Convenient location to the airport made our short time in Philadelphia easy. Unfortunately though, the hotel itself is super outdated, and the rooms were dirty and smelled horrible, like a mix of must and old food. There were burn marks on the bed skirt, stains on the furniture including the lamp shades, and what appeared to be rust on the lamps and any other metal in the room. Front desk were fine but we tried not to bother them and ended up just going out and getting air freshener to mask the smell, which only partially worked. Breakfast was okay, but not to the quality we are used to for an embassy suites; much closer to the more value brands in the Hilton line instead. Definitely not what we've come to know for the brand and will look elsewhere if ever in the area again.

Terrible experience. From the shuttle to and from the airport, to the restaurant and breakfast, to the actual room itself. Calling the hotel regarding their shuttle to the hotel was nearly impossible 40 minutes and many phone calls later we finally were picked up by a shuttle. Uber or Lyft is a better option. Especially considering the ride to the airport was even worse. As a breast feeding mother transporting liter bottles of milk, I was not comfortable squishing my bag in the overhead compartment- not chancing a leak. The driver was not accommodating and told me I couldn’t hold my backpack on my lap. There were only two other people on the shuttle and I had no problem having bag on my lap the night before. The shuttle driver (fur coat, fur hat, sun glasses with gem stones) was incredibly condescending and rude with irrational driving- honking at driving in the terminal drop off, cutting people off, driving well over the speed limit. The breakfast was cold (we were there right at 7). The lobby bathrooms were disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere, dirty toilets, and no hand soap in any of the dispensers. We walked to the front desk twice to ask about our fridge getting fixed because it was not getting cold (again- breast milk storage) just for the fridge to not work. We ended up filling the sink with ice all night to keep the milk cold. We would have called to the front desk, but wires were literally stripped from the room phone leaving exposed wires. Trim was falling off the walls, the sliding door was taped closed to “prevent” a draft, the safety lock on the door was pulling away from the wood. Paper thin walls making it easy to hear every conversation in the neighboring rooms. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We were only here for an overnight layover. I would have rather spent the night at the airport.

The most ratchet, loud ghetto hotel I have ever been too. The staff was nice but there was 5000 kids to 1 adult . The pool was gray and the jacuzzi had brown dirt floating in the bubbles. You have to pay to park but people use the exit and ont pay while real renters have to pay 25.00 a day for limited parking. Happy hour is a joke you need tickets for the complimentary drinks. Not to mention the loud music all nights kids running in the halls and fist fighting the staff. Wow. I want a refund. I tranquil birthday was a complete sh..t show. Thanks Embassy Suites for ruining my birthday weekend sway from the kids.

CONS - The building is dated. The room they originally gave us was dated, cracked sink, dust on ledges. Additionally, the soap dispenser in the shower was broken off. We had to ask for bar soap. The couch was stained. The room REEKED of smoke...it was SO bad. I instantly felt sick. I never unpacked my bag for fear my clothing would smell like smoke. I went down to the desk and the staff there told me, giving me ZERO eye contact, that there were no other rooms and nothing he could do, then just moved on to the next person in line. As an introvert, I get the discomfort, but being at work, I think you should move past discomfort to guarantee customer satisfaction. PROS - I sent my husband to the front desk instead (he's an extrovert and a people-person). Whomever he spoke with did reiterate that the hotel was full, but told him they would comp the one night. They were really nice about it an apologetic. They did move us into a better room the following day that did not smell of smoke and was in better shape. It was kind of late in the day, but the best they could do. Most of the staff at the front desk were amazing except the one guy. I wish I had remembered their names to give them shout outs. The pros of most Embassy suites are the full breakfast and Evening Reception. Parking is $25/night. This particular hotel was 5 minutes away from the airport and I was running in and out on a red-eye, so the location is convenient. But I would not stay here again. I just checked my invoice and the first day was not comped! I contacted Customer Service and they said someone from the hotel will reach out to me in a few days. I will adjust my rating/review accordingly! I do understand that things happen and that people break rules and smoke, but it’s how you handle customer satisfaction that really shows how good a hotel truly is. UPDATE: Still no refund for the first day and the person who emailed me and stated to reach out if I don't receive a refund in 2 weeks, did not respond to my last email. Adjusting my rating to 2 Stars accordingly...Reading other reviews, I can see this hotel is truly ailing.

