Some of the staff is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Other staff are courteous and professional. It's a coin toss on who you'll get.

I have been going here for years I never had a problem with my drinks until now because “Kaitlyn Costello” who works night shift has been putting stuff in my drink for weeks now and she admitted to it saying “if you don’t want nothing done to your drink then go to another dunkin” which is unprofessional so if this keeps happening I will file a lawsuit

Asked for mocha iced latte and they gave me a matcha latte and over charged me, but did fix it and give me a refund and re-rang up my order. But I waited 30 minutes for the mistake, then another 15 for them to fix it. Will never go there again.

The overnight manager was so polite. There was a spill, while there was a full room of waiting customers & she reacted calmly and politely and said no worries. We'll take care of it. My order was done in a timely fashion and the lady at the cash register repeated my order just to make sure it was correct. I love this place even more now.

It is said that these chain stores, serve depending on the community that surrounds them. Some communities get better service than others. Here i buy a cold brew coffee, with specifics as for cream, flavor, sugar etc. they turn around a serve a basic cold coffee that one can barely tolerate... DD is losing, not by product but by how they serve a repeat paying clients..☹☹☹

I've been coming to this Dunkin for idk how many years. I've never had worse service than the service I've received here in the last few weeks. Idk who this staff is but they need to be fired immediately. I know they complaining about tips yet refuse to get 1 coffee order right. Literally the overnight staff are the only ones that get the orders right every time

The face-lift this location received isn't enough to mask the abysmal service it has been known for. Simplistic orders being incorrect, unprofessional atmosphere and demeanor, inexcusable wait times, all still persist. What this location really needs is to have it's workforce gutted and replaced with competent, professional individuals.

Zero stars!!! Terrible! No customer service what so ever! They even hung up on me because they just couldn’t accept that they did something wrong. I’m disabled, so I rely on delivery services. I placed an order for 2 boxes of donuts choosing specific flavors. Instead I was sent two boxes of random stale donuts. They claim they ran out of the flavors of donuts I ordered. Mind you I placed my order around 4pm and they close at midnight… They could have waited until a new batch of donuts came out or they could have cancelled/ not accepted my order but instead they just go for sending stale leftover donuts of random flavors. She “apologized” for the stale donuts and gave me the option to come pick up the correct flavors in person which is frustrating because if that’s the case this proves they had the flavors I wanted all along. Why send me the wrong flavors and what’s worst stale donuts!!! I told them that I’m disabled so I can’t go in person and that they could have just canceled the order but all I got was silence. From there the conversation just went around in circles and when I repeated why not just canceled the order, why would you accept the order she said they don’t have the option to cancel and in the end just hung up on me. I just wanted to file a complaint because this was just unacceptable! I paid for delivery service plus tip and all they can say is “oh sorry you can just come by and pick up the right order”. Unbelievable!!! So little regard for people and no accountability.
