Recently toured with Shania. Out of the 12+ tours I’ve done, Shania was hands down the best, most knowledgeable, and accommodating person I have met. Signed a lease right after touring with her and am looking forward to living in my future home in a few weeks.

I love my new apartment. I had some really bad experiences with apartments buildings and leasing Agents and maintenance in the past. But Shaina is AMAZING ! She addressed all my concerns, was very knowledgeable , has a great spirit and very welcoming. She sold me on the apartment right after the tour. No pressure was applied she was very genuine . I could not ask for a better leasing agent to handle me. The building has all new amenities and it’s a very clean and safe environment. Did I mention it’s in prime location to everything . I highly recommend Mily on Green.

Beautiful apartments, amazingly plush. Brand new appliances, the building is gorgeous with lovely amenities and so much space. The rooftop is absolutely stunning, and I love the business center and lounge space. The security of the building is very impressive. Shaina is an exceptional leasing manager to work with! She was so helpful, patient, and engaging, while on her off days. Her warm welcome from the moment you meet her is so refreshing!!

So far have really enjoyed my experience here so far with the amenity spaces and apartment overall! The process of getting set up here was especially really smooth with the help of Shaina!! She’s been amazing with setting up our tour and making sure we have an easy smooth transition moving in here. Would highly recommend this place and her for all your apartment needs!

Shaina is the best leasing agent I have worked with so far for many years. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate and responsible. She went the extra mile to provide me all the info I needed to make the decision, accommodated my last minute tour request, and always responded my questions over text messages instantly even during late hours over the weekends. Scheduled a tour to see Mily on Green, but we felt horrible energy and vibes from the leasing agent and could not go through with the tour once we met her. The scheduled time was mixed up even though we confirmed via email the date and time, and instead of professionally reaching out and clarifying the situation, we arrived and she proceeded to berate us and say "you're almost an hour late and I was heading out". So happy we did not end up touring or moving forward because the lobby reeked of weed and the building and area were not worth the price they were asking for. We had a much better experience and loved looking at the apartments around the area (LVL North, Hamilton, Granary, etc.)

Had a great time touring with Shaina! She was informative and patient and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. As for the apartment building, it was gorgeous and modern! The natural lighting from the windows was amazing. Hoping we get the chance to live there.

Great building, great location, super convenient for day to day life, our lease agent Shaina was amazing, helped us with everything even on the moving day. Definitely recommend the place and the people involved in the process of getting the apartment.
