The only message I want to make clear to this manager and the district manager which oversees this location is this: It is against the law to add customers to marketing emails without their prior knowledge or consent. As retail professionals you Should Not be coaching team members, or allowing team members, to pressure customers into providing sales associates with their phone number or email when they are not rewards members without explaining they will be signed up for an account BECAUSE IT IS ILLEGAL. I was helped in the store by an associate named Tiguidanke. She asked for my phone or email, I said no. She said she could not check me out without this information. I asked if I was really not allowed to make a purchase without that information. She said no. I pushed back on that and she changed her story- I would be allowed to check out but I am not allowed to make a return without giving her my phone number. I asked if I could make a return with a copy of my receipt. She said no. I've researched Ulta's return policy and this is clearly a lie. I am not sure why she was so insistent on taking my information, but I found it deeply inappropriate and I will likely never return to this location because of her behavior. I hope someone on the leadership staff here communicates to the team members that they are out of compliance with FTC regulation if they are forcing customers to hand over personal data without prior consent to be signed up for communications.

My star rating is not due to employees but due to the fact that the hours on Google are wrong. I tried to go at 7:30 and behold doors were locked. Super aggravating.

A great place to purchase cosmetic, perfumes and more!

I had the most amazing experience with the gorgeous woman who helped color match me. I came in not expecting much because my drug store foundation is now completely unattainable. So I was already discouraged.. but she found me a foundation that I fell in love with immediately. She definitely knew what she was doing, it was very clear that she was doing this for some time! She got the color right with her first pick! Mind you I have pretty substantial scarring and also pink and green undertones which are extremely hard to match correctly... I was shook. She also put another shade on the other half of my face but her first choice was Lancome and it was 100% perfect for me. She was amazing, I'm so upset I forgot her name but I'll absolutely be returning to thank her again. They also signed me up for their store card and I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet but I'm excited to try! Got a free gift as well! Not to mention the other lovely people working there, another woman was boasting about my haircut and it was extremely heartwarming to see their staff so down to earth... Unlike Sephora, these people will actually take care of you.

Honestly I usually love Ulta, but every time I come to this one I am usually ignored or rushed around if I need to do a pick up order. My most recent experience was definitely the most fun: the fragrances, including testers are all locked so you have to have an associate assist with getting them open. I waited 25 minutes because the one associate was with another person. In that time, another person comes up, the customer and associate acknowledge them, not me. After that person is finally done, the associate comes up and just looks at me and asks did I need something? I respect their time and the fact that it was (moderately) busy but they didn’t even mention the wait or ask if he could help me further. Most Ultas I go to are great, but I won’t visit here again.

Fashion district Phila ulta? I was there yesterday and the manager lady refused to show me the small roll on perfumes and when I asked the other employee the first employee lady cut her off from answering my question i was in shock And I ended up getting the lady to help me anyway and the mean lady stalked me to the register as i paid for my things and all way to my exit she was so pissed the other employee was nice to me and said have a nice day she interrupted her from saying have a nice day?? I’m confused why was she so grumpy and she is supposed to be manager employee African American tall lady and the security guy was creepy walking around isles omg help

Clean. Decently stocked. Has a wide variety of high end and drugstore products. There’s also a salon inside. The entrance is around the corner off of 10th or 11th street. If you walk in from 10th street, its straight ahead (on the left) through the front doors.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Love the array of products offered, even for those on a budget (me) and for people who are not into the whole makeup thing, but are trying to put forth an effort so that you can shut your mother and friends up (also me).

Clean always has the newest beauty trends. I purchased the new Kiss brand water line lashes. My new fav!

One of the best experiences at an Ulta ever. The store was organized and stocked. Went to brow bar and Savannah took AMAZING care of me. She knows her brows. The whole team was helpful and pleasant.

Jazz helped me color match a concealer for under my eyes and I couldn’t have been more pleased with her customer service! Not only was she super knowledgeable about applying makeup and the products themselves, she was also so personable and kind. Thank you for such a positive experience, Jazz!
