😠 The woman behind the counter seemed annoyed to have to speak with me. She was busy playing on her phone in the corner, and visibly rolled her eyes when she had to walk over to the counter. I was told that no massage. Therapist was available until 3 o'clock (two hours from the current time) So basica... People often mention massage, chair, chairs, airport,

Be Relax offers a variety of services to help the stresses of travel be less stressful. Located inside the airport, Be Relax offers a quiet area to decompress and enjoy your layover. I did the 30 minute massage chair and it really was a nice treat before sitting in an airplane for a couple more hours. Will be sure to look for these are other airports.

At the airport with loads of time to spare - waited an hour for a chair massage, and had a drink at the bar next door while waiting. My turn finally came and I was turned away because I’d had a Bloody Mary an hour earlier. No massage for me! I get having rules, but you should visibly post a rule like that before you make someone wait for so long and share a wall with a bar. Completely unacceptable for this frequent traveler and spa-goer.

I was told that no massage. Therapist was available until 3 o'clock (two hours from the current time) So basically walked all the way across the airport for nothing. sure massage chairs were available, but automated chairs are spread out all over the airport, so nothing special. If I could give zero stars I would! Don't waste your time. With customer service like this. I'd be surprised if they stayed in business for much longer.

The massage chairs are ok although a bit pricey if you don’t have Priority Pass to pay them. The real issue is that other guests appear to use the chairs to make loud business calls, making the experience all but relaxing. The management sold really enforce a “no phone calls” policy while at this business

Looking at the google reviews, thought it might be a terrible experience but it turned out to be quite good! The staff is friendly, and with priority pass you can enjoy the massage chair for 30 mins for free. A relaxing place before travel!

Priority pass gets you 30 minutes in an automated massage chair. During which, travelers passing by will stop and look at you and the inside of the store. You have to take off your shoes to get into the massage chair, but it’s worth it. The massage chair massages your feet and calves, which feels great if you’re on your feet all day from traveling. The service could have been better. When we arrived no one was attending the front desk. After waiting a few minutes someone came out from the back to check us in. Once we got into our chairs, the front desk was left unattended again. A few people came in and sat in chairs without checking in. Eventually a new attendant came to kick everyone out.

The massage therapists are actually good and nice but the front desk attendants (multiple experiences) are borderline ghetto. Rude and passive aggressive as well. Also, you pay $90 for a 45 min chair massage and can’t site in their massage chairs ?????!!!

I thought this was a great way to relax my back and feet from walking most of the day. Nice and friendly people working. The only awkward thing is people passing but it’s calming, and feels like your own space. Now heading to my flight relaxed…. ✈️

The customer service is A1. I wpuld give this a higher rating if I could and I'm very surprised to see the other ratings on here. My massage therapist was Kelar. She was beyond great. She has a talent with finding areas that need treatment and very attentive to your needs. She has gifted hands. I get massages quite often and now have a favorite spot now in the airport.

There was one person getting a manicure and only one attendant. I told her I only want the chair massager and before I could finish, she rudely said I have to sign up for the waitlist. Waitlist for all the empty chair massagers? I understand she couldn’t walk away from the manicure to sign me in, but this set up for this spa is ridiculous. I have a limited amount of time on a Monday morning at 10:00am, when the airport is NOT busy and I’m being put on the waitlist. Terrible service and spa system.

Came here early n was going to try tjis Be Relax Spa with my Sapphire Reserve Card. Benefit was only for use of lounge massage chair. I have no problem with that benefit but the 1 star is with the availability. There were 6 chairs but only 3 were working! 50%! That's quite unacceptable with half not functioning.

Extremely rude staff. Chair massages advertised ranging from 15 minutes to an hour. The girl working refuses to do any chair massages longer than 20 minutes... unless you pay a higher fee for a table massage… Even though they advertise 30 minute (and up) chair massages … and they were completely empty… It wasn’t an issue of her only having 20 minutes.