Listen I realize that this is an airport hotel in Philadelphia and they are not always amazing. I checked in using the Hilton app a day before and chose the two rooms. When we arrived about an hour after the time had initially thought we would and had used on the app during check in, first they started getting our keys ready and then told us that our rooms would be ready soon they could not give us the keys yet because they were not cleaned. Then we went to the bar and hung out. After about an hour we decided to check on the state of our rooms and noticed that they were still not ready however the staff at the front desk offered to move us to two new rooms. We were delighted because we really needed to rest and our food was on the way -- we certainly wanted to eat! The key for one room worked fine initially and then stopped working of course after I had put all of our food in there. Hilton Hhonors app to the rescue with digital key! The other room is fine. I have to say that while the place is sort of clean it is a little bit beat up. While I was in my room the air handling unit cover fell off with a loud CLANG! Maintenance was notified and came and fixed it. The bartender is nice. They are doing the drink coupon thing now instead of happy hour so don't approach the bar during what you think is the ubiquitous happy hour without a drink coupon! Also we did not sample the food of the restaurant but it looks OK. This morning I went to take a shower and the water was very low pressure and smelled like a farm, shower was NOT clean. It was bad. Breakfast was a mess, with some things broken, bad pineapple and burned bacon/sausage, and dried out home fries. Stick to packaged items. My travel buddy actually had stomach issues because of breakfast, we think one of the cooked items may have done him in. The pool is out of order. There are fruit flies all over the hotel. For what they charge at the Embassy suites rate I would expect them to have their act together a little bit better than they do. Let's hope that this was just a fluke because of the holiday. Happy travels!

Overall, our family had an enjoyable experience here. The lobby area is spacious, well decorated with greenery, and has lots of open seating. I also applaud the hotel for having more than one towel hook in the bathroom 😂 A few things would give me pause before booking here again. - people were openly vaping inside the indoor pool area - within a few steps of the main entrance, people were smoking cigarettes (and other) - empty beer bottles on the property grounds

We were in town to attend a ballgame at Citizens Bank Park and found this location that was fairly convenient and reasonably-priced for what they provide. We arrived at the hotel and noticed that the parking ($25/night) had gates that presumably close at night for added security. The hotel is located along Bartram in a quiet area. We received a warm greeting at the desk and were quickly checked in. We received tickets for complementary Happy Hour drinks and breakfast the next morning. We were pretty happy with the room. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit mushy. The furnishings were OK and comfortable. The room was stocked with some snacks, water and some sodas. Being open in the center, there was some noise as we walked to the room, but the noise stopped when we entered and closed the door to the room. The next morning, breakfast was quite good. The eggs were fluffy, the bacon and sausage were good, and there was even an omelet station. Overall, it was a good stay and we would stay here again if we're in the area.

Overall, I liked this place. The room was great. Had a king suite. Only downside to the room was the sink making noise when i tried to use it. The service from everyone was good. Only part I didn't care for was the bar area. Waiting a while to use my complimentary drink coupons but left after a while of just standing there. The food was alright. Lots to eat.

We won't stay here again. Super chef for breakfast was the highlight and positive of the stay. They did not pay attention to our preferences upon check in. We had to change rooms twice, bathroom sink wasn't draining properly and we were greeted with an open bag of chips on the counter. The second sink in the second room was clogged, we should have moved again but was to tired. The breakfast staff not very welcoming. We met another Hilton Honor guest that said, they had to move 3x. NOT COOL. Get the proper preventive maintenance done! I understand good help is hard to find but raise your standards.

The desk clerk was very friendly and nice. At first glance, the hotel is well maintained. The rooms were fairly clean but they could use a make over hinges a rusty and the shower heads were low class fixtures. The channel selection on the TV was not impressive. For crowds, they were under staffed at the restaurant area. Lines were long and only a few on staff. The menu had very little to select from, so if you have the time, I would recommend to go elsewhere to eat. I think there was only one cook, because I had to wait 20 minutes for a simple cheeseburger and there was not many on the floor ordering food. My disappointment was that my room electronic door key wasn’t working on command you had to play with it and it finally opened. In the morning, when I went for breakfast, I got locked out permanently for over 45 minutes and I had flight to catch. Maintenance man finally showed up and I had to get go and get going. Staff was polite and apologetic but the doors should be checked often and batteries to the door locks should be replaced frequently to not be an inconvenience to the guest(s). In today’s day an age, there should be an electrical contact in the door to continuously charge the internal batteries when the door is closed. This will alleviate the need to change batteries but once a year.

