jam on 95, SLOW!

It's a bit of a hike for me to get here! But I do enjoy this mall for its Marshall & Homegoods dual store. There is usually a much larger selection of every type of item you would find at these individual stores. Also, plenty of gifts and wrapping accessories during every holiday!

It's nice, but seems like there are an equal amount of empty store fronts as active store fronts. I also like how many stores have an outside entrance for quick trips.

At Philly Mills there is a trampoline where this man attaches you to and you it's $10 for about 10 minutes or five you can do backflips front flips you can do whatever he will ask you for your small little child if he wants to go high or short he will most likely make your baby girl baby boy go not that high because I am 14 and I went super high there's also five below and a food court just in case you get hungry there's also on the other side of the mall there is a store where you can buy some exotic candy (disclaimer!!)THEY SELL OUT FAST💨 if you are from Philly is not in Philly it's out of Philly but it still counts as it being in Philly but it's not it's out I hope this helps if you go to Philadelphia mills

Where stores go to die. Very empty. Empty stores. Sparse cars in lot so great parking. Prices seemed kinda high. Got preached to on my way through. Walked the whole thing. Nice and warm inside. Great for walking.

A lot of of the good places left. I order most clothes and other things online. If I go to this mall, it's usually when there are fewer people for fewer problems. Someone got shot and killed at the mall last year.

The length of the mall is great, I wish they had higher quality stores like KOP does but at a steep discount, that's what this mall is known for. It looks like a lot of stores shut down cause of covid, but the mall has a lot of potential, a lot more people showing up at the mall, but I feel like the stores need to be more attention grabbing. A lot of stores that are just to fill up the mall but very very few I would shop at.

I feel at this point you should know what you are getting with Franklin Mills not Philadelphia Mills Franklin Mills people! Some stores take more pride in their presentation than others keeping areas clean keeping clothes re-racked things like that but of course you're going to run into a few stores where it looks like an animal house but some of that or most of that should fall on the customers that treat those stores in that manner. The pandemic cause a lot of stores to close up which is a shame. Marshalls and HomeGoods are consistently good along with Saks off 5th avenue. I feel if you spend enough time hitting the racks and every store you're bound the find something And unlike other outlets in the area I can say that Franklin Mills consistently offers actual outlet prices which of course is the point of being an outlet.

Pretty good outlet mall. Never crowded and close to major stores. A lot or empty storefronts and I wished their was a quicker and easier way to get to it from the city center.

This mall, back in the day was amazingly awesome.. You could barely walk it used to be so crowded.. Now, it's a ghost town.. You'd expect it too be a bit busier on the weekends? Nope, just as much of a ghost town then too.. Doesn't help that you have that God awful big, ugly, yellow Turn 7 store there that sticks out like a sore thumb!

Pretty good for a Sunday afternoon. Went for the beauty supply store. Not sure why the Food Court only has a few restaurants open for a mall that size, but other than that, it was okay and a huge plus having Walmart adjacent! 😀

This used to be the Franklin Mills Mall ages ago (with the huge head of Benjamin Franklin in the center entrance, which is no longer there). They have updated and revamped the whole thing now. Clothing is on one side of the mile long indoor mall. They did remove the food courts on that specific side. The entire area feels like someone actually cares about how it looks and maybe even the safety. I saw the mall cops outside I assume watching the vehicles etc. Inside the entrance was large enough and not narrow anymore packed with odd vendors and goods. I mean they still have them just maybe spaced out a tad more. Everyone was definitely on a mission. We came here just to walk around and see what was here. Surprised to see some familiar stores that haven't changed. Plus the biggest thing I came away with was the fact that about 80% of the individual stores were open for business. More empty stores maybe on the clothing side. All in all the mall is definitely a place to go at least for awhile. It has a lot of business outside the mall itself in the roadway around the mall. I'd say this might actually be a spot to kill time walking around and maybe buying something. Or just around for food outside and inside to walk off your meal.

Its not the same vibe anymore. But oddly my children still like to visit the mall. Better prices shopping online and you don't have to deal with pushy salespeople or people who hate their life or job. I don't mean to be rude. It just barely anyone smiles and they barely look at you when you walk into a store. Shoe store people are always nice tho.

