I celebrated my birthday here with their bottomless brunch and it was absolutely amazing. All of the food was delicious and the drinks were great and strong. Cheryl was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing! She kept our drink coming and was so attentive. If you ever come here, please request her. She’s the absolute best. Will definitely be returning!

If I could rate this experience a 0 score I would! Although the food was good, the customer service was poor! We entered not to be met by a host. We had to try to find one. When we finally found the host, she was pleasant and we thought we would be off to a great start. We ordered drinks and appetizers. As we waited for our remaining guest to come as we finished the appetizers the male host in all black came to our table to tell us we needed to order our our entrees or be moved to the lounge because he had other guest for the table. As we looked around there were plenty of other tables available. There was a larger table of guest who had arrived before us and he never even walked over to have them speed up. When I addressed his comment he was condescending and dismissive. We told him to send the server since there was a rush. The serve did not come over for another 15-20 minutes. When our food arrived we were never provided with steak knives to cut our food. The server and male host made us feel unwelcome and rushed. Although the other food was fine the lamb chops were rare and had to be sent back after asking for them to be medium. The bathrooms were not clean and I had to request paper towel. Instead of handing me the paper towel as my hands were dripping I had to follow the worker back the restroom just to get one. We were told we couldnt take photos because it was a liability issue and the Ritz could get sued. The experience makes me never want to return or even go to a Ritz Carlton if this is the experience. I’ll stick with the Four Season!

Love the atmosphere of this place. It's a perfect stop after the Christmas market, the inside is festive and feels very posh. Love it! Service is great, seating is hit or miss. The drink menu could be a little more exciting, compared to other cocktail bars in Philly. Especially for the price. Nonetheless, a great after Christmas market tradition during the holidays

The restaurant is located inside of a beautiful hotel lobby. The seating is gorgeous. The food is okay, it is definitely fancy and I heard from my meat eating friends that it was delicious. I was there for an event and the servers were not great at answering our questions regarding dietary restrictions, they were also really slow with procuring nonalcoholic drinks. I think the emphasis was on meat an alcohol, but both of those things were top notch.

We went on a Sunday for the bottomless brunch, and while pricey ($75pp) it was a pretty good value. The first course was delicious pastries with fresh fruit and granola, all really good. The second course was different toasts and a shrimp cocktail. The mushroom toast was especially good. For the 3rd course we had bananas foster pancakes (amazingly rich) and huevos rancheros. The churros for the final course were hot right from the oven and delicious. Overall we had a great time, the service was good and we got to try all the drinks as much as we wanted. Very unique and impressive setting too.

Super upscale “Resturant”. It’s really the Lobby of the hotel. Very romantic yet casual . Only reason I am giving them a 3 star is because my reservation was at 7:30pm and by the time I received my food it was 10 pm. Super long wait by the time I got my food I didn’t even want it anymore. The drinks were great. It’s more of a drink and chat kind of vibe. Wouldn’t come here for dinner again but will definitely go for casual drinking.

We had the most amazing waitress, Cheryl. She paid attention to detail and we were never waiting for anything. She made celebrating my twins birthday and i seamless and we definitely will be coming back all because of Cheryl’s amazing service/amazing attitude!

What a gem of a restaurant just off the open lobby of the Ritz Carlton. The ambience and staff were fantastic but the food stole the show. With a large grille, there are so many dishes cooked to perfection with a touch of char and smokiness. But the layers of Latin flavors imbued in each dish elevate the dining experience to a very memorable experience that sets this dinner apart.

Hard to find more friendly staff. Really good food but not a conventional atmosphere as the main dining room is closed off. Actually makes for a more relaxed atmosphere but may not be to everyone’s taste.

We will not be back for Dinner. Thank you to our waitress Jade/Jane. She was excellent and the two stars go to her service and her efforts in making our night better. In no way is this review to negatively rate her service. She was awesome.. I'll briefly list everything that went wrong; The lady that brought out our steak dropped it on the floor .. The second time it came out, it was damn near completely raw, so we sent it back, only for it to be charred and burned and taste like ashes on the outside. It was still raw on the inside, and by raw, I don't mean a little pink, it was completely red. We gave up on the steak. Dinner reservations were for 7:15p, we ended up leaving at 10p with only 2/3 of us having had dinner. On our way out, we handed back out coat tickets and they gave our daughter a men's coat. We explained that this was not her coat and proceeded to enter the closet to look for it ourselves, which we found on the floor in a corner. I cant say that we'll be back. The place was really pretty and we really wanted to have a great experience since we have dined at other Ritz Carltons and had an amazing experience. Unfortunately this one was disappointing

Waiter was funny charming knowledgeable about the menu but the food and overall was not so good mashed potatoes were salty my sons food was cold happened to be meet, my brother’s order a big steak were also very salty. I ordered the scallops maybe that one was my fault that thought that would be different but it was also cold, Cold. I have been there before in March 2022 and my experience for the brunch was amazing love the food, the ambience and the service, match the price! I went there yesterday for my 50th birthday and I could not wait for my family who happened to be from north Jersey to have experience in Aqimero and I must say I was a little embarrassed.

