Overall a very exciting experience at the African American Chamber of Commerce event hosted by the Rivers Casino. The hotel is beautiful decorated and sits on a spot of land right in the center of Delaware and Columbus Avenues providing a great atmosphere with lights and entertainment for the city. The staff especially the attendance in safety were pleasant and helpful. The waitress and servers we at their optimum best serving with delight and hospitality. In the room we were we were viewing a balcony decked with poinsettias and lights for the season and yes it sets the backdrop for the night. Thanks to the leadership team of the hotel for giving all out with getting the ambience right and perfect. Well done

Great casino overlooking the waterfront along the Delaware River. This was formally the Sugar House Casino (I never went so I can't say if it's better or worse). There's no connected hotel here. If you plan on making a weekend visit, you can find a hotel in Philadelphia which is a 10- minute ride away. On the casino floor, they have a good amount of newer video slots and a high limits room as well. They also have the usual card, craps and roulette table games.The layout is spread out on one floor. They do have a restaurant or two and a bar connected but I did not eat in either one. A Dunkin recently opened and as of my last visit they were not accepting comps for food. Hope that changes soon. Their rewards program is great. For example, they gave out $300 free play for the month of April. So any day in April you could access and use your $300 in credits (anytime between April 1st and 30th). I've never had a "reward" like that in any other casino. They are now open 24 hours. Definitely worth checking it out.

Great Casino. I walked in here with 3 hours to kill waiting on a bus. I ended up having a great time playing Spanish 21. The dealers were both really great, friendly people and the put boss came over introduced herself and was a really sharp funny lady. I will be back for the casino if nothing else. I would definitely recommend this place for a fun night at a nice casino! Thanks for a great time!

Had a great time here! There are big screen tvs with all the sports which is convenient. Don’t push the button on the machine for drink service, you have to approach a server if you want a drink while playing.

Many of my friends go here and win and have fun ! But lately they been blowing all of the winnings or being robbed on the way out !!! That’s horrible!! I think they should have more security to help people to their cars , yes people can follow you also , I had this experience! I love all the lights and games but honestly I think it’s a set up going here any more !! Please be charging me and watch your surroundings! Be safe

My recent visit to Rivers Casino Philadelphia, primarily for poker, was pleasant. The vibrant sports area features a massive TV, which adds overall appeal of the casino. Convenient location and lots of parking. The poker room, with its spacious layout, cozy tan yellowish decor, good lighting, and good seatings is bonus for a good poker session. High hand $200 also

Rivers Casino is a great spot. Always enjoy coming here for the games & resturant’s inside. Also very clean.

Geno' steak at Rivers casino in Philly was horrible the manager the person who works with him very nasty to customers, (not just me), steak wascold. Not chopped up, bread was hard, the other customers asked for his money back. I asked for a man. Eric came me an the other customers told him whay happened. Rivers donot do your steaks Justice. They are embarrassing Geno's he should go and check.