Called the Philadelphia Mills Mall now. Love the stores, it's clean, and found some great deals. My daughter needed a bathing suit in the middle of winter and we had no luck where I live. Drove 2hrs to get there and got her three suits for $20.

It was just okay, a lot of empty stores. They d did remodel a little but more stores, which I know is hard right now, would be great. Maybe rework stores leases? 🤔

The mall is nice inside but out in the parking lot it's like a mobile home park got all these mobile homes parked here for the months at a time outside of Walmart there's no parking spots for customers and these people are trashy they leave the mall lot a mess

This place has changed so much most of the spaces are not open & the mall is really cold, I think the owners are trying to save on the heat. It's such a shame cause this place was a good mall & everyone has on their coats, that's how cool it's in here

Great place to shop. My favorite store in the mall is Victoria’s Secret. They’re very attentive to their customers and they’re hiring manager is awesome.

I recommend this place for everyone. Fun mall to be in. Explore stores for kids, lots of dress stores, men's stores, and music store. This mall has EV charging stations by the entrance of the mall. The navigation takes you to Burlington, but the stations by the entrance. They have 2 stations. They are super charging stations.

Clean is about all I can say that is nice. Quality of products in the store is junk. The clothes are either junk or for the hip hop world.

Listen i drive up here for the Chinese chicken in da mall the Korean bbq outsided the mall an a few stores they have. OTHER than that the mall needs a up date better shops n dave n buster need to be just better. Just my opinion ✌🏾

There are many vacant stores and shops, so it’s a little creepy walking in the hallway with approximately 1/3 of the stores are empty and dark. Although it’s a Simon mall, there were no many bargains and sales. The original marked prices are outrageous, the prices are still not friendly even after 70%…. Really, waste of time and driving… The environment is clean, and it’s nice to stroll indoor with air conditioning.

  • 5/5 Ralph H. 1 year ago on Google
Never crowded easy to navigate. Safe , security is visible. Stores have relatively good pricing depending where and what you are looking for. Plenty food options and more than enough parking. Also Walmart, movie theater and Dave and busters is connected.

There was a time when “ Franklin Mills” as it was once named thrived. It was so much fun. The food court was full of great vendors from cheesesteaks to Chinese, McDonald’s, pizza, and even a small diner people filled the seats to capacity. There were dozens of cool kiosk in the center where fun people sold trinkets and gizmos, dolls that flipped and ones that barked. Some sold candy and some jewelry and odd nail buffers. One guy even flew small remote controlled helicopters around. That was fun to watch. I think we even bought one once I’m sure. It had an indoor skate park for the cool kids (I always dreamed of going but couldn’t skate for my life) then over the years it lost that “ Dazzle “. Now I go just to reminisce and get exercise walking to the end and back with my bored children and buying the occasional pair of shoes and auntie Ann’s pretzels. The food court is so poor now. 75% unoccupied, nothing good to eat. Stores are bland. No fun exciting kiosks for the kids to dream in front of and annoy their parents for. I think it has potential though. They maybe need to take a good look at their board members and the heads folks and see what their vision is and maybe make some adjustments for the next generation of mall goers. Otherwise, take photos while you can because it may turn into some condos or something who knows.

Well I was here last year and last week. A lot of empty stores and not crowded. Nothing like it's hayday back in the 90's. It's best days are long gone. I only go here for Walmart and that's a rarity.

It's a renovated shopping mall. You will find great stores, as well as Dave and Busters, Burlington Coat Factory and AMC. Not a lot of great options to eat though. I used to go for a walk when I was pregnant, today I visited it for a walk with my children 😊

This mall is quite large with tons of stores for everyone and at very affordable prices since it’s considered an outlet mall. Nice quality for cheap prices and a variety of options with the selection of stores. Only thing I do not like is the mall layout could be different. Once you reach the end of the mall you have to walk it back to beginning again…

This is starting to look like the burlington center. Ghost town mall. Didn't really walk to see what stores are still there. Use to be jumping and a great mall. When it was Franklin Mills

  • 3/5 Derrick P. 2 years ago on Google
I remember it growing up. There was an entire entertainment center. Sadly, it's now a mediocre Burlington. Overall the mall has something for everyone. The Marshall's is 🔥....Sometimes. There are so many stores leaving...some that were good. Very sad... Oh, and the Food Court is trash.