Currently undergoing renovations, with about a third of the rooms unavailable due to construction. The restaurant is centrally located on the ground level and easily accessible for all. There is ample seating, including booths, and high-top tables. Food portions are generous, and the prices reflect the sizes. The dinner menu offers a small variety of options which is adequate for a hotel. Rooms are all suites, letting you forget you are in a hotel. Beds are fairly firm, so it takes a little adjusting if you are used to a softer mattress. It would be good to review again after renovations are complete and be able to check out all the amenities.

The ladies at the front desk were polite and professional. My family and I enjoyed breakfast and the variety. The accountant/accounting department I spoke with on the phone via their number ; press 4 …. Was not polite and hung up on me. In addition to your hotel fee, for incidentals this hotel only charges $100 per night!!! Don't not look for your held funds after checkout! I was informed due to previous destructive patrons is the reason for the increase of $100 /day. Although I was told it would be released after after I checkout...I am still waiting. I was informed it can take up to 5 to 7 business per financial institution. Hotel grounds are poorly managed. The grass is over grown and trash is everywhere. Towel shortage: I asked the front desk four times including the assistant manager. Also I specifically asked the lead housekeeper twice. Gone for the day; returned after midnight to no towels. I had to request again! Elevator: do not use the elevator on the right (the one closest to the hallway....look up and the up/down arrow signal is ajar) adjacent to the front desk. It did not work just about our whole stay. I seen it work once and the staff offer us a ride and I declined. Use the stairs as much as possible because overall their elevators are slow. Pool; No towels at the pools and pool was cloudy and dirty (visible dirt/grime floating and hair). Also the hot tub pump suction cover missing(leaving a 6x5” wide hole in the bottom of the hot tub) possible for a child or adult being injured. Room: curtain ripped, mold, broken light switch, no body wash, only hand soap to wash you body (the front desk said they are out of body wash), sliding door handle Fire door broken; the alarm does not sound. First floor fire escape needs to be cleaned.

My boyfriend and I booked a room here for a weekend getaway. As we were checking in, the front desk told us the "pool was closed and would not be open for the duration of your stay". The next day we made the decision to move to a different hotel that had a working pool. Before booking the new hotel, I made sure to speak with the front desk staff to make sure that I would not be charged the second night if we decided to check out early. They told me I would not be penalized so we checked out. I've been charged the entire 2 night stay when we only stayed one. I have tried to call and there is always a 20 minute wait time and then I wait 30 minutes with no answer. I was never sent a receipt. I want to be refunded the second night as I was assured that I would not be charged but I can't get anyone on the phone so here we are. I'm hoping to get this resolved by you promptly without having to get the better business bureau involved. I look forward to your response.

Let’s start with the good: 1. Bed was comfortable. 2. Staff was as accommodating as at least they seemed like they could be. Now the bad and the ugly: We were supposed to have a four night stay here. The heat wasn’t working and we immediately notified the front desk. To accommodate they gave us another room (which also didn’t have heat), cancelled our reservation without charge and gave us a late checkout. Shuttle transportation was non-existent. Had to catch an Uber on the way in because they couldn’t find they shuttle guy, and on our way out they said he’d be there in half an hour…two times. We’ll see if he ever shows, however I’d recommend steer clear of this place. Great people HORRIFIC, operations.

Stayed at this hotel for an company event. Front desk staff were rude. Rooms were dirty..in mine there was a empty water bottle half under the night stand and food pieces and crumbs visible when you walked in. Furniture was very dusty. Three other people in our group where in their rooms when another quest that was not assigned to that room was given a key to same room and walked right in. Nevertheless I didn’t feel very safe at this hotel. On the upside the bar staff were very nice and polite. The food we had for lunch during our meeting was also very good.

Run down. Outdated. Overpriced. Pool was not available due to maintenance. Had to call housekeeping for bedding for the pullout couch. Hardly a "suite". Just a room and a half. Everything here is overdue for an updated. My wife went to get ice and the ice makers on both the first and second floor are broken. calling directly to understand the bedding situation for my wife. Myself and 2 daughters I was charged $30 more than quotes online, but I thought having explained the situation that maybe it was a better room. It's not. They also charged $100 for "incidentals". We are literally going to sleep waking up early and catching a plane. I suppose I may get my $100 back, but it is annoying and insulting. In addition when I made the reservation some pushy jerk tried to sell me a time share. Hilton has lost my business in the future.