The decor is fabulous - an elegant old bank converted into a Ritz Carlton and a unique restaurant. Our server was a delight - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The food and cocktails were superb! Shaved rib eye empanadas- yum! The wine list has an amazing range.

I came in for drinks last night and Cheryl took care of us. She was absolutely amazing!!! It's hard to get good service these days, but I will be back because of her! She was so sweet and attentive! I had no idea she was in training until I was ready to leave. It seemed like she'd been there for years! Thank you Cheryl for a great experience!

The Rosé Garden. The rosé options were exceptional! I had great company, but the vibe and atmosphere were very chilled and relaxing. The setting is a little clustered, but not too bad. The small play options were limited, have plans to eat beforehand or afterwards for a full meal. The crowd there was mixed but interesting. I’d recommend with friends or a date as part of a night full of other activities. I’d recommend especially because it’s only available for a short period of time during the summer. The rose flight was delightful and the flatbread

Recently I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit the food was really good a bit pricey but worth the experience I wouldn’t mind another visit. I wouldn’t be able to tell you which dish was my favorite as they all were delicious.

Really cool vibe and atmosphere. Feels like a trendy restaurant/hotel bar. Service was great, everyone was very attentive. Food and drinks were a bit slow but we were there on a Friday night. Overall the food was very tasty it was just overpriced in my opinion. A virgin mojito was $14 and an espresso martini was $29.

I booked Christmas brunch for myself and wife & daughter for Christmas day as I was in Philly then for work. Unfortunately my wife could not come due to a bereavement. The kindness and compassion shown to us on the day was really above and beyond the ordinary. My daughter and I were truly impressed, in particular Amauris Baez the duty manager and John Christinzio the director of operations. The food, service and ambience was second to none but what really sets Aqimero apart are the people who work there. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant and the Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia if you are visiting.

10s across the board. I had the crispy calamari and shrimp to start. The lamb and crab mash for my entree. The churros for dessert with a chocolate dip! Scrumptious from top to bottom.

Went to celebrate husband’s bday! Great ambience and vibes. The restaurant is located in the lobby of Ritz and has a nice loud feeling to it. Food was good however service was a bit slow. Overall a great place to have dinner!

This is the perfect spot to get an elevated cocktail and bar food made with exceptional quality. What people get wrong about this place is that it's not meant to be an escape, but more of a comfortable hot spot that's got some of the best hotel food in Center City.

Located in the lobby of Ritz-Carlton, Aqimero is a nice place to celebrate a loved one birthday or just go for a nice meal. Keep in mind that they don’t validate valet parking and you will be charged for a full day. So feel free to go around downtown and make a day out of your visit to the city of brotherly love.

Fantastic food and service! The Phili cheesesteak empanadas were out of this world amazing! I had them Friday & Sunday night. Also the breakfast was delicious, too. We’re glad we stayed at the hotel and really enjoyed this restaurant. Beautiful ambiance!

My friend celebrated her birthday here and everything was amazing. The service , the food and the atmosphere was just wonderful. Our waiter Julio was so attentive and gave us wonderful service. The chef also came out to our table and he was the sweetest. Every item that was ordered came out timely and was delicious. We ordered truffle fries, cheesesteak empanadas, wild mushroom flatbread, salmon, lamb, crab mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. They drinks were also delicious. I will definitely be back. I was only able to get pictures of the salmon and Brussels sprouts unfortunately. P.S. They really don’t allow you to take pictures inside of there for some reason so please be aware that if you do try to take photos security will address you.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, thanks for your help. The cheese plate as an appetizer was really good. Otherwise, the 45 - day aged NY strip steak came rubbery and chewy. I asked for medium well and got medium rare with over-cooked edges. The only good in that plate was the grilled onions. The grilled eggplant strips were also very rubbery and chewy. Asked for tea after the food. Water was not hot enough for the tea bag to seep. Impressive service. Really sub-par food for a Ritz restaurant.

This was by far the worst dining experience. The restaurant decided to move every ones reservation out by 30 minutes to an hour. Without informing anyone!! Additionally, they had no where for people to sit with staff actually being rude if you sat in the center section. To add insult to injury, this was Valentine's Day and you had to prepay for the reservation. Spending 500 dollars for service never received, the disappointment on my dates face and the staff not giving a damn says all you need to know about this establishment.

From the beautiful architecture of the building to the ambiance and sitting area, followed by the wondrous smell of the firewood emanating from the kitchen, if you have the opportunity to dine here, then it's a must! The food was outstanding, in presentation, temperature, and taste, complemented by a nice wine list. If you are lucky to have Francesca as your waitress, your experience is complete!

Ambiance was pretty and presentation of the food was awesome. The service was lacking. We started with a female server who then disappeared without communication and then another server appeared without introducing himself. We felt very confused and out of the loop on who was taking care of us. It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks and even longer for our server to take our food order. Not accommodating for children, got mixed information on if there was a kids menu or not to find out there isn’t a kids menu during brunch. When we tried to think of a la cart food items to order for the child in our party and asked for fries they said they didn’t have french fries yet guess what came with the brunch burger. The food was tasty, the French toast was a bit mushy in the center though. Service definitely needs to be improved.

