I struggled with this review between 1 or 2 stars. The only reason I would have given it to stars was for the busing staff and before we left we placed a to-go order. The lady who brought it out was extremely pleasant. Besides that, there was nothing good about this experience. I usually don't use names unless it's a good review but our waitress who want us to call her lala was not courteous at all. Every time we ask for something it was an inconvenience. We asked for pickles. She said we don't have pickles that you want. My daughter ordered the purple slushie drink with gummy worms It came without the gummy worms so we told them that we didn't want it and they still tried to charge it for it. I ordered the chicken avocado club sandwich which was lacking in avocado and was dry. To top off the night she basically was pushing us out of the building to clear her table to get more people in when half the place was empty. One of my worst experiences ever

This is just a great place for adults and kids. I go in and to suck my card whether I’m with family or not. I was a gamer. I love seeing what’s new to come out

1st, we had lunch. The food was pretty good, but unfortunately, the service was not a. We came early and, the service was not a. We came early and, We were some of the only people in the restaurant. But, the service was slow and inattentive. More than once we had to remind our waitress but we had ordered, so she knew what to look at. After this, we wouldn't play games..This was a lot better. We had a good time in the game room.I hope that next time we are there we will have much better service in the restaurant, and I can update this review.

Lovely place. Limited decor. Beautiful view of the Delaware River and the Ben Franklin Bridge. Food was NOT great at all. They put teriyaki sauce on everything. I asked not to put any on my shrimp. They give everyone these 2 bitter sauces. No options to choose from. Food is not worth the prices.

The staff is pretty chill and nice enough. The seating and arrangement could be better. Especially if your bringing your kids and they want to play in the arcade. The food and selection is the main problem I have with this place, it sucks! My daughter had amazing time and really at the end of the day that's all that matters to me.

Had a great time here. Parking was free 10am-3pm for lunch. However they didn't open till 11am. There are no more packages for eating and playing. This is why I gave 3 stars. The food was good and the kids ordered the grape slushy drink. It wasn't crowded which was great. The staff were very friendly. The bathrooms were clean despite a few out of order. Would go back again.

The bar is fantastic! Go see the Wiz! Best bartender and always on point! Food/Wait service is average. Food quality and delivery time same. If you want to play games and get drinks, then it's 5star all the way! If your getting food, be prepared to wait, and it not to come out at the same time. I go to D&B every other Wednesday night, so I can say all this with confidence over the last year.

First I want to start off with this Dave & busters is HUGE! We had the fried cauliflower and pretzel dogs for appetizers those were delicious. I could eat an entire order of thr cauliflower by myself. The batter was so flavorful and the habenero sauce was to die for! The dogs were so peppery and flaky and the garlic sauce was buttery and garlicky! So good! Our wings were also amazing. I highly recommend the honey Sirarcha flavored wings because that sauce was so sweet and savory! My main dish was the fish and chips I will say after one bite I had to return to the kitchen. The fish itself was fine but I could hardly tell there was any fish in it with all the batter that was on it. This did not sway my review at all because the manager was very understanding and took my plate, offered for something else and took the fish off my bill. I would of ordered something else but was fine eating the wings at the table 😅. There were so many games also. Only thing i would say is add more claw machines!! We had so much fun here. The view is also great because it is right under a huge bridge and on the water. How beautiful?!

The food was delicious and it was a really nice atmosphere. I went here with my husband and friends to have a good time. Multiple big screens in different areas of the vicinity. If you are a beer drinker, they didn't have a very high selection of beers to choose from.

Welp Dave and busters is not known for their food... Our server was nice but kept messing up our order and it took FOREVER to get our food. The nachos tasted good but the chips were soggy and were so stale they tasted and I quote "like they were left out for a year". 10/10 for arcade games though! That was the best part!

Been years since I've been still fun 2x ATM really big cool games no more tokens or quarters load a card and swipe to play. Adult size hungry hippos!! Great wings!!

Really fun and entertaining place! Love the decorations and atmosphere! Ordered food but what got all the applauses were the drinks and the nicest bartender i ever had! Give her a raise! Will definitely come back.

The area was crowded but yet has the best quality you’d expect in Dave & Buster’s! The inside was bright, the foods were yummy, the games were fun, and the prizes were interesting! Recommend that people should come and visit here!

Great experience. If you park below, they give you 10 bucks off your purchase of games, or food is a great deal (parking costs 30 bucks)

My family enjoyed this location we will definitely be back but during the day time again I'm not that crazy about the lighting in the garage and old fashioned front and elevator and the escalator wasn't working. Getting into this place for me is dangerous for younger children or children with special needs. But our waiter was amazing.