This hotel is very nice and the set up is very different and unique. The service provided by the staff was very professional and outstanding . The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are very spacious and the complementary breakfast is very good one of the best honestly that I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The only thing that bothered me was that yes they have a pool but on the weekend I was there they failed to tell us that the heated pool was not heated and it was very cold like the pool temp read in the low 40's and not enjoyable at all and my kid was upset cause I promised her pool time 😭. As you can see in the picture everyone was in the hot tub and the pool was completely empty

I got one of the “ Pure Wellness” suites last night. There is a large Air filter machine which worked very well and the room air was excellent. The carpet needs updating, the room itself was nice! Amazingly large TV!! Parking costs $25 daily, which is about average when a Hotel charges for parking (which I try to avoid whenever possible as it should be part of the hotel cost). Staff was very nice and helpful - 5* for that. And the room is very very soundproof from the outside. I saw an Amtrak train behind the hotel but didn’t hear it at all. So bravo on the window’s soundproofing! No sounds of traffic either which I certainly appreciated. Breakfast features made to order Omelets, French Toast, Pancakes. Very good! Only complain was the bagels which I was not at all impressed with. Tasted like dollar store variety. Need to improve them.

Gets worse everytime we stay. No blankets for the pull out, elevator on its last leg. No soap. We always bring our own. The one time we forget ours, we get in the shower to realize there's none in the bottle in the shower or bar soap. Really going downhill. What is with that sad pond? We're still here and I'm ready to leave. Also, why is the parking situation so confusing. Literally everyone in the line at the gate to park took 3-5 minutes to figure it out. There has got to be a better way. Embassy used to be the place to stay...USED TO BE...In a year it'll be a Motel 6

As one who has traveled a lot this year for business and leisure, this has been the best hotel I have stayed in this year. The front desk staff provided EXCELLENT customer service. They were welcoming, friendly and informative. The maintenance and evening reception staff were superb as well. No matter where you were, there was a staff member who was friendly and greeted you with a smile. Even when my fridge was not working, maintenance came and fixed it swiftly and came back to ensure it was working properly with an apology for my inconvenience. That is unheard of in this industry. This majority minority staff, provided thee best service I feel in the hospitality industry and should teach others in the Hilton community and their industry at large. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. PHENOMENAL JOB!

An amazing stay at the Embassy! We was treated excellent for being Diamond members. Rynasia and Tasha was excellent in welcoming us and informing us about the hotel and good local spots to eat!!! Haven’t met that nice of workers in awhile it was refreshing to have there hospitality!!! We received our Diamond member welcome bag and received our complimentary evening reception passes from them!! The inside atrium was very nice!! Pool and hot tub was excellent. Rooms were very nice!! The best hotel breakfast we have had yet!!! Love that it was made to order! Definitely gonna be a place we stay again when in the area for a concert at Philly or traveling to the airport. Parking was steep 25 a night and honestly we felt it should be included but that is what you get for staying right by the airport. Five start hotel! Thanks Hilton

I reserved 2 room premium suite with 2 double beds. Usually I get an email to check in then pick my room through the app. This time I couldn't pick my room, no big deal. After checking into our room, we noticed it was not the premium suite, made my way down to the front desk, apparently my suite I reserved was given away but still was charges the premium price for a standard 2 room suite. The price was adjusted. Fine I wasn't upset. Get to the room, furniture in the rooms were horrible, seems like it been there for years, sofa had holes and ripping, table and chairs really wore down. Then the bathroom, tub not cleaned and shower full of nasty gunk. Never would expect this run down condition from a Hilton Embassy. I stayed at many Hilton own hotel but this one was the worst. Go elsewhere.

Stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Philadelphia airport and we were trying to retain diamond status with Hilton, otherwise, we would have definitely stayed at a different hotel. The rooms were definitely not commensurate with the rates. The $25/night parking fee is ridiculous for non-covered, non-secured parking. The rooms were dated. The shower floor did not look like it had been cleaned well and the shower head had buildup that looks like it’s never been addressed and the bathroom sink does not drain properly. Would not recommend this property.

Will stay here again! Do have to pay to park here, so that's the only reason for the 4 stars. BUT they make up for it by giving you 2 complimentary drinks for their evening reception. And the breakfast!! Definitely not continental. Buffet style with all the wants/needs. Even made to order omelets. The room was very nice. The mattress was on the firmer side but not too bad. Room was clean and they had the AC pumping for our arrival. Indoor pool is also available. Overall positive experience and would come back for sure.

I booked a 1king bed with sofa bed, Hypoallergenic room. Very much satisfied. Seasonal allergies were maintained from slim to none. The entertainment shut down at 10 so it gave us time to wind down. Lovely setting. Very diverse setting. Loved it!!