Philadelphia Mills is a great place to go with your family. It's kid friendly. I love that they have rides for kids all throughout the mall as well as little games, picture booths, candy kiosks and a large trampoline and bumper cars(even though the trampoline and bumper cars have not yet opened back up from the pandemic). So much fun. There's also an indoor park for kids that's entirely made up of bouncy houses, so cool and the kids love it! Bounce Stadium is what it's called.

Ms. Kelly inside Philadelphia Mills location is always so patient and kind. Even when things appear to overwhelming she handle the pressure sufficiently. I love her customer service, she like the cool Mom/Grandma anyone could have! Five Below do really well with hiring good people that I have experienced.

I went shopping this whole weekend. I got all type of items. They have all types of stores from cell phones, clothes, shoes and jewelry etc. You can go there, and find everything you need inside the mall, instead of driving store to store. I got multiple items it did take me 3 days ,because I did see other items, and did not purchase. I went home, and decided to go the next day to purchase they are fully stocked.

  • 3/5 Lisa W. 2 years ago on Google
70% empty stores. Mall was dark and empty. Stores that were open were fine. Most stores were closed or out of business. Many stores were closed due to covid. Overall it's sad to see this once vibrant mall to be just ready to be pronounced dead.

Used to be the place to go. Now the stores are empty. The Mall itself is empty of people. The food court deserted. We went for prom dresses and they didn't disappoint but other than that... very sad.

Poor customer service and hospitality skills. Most of the staff are a very young age, including supervisors who does not believe in discounted items. Furthermore if an item contained the wrong price within the store, the supervisor at Forever21 was very rude to me. In which she stated, "this is the price and no I can't help you". The lack of empathy was appalling.

Love this shopping center and would have rated 5 stars if they would attend to their restrooms! Each time I used them, they seem like they never are attended to. I actually won't even step foot in them anymore.

Nice mall right next to Walmart. Went to Foot Action where I got some AWESOME deals!! J had excellent customer service and even helped me with information so i could be verified for military discount. If I live here I'd probably spend too much money on that store alone!!

Good stores there. Won’t be disappointed. Unbelievable off fifth and huge big Marshall’s. Very nicely lade out there’s tons of places to sit. Dave and busters is there to and is great place for family. Drop expensive but you know, got to do it sometimes

Really good place to purchase bunch of stuff! One stop shop if you want to upgrade yourself or your house. However, recently I think due to the fear of recession and due to economical slow down, there is less crowd. We also found a few places were shut down. Lots of deals were there but there was no rush during the 4th July weekend. God bless America!

This review is for the restaurant Hook and Reel. The food was very tasty. The service was out standing. The waitress- bartender whose name is Bella provided outstanding service. She was running the bar and well as taking order all with a smile. I will most definitely we go back. Good service is very important to me. 5 stars for Bella too.

Lots of stores but, OMG! Who designed this mall???!!! They couldn't make it a 2-story mall? Just to get to the food court you have to walk 1/2 mile! Once you get to the dining area, there's not a lot of selections. This mall may have to put another food court at the other end. RATE: more like 2 1/2 🌟

To many clothing stores that are over priced for an outlet mall. Parking is horrible and the one section was completely closed off for parking because of a bounce mall outside! When you walk around the mall so many stores are empty or closed for business. This was once a thriving mall but now it's just a nightmare!

  • 2/5 Olga K. 1 year ago on Google
there are too few shops, there are more shops in Cherry hill and the guards don't walk around with such faces that I owe them. located Sam's club, Turn7 and Sketches, it saves this plaza. Victoria secret store is the worst store, the sales people are rude and don't know anything, they can't help with sizes. the garland zone costs $50, too expensive for this zone. I do not recommend going here if you do not want a bad attitude towards yourself and waste your nerves. better choose another place for your shopping and relaxing with your family.

This is a prison. The clientele reflects that. It is probably the most dangerous mall in the country. Looting, flash mobs, low class felons run about daily. I worked for Marshall's and homegoods for 5 years. Most of it at this location. It would take a few weeks to write all the bedlam that goes on here. Do yourself a favor and do not come here.
