We moved into this apartment in February 2019. We were introduced to this place by Rachel. Rachel was very helpful and she showed us around in a very efficient and friendly manner. She was able to answer all our questions and clear whatever doubts we had. When we decided to move in, the entire apartment was renovated. The carpets were changed, the kitchen counters were improved and the whole experience of moving in was very pleasant. Once we moved in, there were a few nitty gritties to be sorted out and Rachel was very proactive in solving whatever little problems we had (like the washing machine not cleaning properly, one of the taps dripping) and the staff was very helpful and very efficient in getting things done. We live in F10, Park Place One Apartments. The neighbourhood is excellent. It is clean, tidy and really well maintained. There is a swimming pool that can be used by residents during summer. The design of our flat is very nice and it perfectly suits our needs and lifestyle. There is bright daylight streaming in. Our balcony gives us a nice view. We are very glad and quite lucky to stay in Park Place One Apartments. Highly recommend. Part II of my review posted after nearly 2 years of living here... Please continue reading: I moved in here, at the property in Winchester Ave in Feb 2019 with my wife. Very beautifully looked after property, tastefully done lawns and trees. Ergonomically designed apartments. Security system is top notch. And they keep updating the lighting systems and going modern with sustainable light systems inside homes. More updates are being planned as we have been intimated. And mostly importantly, staff and service is super friendly and very efficient. Rachel at the office in Winchester is ever helpful as always. I will tell you an incident: In September, I got locked out one Sunday morning. I was wondering what to do because it was a Sunday. I was even barefoot! I was thinking of where to go or who to call. I called one of the staff members. He came down without any hesitation and opened up my door for me. My waiting time outside? Less than 10 minutes. That is a commendable efficiency level of service. I am so happy I live here. Thank you Park Place One Apartments. Very grateful.

I moved into Park Place One about 2 months ago and I’m so lucky to have found this apartment when I did! The area is peaceful and the surrounding areas are well kept. I especially love having a washer/dryer in my unit (along with 2 walk in closets in my bedroom). Rachel was very pleasant and helpful throughout the renting process, she made sure to answer all my questions! I even received ‘welcome home’ flowers which I thought was so sweet! If you’re looking for a homey apartment, this would be it :)

Nothing but impressed! Rachel was the nicest to work with, so patient and knowledgeable when explaining everything about Park Place One, very accommodating!! The place, grounds are so so nice & all the so far, Linda too, professional, helpful and very friendly! I’ve only been here 2.5 weeks, had my hot water heater leak (small) & within 2 mins had a call back, maintenance arrived in 5 minutes cut the water & first thing next morning back & installed new water heater. I was very impressed with how timely, professional and friendly the situation was handled.

Great place in Northeast Philly. The staff has been incredibly helpful, thank you again Rachel for all the support in setting up a move around the Holidays. New floors were recently put in and they came out great, any issues that pop up are swiftly handled by a great maintenance team. Overall a wonderfully dedicated team that made sure I felt welcome and at home in this peaceful area.

I moved in this August and Rachel has been very helpful for my moving in. She communicated with me and offered all the help. The unit is very neat and the community is very quiet and nice. The location is very convenience to many shopping stores, within 8-10min driving distance, you can easily find Walmart, Targets, GIANT, gyms... very easy for grocery shopping. People around are nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

The apartments are great and a perfect fit for our family. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and clean. There is lots of nature with Pennypack Park across the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was better than what I expected, and Im glad I chose these apartments.

Park one is very quiet and comfortable, conveniently located near the center of the northeast Philadelphia section but with a secluded and safe feeling. The management team is very professional and helpful, I recommend it to anyone searching for a nice place to live.