Overall, it was a very positive experience. The Embassy offers a shuttle service from the airport to the front lobby here at the hotel. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean. The breakfast offers both buffet style food and made to order omelettes. There is a bar/restaurant on the first floor that has happy hour with 1 free drink per day. The food on offer is pretty good. All this together made for a pretty nice stay. If you can find a good deal, I would easily recommend staying considering the Embassy.

My husband and I love to travel. We're both retired and after dealing with some silliness we’re on the go again!! We always search for availability at an Embassy Suites by Hilton. Flying out of Philadelphia international airport Embassy suites is so convenient to spend the night park our car for the duration of our trip and have a carefree shuttle service to the airport airport and back. We have a little happy hour after our arrival go to bed for a restful night and a wonderful breakfast before we begin our journey!

First off we have had a great experience at an Embassy Suites in another location that was everything we were looking for. Unfortunately this particular Embassy Suites experience was not up to par with our previous experience. The lobby and common areas seemed clean and maintained to us, but the room was another story. We arrived in our room to be greeted to a toilet seat in the bathroom up and toilet paper in the bowl. The floor of the room was dirty and at one point our dog ate something off the floor. I texted via the Hilton App to someone at the hotel and the text was not answered rather it was turned off, I simply ask if they knew that the room was indeed cleaned? In my opinion the staff turning off the text and not addressing my concerns was the deal breaker and I immediately went and checked out. I am a Diamond Hilton Honor member which shows my allegiance to Hilton but that doesn’t matter at this location with this staff last night. If you are willing to treat my family like this knowing our loyalty to your brand then what does happen to other guests? I have read many wonderful reviews that were very recent, positive, and uplifting about this location but that wasn’t our experience on Friday December 8, 2023. I can say that the staff at the front desk were accommodating after I said I wasn’t staying and did ask why I wanted to leave, and returned the deposit to my credit card. We almost stayed at Embassy Suites in Philadelphia at the Airport. I thought this might be an option next time we had an early flight and wanted to stay close, I will wake up early and drive in! I experienced better rooms at Red Roof Inn than I was assigned last night at this Hilton property. Very disappointed!

The staff have been fantastic. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. My low rating is because of the condition of the hotel itself. This hotel is in need of a desperate refresh. There are broken displays, mold in the showers, the furniture shows a lot of wear and tear, and some of the doors don't work properly. The hotel gets a lot of road and airport noise at night but not much from the guests.

Hospitality has returned in the form of this property. I ham having the absolute best stay at an Embassy. This staff is trained to go above and beyond and believe you me they definitely do go the extra mile. I want to bring particular attention to the staff that rarely gets acknowledgment. The engineer Darrell (sp) Adams exemplifies phenomenal customer service. He stopped what he was doing to come fix an issue in my room. Its not the sense of urgency that was displayed, it was the precision and efficiency that was my wow factor. Darrell, you are a true asset to this property.

Absolutely ridiculous that you pay for a room and then are charged 30.00 to park. Funny because you need a room key to get in and out so why would you be charging a customer. The lady at the restaurant was absolutely rude and walked away at one point like we annoyed her. Can’t say as a Hilton rewards member I’ll be staying there again. No pillows or blankets for pull out bed and no soap for the shower. When we went to front desk we were told house keeping left and they couldn’t do anything more.

Room was shabby with furniture banged up and old. There was no heat/ac option, just low/high fan so room was not a comfortable temperature. A bad smell came from a/c along with something that made us cough all night. On top of that, upon arrival, there were several women standing in front of main entrance smoking marijuana. At the other front entrance, there were also several young men standing there smoking marijuana. The hotel reeked of marijuana - in the elevators, hallways, parking lot, etc. Evidently, there was a family reunion going on. Where was security? I felt like I was staying in the ghetto. This hotel did NOT come even close to Hilton's normal standards. I will NOT stay here again.

We decided on this hotel because it was close to the airport. They offer a shuttle every half hour for guests. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was amazing as well. Don't forget to check around the corner, chefs are making fresh omelets and other items. They have a bar and restaurant as well with lots of seating and pretty Romantic lighting. I would stay here again.

Staff is very friendly however our room was not stocked with towels or hand soap when we called housekeeping we got the front desk and we were told to come down to get our supplies instead of being brought up to our room. we were not aware that we had to pick parking as part of our stay as it's always been included we've been staying at this hotel for 9 years we were unaware that parking was not included until we couldn't get out of the parking lot we went into the front desk and we had to pay extra to get out of the parking lot we were not provided a sheet for the pull out bed. One night stay was approximately $240 at booking but at check-in they held over $300 we were not prepared for that you should probably charge the actual amount when you book The Room. there are several elevators three to be exact one was not working and one was on the other side of the building so the elevator that we use there was only one working on our side. there are a lot of people at this hotel so we waited a very long time to try to get downstairs. We are hilton honor members but doesn't feel like it. Should be more perks like including parking in stay for the amount of money you spend would expect better service and parking included. we will probably not stay here again. hotel is not what it used to be.