We went here to try the Endless Bubbles and Brunch. For two of us, we left more than full. This is not a fancy place you go and leave still hungry for brunch; you truly get your moneys worth for the meal. Pictures are included for the first 3 courses. The 4th course of churros are not pictured. Every single thing we ate here was amazing. For the 3rd course, we chose the bananas foster pancakes and the crab cake Benedict. Both were amazing. By the 3rd course we were already feeling full and had to ask for a box. Drinks here are truly endless. You can switch between the different drinks offered for bottomless brunch as you please. The servers are excellent about keeping your glass full and the drinks are strong. We will absolutely come here again. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the food is well worth the money. Even after we stopped eating, staff were still ready to refill our drinks and allow us to sit and talk. Absolutely recommend.

Loved my experience at Aqimero!! My best friend and I did the endless bubbles brunch and it was SO worth the price ($70/person)! You get the yogurt parfait and pastry/muffin basket to start, then 4 different types of toasts (I loved the mushroom goat cheese and smoked salmon toasts), we both decided on the crab cake Benedict which was delicious, and end with churros for dessert! And of course as many Bellinis and mimosas as you want. At first I thought it was pricy and the portions would be small but we had so much food I even had leftovers! Food was great and the ambiance was so classy for a girls brunch. Will absolutely be back!

Celebrated my birthday with my husband with a birthday brunch. Lots of great options, even for vegetarians. We had the mushroom toast, huevos infernos and banana foster pancakes and they were all excellent. The banana pancakes, especially, were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and the service was great too.

After I ordered the bottomless brunch for myself and a friend, we were able to fully enjoy ourselves at the establishment. Sherell's service was superb, and the delicious refreshments were a nice bonus. Since I enjoyed myself so much there, I will most definitely be going back. Aqimero is a restaurant that I think everyone should try at least once. I can hardly contain my excitement for my upcoming return.

I came in for brunch and Sheryl hosted our table and was such a great help! She is the bomb and she answered our questions regarding the menu and we’d come back again for her great service! A++++. Definitely coming back soon she has a great outgoing personality!

This place was excellent! I went last night and we got cheesesteak empanadas, corn tostada, iceberg salad, and mushroom flat bread. For my main meal I got the lamb chops. They were so good! For dessert we got the chocolate cake! Super good

I really wanted to leave a better review, but my wife and I both found the assorted toast course of the endless bubbles brunch to be overly salty, and the bubbles used for our drinks to be mediocre. For a restaurant the sits within such an iconic building in downtown Philly, we really were expecting a close-to-flawless experience and sadly, had one that fell quite short. The wait staff was very attentive and cordial, though.

I had a wonderful experience at Aquimero. The food and drinks were amazing! I have to give a shout out to Jasmin. Jasmin was the best server I have ever had. She was personable, kind, and helpful. She gave us recommendations, made us laugh so much, and made our brunch such an enjoyable experience. I’ll be back again and will request Jasmin specifically!

A favorite place for when you want a little extra sparkle - the drinks are expertly made and there are some fun things to nosh while you catch up with loved ones. Not to mention, gorgeous setting!

Endless Bubbles and Brunch... an amazing experience in emulating heaven. Beautiful views, artistic plating, and flavors that mesh together in scientific precision. Steak has that perfect charring from a wood fire sear. Steak still cooked perfectly inside, hinting at a reverse sear. I normally dont like crab, but the flavors of the crab avocado toast were so perfectly meshed together preventing it from overpowering and staying separate, instead complimenting the flavor of the avocado. I expected the mushroom toast to be heavy, but the cheese was like a light brie. You can't get granola like this anywhere, the produce is all extremely fresh.

Loved my experience here! Such a beautiful lobby and great customer service. My husband and I were so impressed by our bartender, Azeria (I am not sure if I spelled that correctly). So absolutely charismatic and helpful. We came back to the bar after dinner just because we knew she was still working. We will definitely be back!

Although the full dining room is not yet back open, and the wait is a little longer than "normal", the food and service is excellent!! The lamb chops were perfectly cooked and accompanied, which made the wait worth while. Everything that came out for my dinner party, including the wine, was top-notch. Great first meal while visiting Philadelphia. Thank you!

Lisa, our server at Aqimero Philly was beyond amazing! Upon meeting her our first night in Philly until we reluctantly said goodbye our last night she went above and beyond and truly made us feel like we had always known her! She somehow made this large city feel like a home away from home. We looked forward to our return to the hotel just so we could tell Lisa what we had seen or done that day, and ask for her advice on which restaurant or casino we should go to or which neighborhoods we should stroll down at night, while enjoying our nightly mojito and cheesecake. I don’t know how she did it…all while keeping up with numerous other guests and tables…but I’m grateful. I hope I get back to the city some day, to explore all the sights I didn’t get to see…but you can be sure my first stop will be to see Lisa at the Ritz!

Food was excellent. However, there is no ambiance or crowd control or dress code. This would have been disappointing pre covid, but particularly inexcusable now. Anyone can come in without a mask and stand around the bar and seated dinner patrons, unchecked.