Went there for a game day with my friend, what’s better than eating good food while playing fun games? They got a big selection of games with popular themes including Star Trek, Jurassic World, Ghost Busters etc. Hours do pass by quickly while you are having fun, and some points can be convert to a meal! No complaints about the food but the service certainly can use some improvements in the restaurant part.

The flat bread pizzas were bomb. That Margherita tasted really good. It wasn't strong drink but it tasted good. Im a light weight and barely got a buzz from two of them. The sugar around that rim was something special. The pretzel dogs were mid. I asked for cheese which made them taste better. Overall I had a great time

The eagles were playing last night. So there was a good. food was great? Our server was great. it was 37° outside or below and inside felt like a freezer. You couldn't tell the difference between inside and outside.everyone has a coat on . Bundled up eating very uncomfortable. The employees were called.It was unbearable and uncomfodouble to enjoy yourself. I gave a 2 star because It was just totally uncomfortable. We kept going on a fireplace to try to get warm.You spent all this money to enjoy yourself. There was no difference in the temperature. management couldn't do anything because of upper management. I even called the corporate office while there. And complained. The place is in Texas. They should understand the cold having to deal with a blizzard a couple of years ago. I was displeased. my child was shivering and left with a fever . So thanks

So, the new server girl was so slow that I actually had to go to the bar and tell a different server that I can see my drinks and food on the counter ready, so can I just get it my self? Because she literally took an hour to disappear after taking out order. Other than that, the food was delicious. I highly recommend the garlic Parmesan chicken bites. They were AWESOME! The drinks were perfect. The games were all working and fun. Pro tip though, do NOT do the VR game that's in the middle of the game room. That thing is nasty and covered in LAYERS of old sweat. Other than that, everything else was fun. But, you should expect to drop about $100-$300 dollars for the full experience.

This experience has ruined Dave & Busters for myself and my family. The server had a nasty attitude, while the environment was filthy. There rumored to be rat sightings and my daughter was petrified by the thought of possibly encountering one. The most infuriating part of all, my fries were cold! I hope that this establishment will improve, this is not the Dave & Buster way.

$30 to park a car. You got to be Fu@king kidding me. We spent over $100 for the 3 kids to play games. We also spent over $135 on food and drinks. And they still feel the need to charge that much for parking? Really don't think we will go back for that reason.

Burgers were good, and the hot wings were even better. You can tell a lot in quality by the bacon on a burger. This was top-notch. Went on to play some father-son pool. Broke even 2-2.

On the 13th of May 2023. Myself, my wife and kids were at the restaurant to have dinner but we were disappointed, better experienced it was not good. .After we had waited for 30 minutes to get us our seats. We were in the restaurant waiting for over 30 minutes non of the staffs did not came to our table and after my wife tried to asked the receptionist who had us in our seats, she told us that two of the waitresses refused to take service for our table . I did not believe my ears , that should not happen to anyone, it has to stop. Anyway I talk to the manager about the behavior of those staff. However, I took my kids to the game room , we had fun in the game room. Overall, my experience was discriminatory, I was really interested to know why? that’s how I felt ..

Fun place to enjoy some good food and then play all types of games. We enjoyed the racing games that you competed against others. Great place for kids AND kids at heart....great memories from your childhood favorite games.

The Dave and Busters at this location is close to the waterfront with an odd parking setup. The charge for parking is $30, which is quite a bit. The restaurant is large but was nearly empty on a weeknight. Our server was sort of a wreck, making errors on drink orders. The menu is scary with all of the "Sodium" warnings. Nearly all of the entrees had the warning. The food was nothing special and tasted that way. The chicken sandwich that I ordered had no flavor. The only bright spot was the arcade, nice and large space with plenty of options.

It was Superbowl Sunday in Philadelphia so I can understand why it was hard to get a 🍸 drink and menu. The food was good but could do better. The ribs were burnt and over seasoned but the rest of the dishes were good. place was packed in every area 😳 Had lots of fun till we lost

a good place to have fun and distraction, the prices are very affordable for food and to play, with 60 dollars we played for two people, parking is a bit expensive, since they charge 30 dollars to enter and they give you a coupon of 10 dollars to eat, of course there everything is very good and very cheap and the food is good

Parking is crazy, they charge $25, and the food is sub-par. However, the staff is excellent. They are friendly; I could not ask for better people to work with. They accommodated our Wounded Warrior Project Warriors.

It was my third going to Dave & Buster's and I really appreciate the self ordering with the QR code because somethings never changed, like how the server takes more then five minutes to greet their table. We place our order online and the food was brought out thirty to forty-five minutes later. The food was okay.