This hotel has become very run down and not up to the standards Im use to with the Embassy Suites brand. None of the water features in the hotel lobby were on. It looks to be they are draining them and they won't be used again. the rooms are definitely run down. My room had mildew ceilings, patched ceilings, rusted bathroom features, dirty ring around the tub & no sink stopper in the sink. Furniture is definitely cheap looking for Embassy. Pillows so flat with no fluff. Tape still on the wall. I actually felt as though the room wasn't clean. Furniture is beat up. TV wasn't even clean. We got in late that is the only reason I didn't check out

  • 2/5 Ben H. 6 months ago on Google
Nice from a distance, but up close it is rather run down. The tile edges are dodgy, the pond looks sad, the room safe doesn't work, the iron is low quality and leaks water, the laundry machine won't take cards, asked for maintenance but never arrived to look at the safe, speaker in roof immediately outside room playing loud music all night, no cups by the coffee machine etc. The location is convenient enough. The staff were nice enough and I have nothing bad to say about my interactions except for lack of follow up on the naintenance requests. Multiple cupboards and drawers in the room were stuck shut or fake (handles mounted to appear like a drawer). I think I'll stay elsewhere next time.

It takes a lot of workers to make a hotel stay a nice one, and they totally nailed it. This was really great. We slept well, and had easy access to what we were doing on this visit. They did all this on a big holiday, too. Thank you.

My son and I stayed here to attend the Thursday night eagles game on September 14 with check out on the morning of the 16th. My stay was unsatisfactory. This hotel is old and the rooms are not up to par. Don't let the pictures fool you. Upon check in, their was dirt and debris outside of my room door. Hair was in my sink and tub. I allowed them to clean it because I was told the hotel was booked and they didn't have any available rooms. My microwave didn't work. My toilet began leaking the night of my stay. I had to put down towels for the duration of my stay. My microwave was fixed the night before I checked out. The maintenance guy was very helpful as besr as he could be. I advised the front desk of all of my issues dueing my stay and upon checkout and I was told to call back and speak with a manager. I called three times since the 16th and left messages and have not received a call back yet. I used some of my points for this stay and wished I hadn't. Although the breakfast was ok the morning of checkout, I would not recommend this hotel. I chose it because it was close to the stadium but the stay was worth what I paid. This hotel is not up to Hilton standards.

This is a great hotel. The room was large and clean. It had windows on the outside and facing the atrium. The staff were friendly. The gym and pool was open and worth paying a bit extra to have access to. It is a very large hotel which meant more people were using the facilities. They gave two complimentary drinks each night. The restaurant was OK. The breakfast was plentiful.

The lobby and rooms were neatly decorated with a nice dark color palette. The bathrooms were not cleaned. Example; Questionable shower floors & walls, mold. Only one of the six coffee pods were not decaf. After Five days and several staff members assured us they would bring some, none ever arrived. Rest assured after morning two we ran to the store and bought a box. Speaking of coffee; the coffee pot was disgusting. Slimy, chunky green stuff was coming out. Almost like a dirty fish tank. Took us quite a while to clean it. I know should have asked for a new one. But, it might have arrived when the regular coffee did… lol Location was super easy to get to not much traffic in the immediate area. Parking lot was well lit, gated and safe. But, does cost 25.00 dollars a day above the room rates. Good news is that the validate your tickets so you don’t have to pay as you exit. Only to charge it to your room. A five night stay adds up. And yes it’s their private lot.

Service was amazing during my stay. All staff members were very welcoming. Drinks were good and the made to order eggs/omelets are amazing!! Very peaceful setting to hang out in the bar/lobby/open area. Stayed on the top floor which was super nice. Had a nice big table as a desk which was nice when I got in and needed to get some work done. Shuttle back to the airport was great. Didn't know about the shuttle so I took a $13 uber ride. There was some areas that are dated and needs a refresh but this met my needs and expectations. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers.

The staff was very engaging and friendly. I forgot my money in the room and when I remembered and returned to get it, the housekeeper that was cleaning my room had bagged and labeled it. All of the money was returned. Thank you for such honesty.

Stayed one night only before an early morning flight. Room was very spacious and clean. A little dated throughout, but it was fine. Would stay again.

