Terrible!

customer
service
what
so
ever!
They
even
hung
up
on
me
because
they
just
couldn’t
accept
that
they
did
something
wrong.
I’m
disabled,
so
I
rely
on
delivery
services.
I
placed
an
order
for
2
boxes
of
donuts
choosing
specific
flavors.
Instead
I
was
sent
two
boxes
of
random
stale
donuts.
They
claim
they
ran
out
of
the
flavors
of
donuts
I
ordered.
Mind
you
I
placed
my
order
around
4pm
and
they
close
at
midnight…
They
could
have
waited
until
a
new
batch
of
donuts
came
out
or
they
could
have
cancelled/
not
accepted
my
order
but
instead
they
just
go
for
sending
stale
leftover
donuts
of
random
flavors.
She
“apologized”
for
the
stale
donuts
and
gave
me
the
option
to
come
pick
up
the
correct
flavors
in
person
which
is
frustrating
because
if
that’s
the
case
this
proves
they
had
the
flavors
I
wanted
all
along.
Why
send
me
the
wrong
flavors
and
what’s
worst
stale
donuts!!!
I
told
them
that
I’m
disabled
so
I
can’t
go
in
person
and
that
they
could
have
just
canceled
the
order
but
all
I
got
was
silence.
From
there
the
conversation
just
went
around
in
circles
and
when
I
repeated
why
not
just
canceled
the
order,
why
would
you
accept
the
order
she
said
they
don’t
have
the
option
to
cancel
and
in
the
end
just
hung
up
on
me.
I
just
wanted
to
file
a
complaint
because
this
was
just
unacceptable!
I
paid
for
delivery
service
plus
tip
and
all
they
can
say
is
“oh
sorry
you
can
just
come
by
and
pick
up
the
right
order”.
Unbelievable!!!
So
little
regard
for
people
and
no
accountability.