Upon my arrival, I had to clean my own room. There was caked up dirt on the shower walls and the tub was dirty. The shower curtain had mold. I elected to clean my own room for the duration of my stay

Good hotel if you need a place to stay for a few days. The hotel is clean and the staff members are friendly. The grab and go breakfast option is really good. You have meats, eggs, breads and starches. There is also coffee, fresh fruits, various juices, and pastry options. The hotel is a bit worn but the rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay again.

We checked in after 10pm and a room still wasn't ready. The front desk receptionist however was very kind and got a room for us pretty quick. She gets an A+ for great customer service. The room was clean. I thought they were doing a full breakfast but it was very limited. If you're staying at the this hotel because of the breakfast don't. Other inexpensive hotels offer the same or a better breakfast than this hotel. I just hope things go back to normal soon since people are already traveling.

Housekeeping only cleaned our room once in the 10 days we were there. And that was only after many requests. Also, the phone in our room did not work. The hot buffet breakfast was cold, eggs, bacon and sausage. Oatmeal was gummy. The cook-to-order was okay. We stay at various Embassy Suites and we have never had any issues. We probably will not return to this property.

The Hotel was very nice. The staff was Professional and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable but the toilet seat was old with cracks and stains. Breakfast was good and plentiful. There were teens drinking and smoking and lighting fireworks at 1pm in the parking lot and around the outside of the hotel for hours. Security appeared scared to approach them but should have atleast called 911. Didn't feel safe at this hotel. Anyone could access the higher floors.Nice hotel but I will not be returning.

We just stayed in the worst Embassy Suites we have encountered in this country. This hotel is well below the standards of Hilton that we have experienced all over our country. Everything is worn and in need of replacement. The carpet is torn and has many rips in it. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. AT check in, we were given keys to a room that another person already had. It was quite shocking to both parties to open a door and people to be there. We also were not given the room requested on the app. One of our TV's did not work. They came an tried to fix it. This was not possible so they moved us to another room, in which the TV worked but had the same wear issues as the whole hotel. In the first room, there was lots of hair left int he shower that had to be cleaned out before the bathroom could be used. The staff is nice and doing the best they can but there are bigger issues here. We have been very loyal to Hilton but if this is the quality that is allowed, we will look for other options. Sometimes Hampton Inn has some issues but never this bad.. But usually with Embassy Suites the quality is always there.

This was a 1Star experience. To start, the shuttle was scheduled to pick up at the airport every 30 min on the hour. We arrived 10 minutes early and the shuttle didn’t show up for 25 minutes after the scheduled time, so we took an Uber. The front desk service is unacceptable, even for a 3* hotel. Two different shifts picked up the phone and hung up when I called down with questions. The sink was clogged in the bathroom and there was no shampoo in the shower and the shower gel/body wash was empty. I called the front desk twice and when they finally answered after hanging up on me twice, they said they’d send up someone to replace it. They never showed up. The manners and guest treatment of the front desk is trash.

I checked in on the app but this check in was different, I wasn't allowed to choose my own room. After I was notified that my digital key was ready I contacted the hotel via the messenger option in the app to ask what type of room was in. I wanted to make sure I would be comfortable. Nonetheless, arrived in Philly and got into the hotel around 1am. I go to my room and find that my room has not been cleaned. Not only is my room not really cleaned but the shower in the bathroom is broken and all of the soaps, shampoo, and conditioner have been ripped out of the wall. So I decided to sleep on the couch because at this point I traveled almost all day. The next day I went downstairs to change my room so I could shower and feel human. I find out from one of the staff people that the room I was check into, should have NEVER been assigned to a guest because the room needed major repairs. The hotel has not comped me the first night in money nor in points. I am beyond angry especially as a HH members. This is not how you treat valuable guests. And the icing on top was finding out the room should have never been been assigned.

After reading the reviews I had low expectations of the hotel. We arrived around midnight after a concert, so we didn’t really see much of the hotel beyond the lobby and our room. The room was semi-updated and spacious. Some things could use touchups like the wallpaper. The air conditioning could be better. Shower water never got hot, just warm. Staff weren’t rude (but not overly friendly) that I encountered like others mentioned.

There was mold on our shower curtain. One lamp did not work. One lamp had some kind of nastiness all over the base. The pillows were HORRIBLE. The pull-out bed was like sleeping straight on the springs. It wasn't a mattress at all. The headboard on the bed was broken off the wall when we arrived. Maintenance fixed it...and then said maybe we would want to dust off the bed. Wow. The manager's reception was one drink and no snacks...never have I ever been to an Embassy with no snacks. The bartender was insanely rude. The pool floor was so slippery, as in it needed to be scrubbed. My kid was walking...just walking...and slipped. He cut his leg open and has a huge bruise from hitting the wall. The breakfast was ok, but the gentleman cooking was so hateful and rude. He clearly did not want to be there. I have never paid so much for a hotel that I typically love and for parking as well just to be so disappointed.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Was kind of bummed that there was no managers reception when I made the reservation I was told there was. The pool should be open later, was told 10 when I made the reservation, turned out to be 8. There is a big hole on the one side going into the lot. The room was very clean, and sanitized. Wish there had been a late check out.

Lowkey disastrous! We booked in advance using points; when we arrived, they deleted our reservation and charged us for a whole new stay. We also got another random $280 charge upon checkout. We requested a crib months in advance; it was news to them, and we didn’t get one until that evening after we’d called housekeeping twice. Food service at the bar took 90 minutes, and the elevators would go in and out of service every 20 minutes or so. They say the shuttle to the airport is on a 30 minute schedule, but it actually just loops around and takes as long as it takes, so plan accordingly. I will say that the individual service staff were all lovely, and seemed to be dealing with a stressful environment. It’s clearly a management issue.

Not the best Embassy we've stayed in, but definitely not the worst. My husband and I decided to stay here with our boys on our way home to Bucks County from Maryland. It was definitely outdated compared to other Embassy hotels, but not to the point where we cared. The moment we arrived, we inspected the room. No stains, no marijuana smell. We were missing the toilet paper holder, and some outlets were pulled from their sockets, but no big deal. The breakfast was great, and even ordering from their restaurant satisfied us. The only things we were not happy with were the slow draining tub, the toilet was also very slow, and the fact that our room key was inactive after one night. We even got a second set of keys, and they didn't even work. Kind of inconvenient. On top of that, the one elevator was acting up. Thank goodness this hotel only has five stories. Otherwise, I'd fear a moment from Final Destination. Overall, though, it's not the worst, but not the best.

It was once a beautiful place. It has seen better days. The carpet in the atrium needs to be replaced with vinyl tile. It is stained badly. The elevators are the slowest I've ever used, so plan ahead when you need them. Overall, the place gets abused by the guests. On the bright side, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay better. From the shuttle bus drivers, to the front desk staff.

If you know what you are doing, avoid this hotel at all costs. Sheets were dirty and stained, loud and obnoxious, food options minimal and not great, and customer service = none (biggest complaint). My credit card mysteriously got charged twice (my charge and a mysterious 2nd charge) and you can't even get any type of help or assistance from ANYONE, including the manager or the accounting department. FYI, the computer system went down during my check in and upon my return home from a week long trip, I find out on my online credit card account that I have "2" charges. The higher charge was correct and I'm certainly not disputing it, but the second charge of almost $200 is certainly not mine! I have called a total of 5 times, can't hear anyone on their terrible phone connection, and as you try to hear what they are saying, you will be told to call back and talk to someone else. Conveniently disconnected 3 times, left one voice mail with accounting which was never returned. Then my daughter called (because I had traveled with her) and conveniently she was disconnected a couple of times. The manager on duty had no explanation on any of this and basically said to work it out with the Credit Card company. (believe me, the credit card company has been contacted by me!) I have been around a lot of years and have never had customer service like was present at this hotel. If you know what you are doing when you are booking a hotel room near the Philly Airport, stay away from this Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport Hotel!!!

Tbh, this place was a bit of a stinker, there were multiple things that upset me but I'll point out the biggest ones. The INTERNET sucked, it would only work in certain parts of the room, near the door, so you couldn't use the internet when on the bed. When I tried to use the bed in the couch there were some blood stains on it, after calling room service and putting me on hold and telling me they would bring someone up to get rid of, nothing happened until the next day after I told the counter what had happened, when I got back to my room The bed had been replaced. My room was out of shower gel when I got there but room service did bring some up relatively quickly. Good breakfast tho 👍

Overall a good stay, my biggest issue with this location was they charged $25 a day for parking. A major rip off. I was constantly have to leave in out for work and you have to stop by the front desk to validate your parking to get off of their parking lot. Also, their fitness center was tiny.

The stay was enjoyable. The staff were awesome and made you feel welcome. The hotel was covenant to the airport. There was a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you back. It was close to the football stadium about 15-20 minutes. I enjoyed the dinner we had there. The complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel is really nice. I would stay again and would recommend the hotel to other people. My overall experience was awesome.
